I Bought a GODREJ Referigerator & A SAMSUNG Split AC from VIJAY SALES KALYAN on 16th March & Got the delivery of the same on 19th March, while buying i was told that company person will come to my place for the installation of AC, but after two days no one came, hence we called them to know the status, but we were told that person will come the same day or the next day, i spent the entire two days waiting for him, but the guy never turned up. We kept on following with them, but till date nothing has been done. We spoke to Vijay Sales manager Mr. BIPIN and he assured us that he will let us know the status of the same in 10mins and will update me on my phone and took my number, but hours passed and he has never ranged. We spoke to Ms Harsha for the same we got the same answer that we will sent some one and call you in next 10mins but till date Ms Harsha never called. We spoke to Mr. Mahindra, he also assured us that the AC will be installed within two days time, but today 6days have passed but nothing has been done. "Do i have only this work to call u people and get the same answer over and over again" My parents are of old age and the way VIAJY SALES guys answers, any perons temper will shoot, increasing his or her blood pressure" Are we suppose to undergo such a pain, trauma after paying from our own pocket. "IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE VIJAY SALES PROVIDES ONCE THE GOODS ARE SOLD?"

Not only about the AC but after insisting on DEMO for the Referigerator we bought, till date no one has turned up to give us the demo of the Referigerator.

IS THIS HOW BUSINESS GROWS?

IS THIS HOW THE ONE OF THE BIGGEST RETAIL CHAIN OPERATES?

I appeal to all the consumers to Think twice before considering VIJAY SALES as an option for Buying, i don't want the same thing to happen with you guys again.

I brought washing machine on 28th june still not got demo, Sales executive calling me today I am coming.
Still he not reached my home. Very pathetic service.
i have a question does this website atleast looks forward towards these complaints or its just another government scheme of making money only my making this website.
I purchased Godrej Friz & Philiphs LED TV from Vijay Sales Kothrud Pune on 28/7/13, after following up for 4 days the Philips TV person came and installed the same, but for the demo of Godrej Friz no one has came till date, i have follwed by calling customer care & the answer only i got is that it will be done as sson as poosible, so this is very pethetic service i am getting from Vijay Sales.
I had purchased a godrej refrigerator on 20th July 2010.It is a double door, since four days I'm calling your customer care helpline to send me a soft copy on my email address which I had provided them but still they have not sent me the soft copy. I m in a big trouble my fridge is down since last five days. The godrej people are not ready to help me without the bill please send me a soft copy of my bill. I am not at all happy with the service you have provided.

    I had purchased a laptop from the prabhadevi branch about 9/10 months ago. I have a slight problem with it now. Since it comes in the guarantee period, of 1year, I called them for help.

    Now the amazing part is that I get no help unless I pay.
    These people expect me to have preserved the bill of this laptop from 10months. Before purchasing I wasnt informed of any such formality.
    I am calm and patient till the operator and several other salesmen keep me on hold. I wait and wait.
    Finally they give me another telephone no. to dial to get help.
    DON'T you people understand what the word WARRANTY means???
    Please don't promise help to any costumer.

    DONT expect any sort of help/guidance from vijay sales.

    The warranty period for a laptop is 1 year and this is provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, not the distributor. It is common knowledge to preserve bills of products purchased as you would need to furnish the same to the service centre as proof of purchase.
    Speak with the authorised service centre and they would be able to resolve the issue.

      I brought juicer mixer grinder from Vjay sales, Ghodbunder road Thane on sunday.
      i enquired about the guarantee card .They said its in the Box.
      I went home and next day on monday purchased an iron from the same place.
      I opened the box on tuesday and found no guarantee card nor the manual.
      One of the lids for the mixer doesnt fit.

      I called the sales person he said he forgot to put the card.I said its ok.
      i asked him that i had come next day and purchased iron and u could have given me the card.
      He said Mein Bhool Gaya(He forgot!!!).

      i told him you people had taken my no. U should have called me and informed me . its been three days. He didnt have any answer to this.
      finally i said its ok. Please deliver me the cards. They said i have to come and collect.

      This is when i lost the control. I told him that u have done the mistake its ok but atlease u should take the responsibility.
      He said he will deliver next day. I didnt receive it the next day. i called again they said they will call back. Still waiting for the call...

