Dear all,
I have brought a new daikin ac from vijay sales prabhadevi mumbai and have sought their service as a part of regular check up of ac and have raised a service request for the same.
After registering for the same these people agreed to provide me service on october 14, 2017, but now it was informed that the said service is postponed due to some reason.
Now i need to understand from daikin, whether said activity was planned and if yes then why did these people commit and if no then provide the service as agreed i suppose you are very big organization and providing service post purchase won't be an issue..