      My frnd had warned me to not to purchase anyything from vijay sales. i should have listened.

      i searched on google and there are tons of complaints against vijay sales.

      Is there a way to register a complaint against them?

      PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIJAY SALES.

        POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER CARE
        I had bought an ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN EM25EG90SS on 15.11.2008 from VIJAY SALES, GALLERIA VASHI.After 10 days and repeated followups one technician came to my home for demo.The fuse was tripping and the oven body was overheating.Without getting customer signature on the demo receipt he left.
        Today after around a week of follow up I took the oven to M/s.Vijaysales and they were not ready to take the material back also the Electrolux technician made false remarks of visiting my house thrice .He also said he had given me demo three times whic is absolutely wrong.
        I am not feeling safe to use this machine anymore as I have serious concerns abt the quality of the material as well as the trustworthiness of the staff.Customercare dept should understand the concern of the customer rather than convincing him with a substandard material.
        As a customer i felt more humiliated by their treatment rather than loss of my hard earned money.
        I even offered them the oven to keep as a demo piece (without any refund)at there showroom bcoz of the fact that the very sight of the material in my home shoots my Blood pressure.
        I have learnt my 2 mistakes
        1.Wrong make.
        2.Wrong shop.

        I also had similar experience.I bought a WPL 340 DLX Whirlppol Fridge from the Vijay Sales Galleria, Vashi on the last Akshrara Tritiya day ie 28th April, 2009. The fridge was delieverd on 30th. On ist May, the Company representative visited my house for service/demonstration of the Fridge.He advised us to get the Fridge replaced as its door as well as the gasket are bent. So Fridge door does not close automatically. I contacted the Vijay Sales Manager Mr Milind after lots of queries and rude talk from the sales/service employees. He has agreed to check up the stock position and replace it after two or three days. He advised me not to use the Fridge in the meanwhile.

        Customers are advised to take due care before purchasing FMCG items from Vijay sales. Though their prices may be competitive, their sales-service arrangements are poor and the staff are rude and discourtreous.
        I am not sure abt the aftersales services yet but the services nevertheless are so pathetic, I am wondering what will happen afterwards. I purchased 1 ton Videocon AC and specifically requested the same to be delivered at my premises after 2 days. The delivery person called me on the designated day and confirmed that the AC would be delivered in about 2 hours. This was 6.30 pm. At 9 pm I called up this person (Ganesh) and he told me that he was in my locality and delivering a Fridge at a place very close and his next destination would be mine. When I again called him at 10 pm, he simply disconnected my call. When I tried again at 10.10 pm, he said that his people could not find my place and they will deliver the goods only the next day. It was really frustrating and disgusting for me as I had taken the pains of takng a half day from office to deliver documents in order to ensure that the AC reaches my place on time. The mechanic was supposed to be there to take measurements and commence work (framing of the window etc) on the next day and all of it was washed down the Mumbai gutter by this sonofa[censored]. I called VSP vashi next day and got a very cold response and I di not know even now as I type the email as to whether I will ever get the goods I purchased.
        I completely agree with the above statement.

        Do not buy any thing from Vijay Sales corporation, Vashi or any other place.

        There service and customer care is pathetic. They are only intrested to sell the product.

        Once you make the payment, they will not even look towards you.
        vijay sales people are the liers ...who just know how to fool the customers...yesterday I booked

        refrigrerator and mixer from vashi...saying clearly that I dont want display peice...but

        when I received delievry both the item were display pieces...I was having dinner with my

        family so I didnot check properly...In the past I had good experience with Relience digital

        and Croma...so thought you will provide me the same but now when I unpacked mixer, one of

        the jar has mosquito inside ..and switch was at second state...and with refrigator it wasnt

        properly packed...the delivery boys unpacked it outside of the house and took refrigator

        inside room but it was a display piece...so their service is just unreliable...
        this whole experience wid them was horrible n their people r just unproffesional..
        made bigger mistake by taking decision of goin their.. REquest all others not to repeat this mistake.
        I totally agree. Never buy any product from vijaysales. They are liers. I had purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator on 3rd Dec. 2009 (From Vijay Sales, Ghatkoper, Mumbai) and there is problem in the door. I had given complain about it 1.5 months back (Complain no. MB [protected]) and service engineer told at that time, the door will be replaced in 3-4 day (Refrigerator is under Warranty period). But still it is not repaired yet. Each time when we call them the answer given is "it will be repaired in 3-4 days". I must have called at least 8-10 times.
        My dear, why did you not take the matter to Consumer Court? Un logonki pant nikal jayegi. I took a 32 inch Videocon LCD and it stopped working within 10 days, I screamed blue murder. They replaced the piece. Again within 15 days, same problem. This time I called the Country Head of Videocon Service division and gave him a piece of my mind. Third TV came within 24 hours with a brand new Reebok T shirt.
        i fully agree. i have paidmoney for 32 inches LCD and paid hard cash. The TV has not yet been delivered. The call centre is not responding Galleria Mall vijay sales does not take the phone at all. Dont buy anything from Vijay sales.

        We Recived 1 ton Ac 1day i Have Complate Ac Cooling Low.. Product faulty.

        We Purchase 1 ton Ac Form Vijay Sale Navi mumbai.Ac not Cooling We Registered Complate in Vijay Sale Navi mumbai but We Are Not Getting proper Response from vijay sale.

          On 11th Nov 08 I purchased Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic from Vijay Sales, Baner, Pune.

          At the time of pursing sales person gave wrong specification as its expandable memory is 8GB.

          On the basic of that information I purchased the mobile.

          After reaching home I came to know that actual expandable memory is 4 GB only.

          So next day I went there and asked for refund or replacement. That day the sales person was on leave so Vijay Sales management told me to come next day.

          On 13th I went there, but that salesperson refused to accept that he told Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic has 8 Gb memory.

          But after long argument Vijay Sales accepted to replace the phone. They gave Nokia 5220 Xpressmusic as a replacement.

          Which they told very firmly that it’s expandable memory is 8GB. Even they have written this on bill and singned.

          But in this case also, after reaching home I came to know that actual expandable memory is 2 GB only.

          Today I am planning to go back and ask for refund or file a case against them.

            hi, i went to buy memory stick & DVDs for my handicam in your shop located on solapur road.

            before that let me tell you that i am working as marketing manager in software company located in pune.i study CRM & Marketing in deep .

            anyways ... when i went to visit your shop i ask the your executive i used marathi as language of communication but he was speaking with me in Hindi ... then i politely ask him to not to speak with me in hindi, but instead of changing the language or apologize he said me that Hindi is our national language you should respect ..

            i was so annoyed with this thing and after that i decided not to buy anything from vijay sales if that thing is not available in all over pune but available exclusively in vijay sales then also i will not going to come in your shop & whoever ask me about my advice i will never suggest your shop

            ******IN first year of my MBA i learn that i you are going to sale your product then you should know the language of your customer ...
            i attended Microsoft conference for sales executive there they told us that where you appoint your sales executive make sure that he can speak local language because lmother tough will help you to crate bound with your customer *****

            I don't find anything wrong with the attitute of the sales man there in vijay Sales.

            Although i find ur attitute a little odd..

            You said that you are an MBA. I believe that you must be having a good knowlegde of Hindi. If the guy at vijay sales knew Marathi, he must have talked with you in it..But if he does not know Marathi... How is he supposed to talk?

            And if you made an issue out of nothing, while knowing hindi, then it is a gross mistake on ur part..

            Also as an indian citizen, you must learn Hindi, rather than clinging to ur regional languge and finding faults where actually there is none..

            I'm sorry to say that people like you divide our country in the name of region and language. I don't find ur attitute any different than Raj Hitlar Tahkaray who always does the politics of hate..

            I totally disagree with this gentleman's view. I feel he is insane. Hindi is not a foreign language. It is the language which has been keeping each and every Indian united. I think nobody should reply to this email. There is nothing much to discuss on this issue.

            We are not sitting here to reply to such stupid complaints, we are unncessarily raising the topic for discussion. He says he is a MBA i doubt if he has gone to school. One can see that from the way he expresses his anger.

            Insane complaint, I don't think I am doing any good by replying to this complaint or putting my opinion on such stupid complaint.

            I was thinking to visit Vijay sales to buy some electronic product but now i saw this complaint & decided not to visit, since the sales executive of Vijay sales not speak Marathi
            You are baised towards marathi & what you say so called learned in College.. beta Job karna tab ye attitude dekhana.
            What is wrong in this complaint? A person staying in Maharashtra does not know Marathi and you are accepting that? Had you been in Tamilnadu or Karnataka or even in Gujarat would you have said the same thing? The natives there ensure that you learn their language. You would not be appointed in the first place if you do not know the local language.
            Another thing, before changing some one's name try to even come near to his stature.
            If you are from Vijay sales, the biggest mistake from your end is you are fighting with your customer who has a power by virtue of his mouth that would put Vijay sales in bad taste.

            I totally agree with Mr.Sameer.The sales personnel should always be accustomed of the regional languages in field of their operations.


            I averse to the fact that instead of getting other person who speaks marathi, that gentleman was giving 'GYAAN' on benefits of national language.lol
            First of all there is gross conception that Hindi is a national language and i think this is propoganda made by the corrupt politicians of north india.Neither the Constitution of India nor Indian law specifies a National language. Article 343 of the constitution specifies that the official language of the Union shall be Hindi in Devanagari script.
            I am maharashtrian but when I worked in Gujarat I learnt gujarati. I truly respect gujarati language and i feel that u should learn the language of the state where u earn ur livelihood.
            Dear Patil, Deshmukh and Garud...I am sure none of you have actually traveled...so that means as per the rule all Indians who work in US must know Spanish and English... English is ok but how about Spanish...its you does you sone or daughter ever staying abroad speak that? or when you are in China do you ever speak Chinese or Mandarin. The issue would have been if you did not understand Hindi and you call yourself educated? ...stop looking for problems in people for the sake of youur convenience rather accept them with more respect for the integrity of the individual who chooses to be an Indian in spite of being in different state and choosing to be in service for the people there. Given the liberty you would want to change the product display menu in a TV or Remote to Marathi, Bengali Gujarati too. Does buying the product from DASS or anyone else give you that (Assuming you are not buying any of the Indian Electronics 100% sure as mot of them are from abroad) ?

            I would like to remind the word "Travelling"...when u are travelling English is considered a mode of communication...

            But i[censored] are going to settle there for Job / Business; then u must learn the local language whether it is US or China or Maharashtra.

            Travel to South India & Show me the guts to communicate in National Language / Try to make them communicate in Hindi.

            I have been in south for quite a long time.So I know their attitude and faced the problems also.
            My only question to you is if your neighbor has jumped into the well then you will also jump.If others are doing wrong so you will also do the same.Then whats the difference?
            Whoever goes to south complain about their attitude just like you.So you want people who visit to MH also complain about their attitude too.
            In India for every 20 km the language changes.So if everybody starts the same then how many languages you have to learn just imagine.I think you have a permanent job in MH so you dont care about others who are natives of MH and work in other states.

            I just want to ask all the people in favour of this complaint that hw many languages do you know?Do yu know hw much time it takes to learn a single language and speak without grammatical error.
            Languages are our cultural heritage.It takes ages for a language to develop.Dont use it as a weapon to fight.Just be proud that India is the only country where largest no.of languages are spoken.

            I agree with the opinion of Mr Sameer. Additional Vijay Sales sale all crappy things. I bought a Nokia handset with extra price of INR 400 with market price. On top of that the sales person sold me a open piece with duplicate data cord. I was not aware of the same thing but when my friend bough same kind of mobile he got original Nokia data cord. n these guys gave me the china one...i'll definatley not going or suggesting to use vijay sales in future.
            i think for all this to end ..the places where there are complaints such as Karnataka or Tamil Nadu must be dealt with, i think personally the thought of not using or speaking Hindi as a means to stimulate their personal propaganda is absurd ...and only a force with considerable strength and fearlessness can banish that kind of behavior
            if you talk about Maharashtra, mr.sameer is only in the minority of the people who think that Marathi is must or compulsory . ispite of that many (not all) non maharashtrians who have made Maharashtra thier home have learnt marathi from their day to day lives, not as a means to survive but as a means to make lives easier for both parties.
            i think what people are really afraid of is loosing their ties and mother tongue, because more and more non maharashtrians settle in maharashtra(mumbai) these day s due to vast job opportunities .
            even marathi people use hindi as 1st language when conversing with new people, buying food groceries etc.
            hence these "minorities" that i spoke of earlier, think if other states are going to vast lengths to "protect" their heritage and language, why cant we?

              Sold me a defect phillips home theater dvd player for $500/ told me it was state of the art. Its rubbish. If you use the main dvd control panel the remote stops working. it takes almost 2 minutes to load a dvd and start playing. the sound levels fluctuate and you have to keep resetting it. not to mention that some speakers donot work at all. Had 10 service calls and kept asking them to replace the brand- they refused.
              Feel completely cheated.

                Hello,

                I bought an AIR CONDITION and a NOKIA cell phone from VIJAY SALES( Ghatkopar) one month back. The sales man there convinved me that the vijay sales offer the best service so I decided to purchase both from them. Now I really regret my decision of purchasin goods from Vijay Sales. First they told me that the installation of Onida A/C would cost me around 1500 RS and said that the service engineer would be there at my place for demonstration within a week . Its been a month now I have no engineer at my place and the installation guys charged me 2300 RS and they said that Vijay Sales is aware of this. This statment totally broke my trust on what Vijay sales. Also last week I personally visited Vijay sales as my cell phone stoped working in 15 days the strange part I found was instead of looking at cell phone they just directed to nokia web world I was pissed of with the way the manager on the floor spoke to me showing the documents that we dont bother. Then too I didnot loose my temper and told him about the A/C engineer didnot visit my place he told me that he would make sure that I have him at my place within a week still I dont have him.

                SORRY TO SAY I HAVE LOST FAITH IN VIJAY SALES AND I WILL NEVER AGAIN TRUST THIER WORDS INFACT I HAD TO BUY A DVD PLAYER AND FOUND NEXT ELECTRONICS VERY GOOD.

                I Want Detail Location of VIJAY SALE in MUMBAI - FORT

                Vijay Sales/ Microwave — NO service from Vijay Sales

                I had bought an Electrolux microwave on 19th May' 2008 from Vijay Sales, Palm Beach Road, Vashi. After noting down my address and contact number, they had promised me that their executive would be coming to my house and giving the demo of the microwave within 2 days.

                However it's 23rd today and inspite of repetitive followups no executive has turned up to show us the demo and we are in a dilemma on how to use the equipment.

                Vijay Sales, Andheri Branch — No response from Vijay sales.

                We purchased a LG microwave (Model no. MH3948W) from Vijay Sales, Andheri Branch. The date of delivery was[protected], Order number : 03-AN10-08S0581.
                At the time of delivery we were assured that the their technician would come and set up the microwave at our residence. We were also assured that this would be done within 3 days of delivery.
                It is more than 7 days now, and yet there is no sign of the technician at our residence. We filed a complaint with Vijay Sales complaints department, complaint number, 0810-D150231, on Sunday[protected]. Again we were assured of service the next day.
                Every time we call up the Andheri branch of Vijay sales, we get a standard response, that the technician would be coming the next day.
                The installation which should have been done in 3 days is still pending after 7 days.
                Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore & Srinivas Engneering College, Mangalore have nearly thousand computers & all the students are also compelled to by laptops from the College at higher price. All of them run on piorated softwares of Microsoft. Is it fair on the Management?

                Vijay Sales /Samsung AC — Bad Service and Liars

                I purchased a Samsung AC and paid through my debit card up front with a written advice that the AC would be delivered the next day.
                After calling them and visiting them a waiting they told me that it would be delivered the next day.
                Till now i have not recieved the AC.
                I was a regular customer of Sumaria but this time i had decided to go with Vijay Sales; but i found that it was a very wrong move.
                Known devil is better than the unknown.

                I would say Vijay Sales lacks in all respects.

                I Have taken one Laptop Compaq Presarion Model No F733AU Serial No CNF7484ZRN from Vijay Sales ( Vashi Branch)on April 10, 2008 and on the Laptop it is written that it has one Year Warranty.

                I realised that when i press the Caps On button the LAD light was not coming on so i thought to visit the service centre as the Laptop was under the warranty period ( Within year )

                And on April 07, 2009 at 06.35pm I met an Engineer Mr Prem Sohal and told him about the complain that when i press the Caps On button the LAD light was not coming on and Mr Prem Sohal he started the Laptop ( Put ON ), and advised me not to use Windows XP as this model works well with Windows Vista. Mr Prem Sohal he removed the Battery, Ram, CD-Rom Drive, Hard Disk and noted down the serial no of each part which he removed, And noted down on the Service Call Report under Token no 85 of which i havw a copy, And i was informed that this Laptop is out of warranty and the warranty period was expired on February 26, 2009 and there is something wrong with the MOTHER BOARD as to why the Caps on light is not coming on. And they could not do free servicing for the laptop as it was out of the warranty period.

                I showed them the receipt of the Laptop which i purchased it from Vijay Sales on April 10, 2008 Invoice No 78377 and still the HP service centre people said that as per their records the Laptop is out of the warranty period and they cannot do free servicing for this machine.

                I took an acknowledgement ( signature and stamp )from the HP service centre that the laptop is out of warranty period.

                That evening i reached home at around 9.00 pm and didnt even clicked to check the Laptop whether if it is working properly or not. But the next day when i try to put it on it was not getting on the screen is totally blank ( Black Screen )( I believe that the Service Centre Engineer Mr Prem Sohal did not fix the parts properly which he removed while he was checking as to why the laptop is not getting ON.

                I am mentally disturbed by such attitude expressed by one of the reputed company. As per the guidelines, I being a customer is entitled for a year warranty from the date of purchase and not from the date when the laptop was delivered at vijay sales for sale.

                Also I couldn’t access my mails & other activities were delayed due to improper fixation of the parts by the HP service engineer.

                I now have to consult them again for proper fixation, which has delayed my activities. I have been harassed to visit them and this involves cost (travelling & restoration) which the company stated that I (Customer) have to bear.

                I am writing to seek justice & want the laptop to be serviced as the same is within the one year warranty period ending on April 10, 2009.

                And also I need compensation from HP i.e. an increase in warranty period by six months & free servicing during this period.

                i bought a washing machine of lg 6.5kg automatic on 11th April 2009 but the piece was damaged n not in working condition though the piece is replaced after 10 long days after calling 10 times still they have not send a person for demonstration . we have lost our faith with vijay sales. its a worst thing we have experienced that this big name have no communication with the compay of which we bought the product.whenever we call vijay sales will say let me check, or u have to talk with service centre or with lg toll free no.once u sale the product your duty is not over u should call n check out whether that product is working or demo done or not, etc., our whole society have lost faith with vijay sales. whenever we call they answer person will come after 3days or 10days or after a week. very weak communiation is there, no one is bother once the produt is sold u r not concerned with it .
                Expecting a favourable response at earliest. no thx no regards. send demonstrater at earliest otherwise take ur product back refund our money back with exchanged washing machine.

                My father (aged 68yrs) had purchased a LG Refrigerator in Oct 2008 from Mahim (sitladevi branch) which was defective (light problem) he has gone personally to the store many a times to complaint but in vain. I have complained several times to the Vijay Sales Customer Care services - the customer care officers are only good telecommunicators but no further action has been taken till date. I had a great liking for Vijay Sales services and products, and I have all my electronics from Vijay Sales. Henceforth, this type of behavior has left me to say a big NO NO NO to any of the Vijay Sales products. Now since the business has expanded tremendously this letter of mine will go in the bin for sure with no action, but the news will spread that Vijay Sales products and services are absolutely horrible. It is next to the ICICI Bank services.

                I agree. When I compared prices, VSP is bogus. Sumaria quoted a much lower price and the delivery and commissioning was very quick. Croma is another reliable place, but much more expensive.

                Samsung / Hard Disk Drive — Pathetic Service Experience...!!!!!

                Dear Sir,

                This is with refrence to the following work orders,

                1. 40GB IDE HDD (W/O:[protected]

                2. 80GB IDE HDD (W/O:[protected]

                Same has been given to Samsung Service Centre, i.e Express Digital Systems, Mumbai. on 10th Oct 2009 for replacement.

                Till now i haven't recived any update for the same, infact i am keep tracking Express Digital people for immediate replacement.

                They are really hopeless people, i am wondering after repeated complaints why you people are not taking any action on them, its been very unpleasent & irretating experience with them while submitting the HDD.

                Person at the counter was not aware of the product, refused for replacement, saying the HDD model doesn't belong to samsung.

                After a big fight, agreed the HDD belong to samsung & is under warranty. Now its been more than a months i haven't recieved my replacement.

                Kindly Help & resolve the issue at the earliest.

                brand new a/c which has gas leakage issue. they say they will the gas and give to me.

                I bought a Samsung 40 inch LCD TV worth 50, 000/- from Vijay Sales on 14/11/2010. In a week's time I bought Tata Sky DTH Services for the said TV. It was then realised that the TV set is faulty as their was no picture displayed on the screen. Earlier we thought that the problem would be with the Tata Sky Setup box but after testing the same with the another TV set it was perfectly working fine. We logded a complaint about the same in vijay sales as well as with samsung. After 2 days the service engineer came & tested the TV set. He said that some part of the screen display is damaged and need to replace that part. I instructed him not to replace any part but to replace the whole TV set as it was not even 1 month old. I was told that within 8 days I would get the replacement but till date I have not recd any calls from anyone. In fact I am been made to call up at Samsung & Vijay Sales Customer Service Centres to know the status.

                PLS PROVIDE ME THE NEW TV SET AS AGREED, ASAP.

                I am sick and tired of doing any more follow ups with anyone now.

                If any senior authority reads this mail, I request them to take these complaints very seriously as it is impacting the trust and belief of th customer in the brand name which might spread negative feelings among the prospective customers.

                LG AND VIjay sales — Defective microwave

                I brought LG microwave on 14 mar 2011 vijay sales. Turntable stop rotating after 5 min. I complained to lg and vijay sales but noone responding. I want to complain against vijay sales for giving me defective piece.

                Samsung Side by Side refrigerator — Not bother to provide demo even after three day continuous follow up by calling Care care

                I have purchase Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator on 27th Oct 2011, from PAI International - Rajajinagar. I repeatedly called to Samsung customer care center for the demo. Till today (i.e., after 3 days)Technical team from Samsung have not attended to provide demo on this product.

                Being a big brand they are very poor in providing good service to customer

                Big brand should not be meant only for advertising. Big brand name suits for the companies which satisfy customer need .

                This is the first Samsung product I purchase and this will be the last product too. Even I advise my friends and colleagues too

                I brought ONIDA make AC from VIJAY SALES,AHMEDABAD. on 17.03.2011.The installation was not proper from starting and problem was also there in AC.
                We are not getting satisfactory performance from AC.Neither VIAJY SALES nor ONIDA take any action to short out the matter and not providing proper services.

                these people convinced me that the AC installation will be done and charged me the installation amt.The installation person fro hitachi came and installed the AC in such a bad way that the entire wall had a big hole and was not packed.We informed the branch head of Satara Road Pune he did not even revert back nor an apology came from his side.We are very upset with the service of Vijay Sales & request all you customers not to purchase any electronic fro Vijay Sales my trust is completely gone towards Vijay Sales once again let me tell you people that your company should not last for long.

                I am a regular customer of Vijay Sales Mumbai. Many items I have purchased from Vijay Sales and there was not a single complaint. But in Sep/October 2012 I purchased one laptop (dell inspiron) worth Rs.46000/= suddenly in January 2013 its all the USB ports stopped working. As per the directions I have contacted dell support. Finally one day dell person told me that some part is to be replaced and it will be done within two days...then..net day...then next week...and so on. Finally I asked them to replace the system. Initially the concerned person in Vijay Sales and the dell person were reluctant to accept it, but finally when I said that the matter will be taken to the court, they replaced the system. But I am very sorry to state the condition of service provided by the DELL and VS...within 24hrs. of purchase of the(new upgraded) system I found that its CD ROM is not working...again same process...part will be changed...part not available...revised date..and so on. .The concerned sales man in VS is not able to give any reply. First of all this is the question mark on the products of DELL. Even it seems that in the new case the faulty system was packed without proper inspection and they have found VS as one of the outlet to sell their faulty products. Hope VS and DELL will take note of it.

                I am one of customer of Vijay sales (Thane) i have a very bad experience from vijay sales before 6 months i purchase one A.c. from LLoyd rs. with 5 year warranty free service this ac is very good in only 10-12 days. after that the ac is not working properly we booked complaint 10 times then they send boy to wash the machine and the compressor is working only 2-3 days we bear this problem. In Lloyd her customer care dept. some leena madam and suhas, Mr. jahangir told us we will send some with in 24 hrs but 2-3 days continuously complaint no person will come like apply apply no reply very bad vijay sales and very bad the LLoyd.

                Vijay sales in ulhasnagar give poor service to me .15 oct 2013 I bought TV from vijay sales .no one can 8 days left but no one come to fitting my tv.
                I have purchased 47” LED of LG vide your bill No.16-MR08-13SIAOUF 160 dated 18th August 2013. I Finalised the the product after seeing the specification sticker on tv which showed me 3D tv with Magic remote and As per sticker of the product you have to provide 3D remote, 3D Glass & Magic Remote which was not there in the box. Moreover when your person delivered the LED, almost everything is in broken seal condition. It is almost 2 month since I am following up the issue with your sales person. Unfortunately I have not received proper response from your side. On my continuous follow up, your sales person has lodged complaint on LG care on my behalf and when today the technician from LG inspected the LED he confirmed the mismatch of the product with its description. Now you are left with the only option to replace the product and provide me the proper product. I am fed up of the follow up. I have bought the product from you because of brand image in the market but I am sorry to say that the level of response you people are giving is highly disappointing.

                I am also attaching the pic of your tv which clearly shows that this tv is 3d, But this is non 3D tv (as the lg person told me). This is possible in case your mira road branch has provided me the open and used product or this is the practice of cheating the customers.

                I was having an option to stop the payment of this product but i am not doing this because i dont want to cheat any body and i am clearing each and every EMI.

                I request Mr. Nanu Gupta & Mr. Ashish Gupta to personally look after this matter

                  Myself, my wife and my elderly mother in law had to endure extremely unpleasant experience from Vijay Sales(Thane) branch.
                  After having acknowledged the poor service given to us by the Quality Head of Vijay Sales (Rajesh Bagnani - [protected]), nothing has been done to calm down us. After having made purchases of about Rs.14, 800, we had been insulted by the ground staff, manager and accused of being theives for using our own debit card. we have been waiting for over 3 months and the Quality head has started ignoring and spurning our efforts to contact them.

                      i bought LG friz and washing machine from vijay sales borivali branch, till today(15/10/2007) 7.30 pm they have not delivered the item as assured, i wasted full day sitting at home to take delivery without going to duty, and when i tried there shop telephone no 28021781,82 nobody responds, i tried there care no 66227722 they would not give any other telephone number than already mentioned,even when i asked for telephone number of head of the customer care so that i can complain,
                      hope this waiting will end and new one willnot start after taking delivery
                      VIJAY SALES i would not recommend any one buy any thing from u, after seeing this
                      Two Days No delevery No phone rece.
                      They are a pathetic lot. A Samsung A.C. was bought by me on 11/10.09 with a promised delivery on 12/10/09. After numerous calls and false promises of the delivery tempo being just half hour away, I have not received the A.C. TILL DATE.

                      The idea of buying it for Diwali is neutralized.

                      Vijay Sales has become too big for its customers. Please also complain to the brand manufacturers so that they know how their distributors/sales agents are destroying their brands!

                        I purchased Toshiba Laptop from Vijay Sales on 15th August 07 on an EMI Scheme.
                        It was told that consumer load will be activated with in 3-5 days and you can collect your Laptop by 20 th August.
                        On a regular follow up (Daily 2-3 times) about my approval on loan, I got an excuse that the agency who is doing verification will do it next day.
                        At last on 27th I have decided to take my money back (14 K rs) and go for another shop to buy a laptop.

                        Daikin ac installation

                        I purchased a daikin ac and was told installation will be done in 2 days. Now when we called after waiting 2 days. They say it will take another 4 days. This is totally unacceptable.
