Dear Team,
I have purchased samsung led tv in month of May 2022. It was installed after the 5 days of purchase
Within 2 months of purchase our tv has got dead. It's not working.
We have raised the complaint for the replacement of tv on 6 aug 2022 . The service team from your end is insisting us for the change of panel.
As the tv is completely dead we have received a defaulter piece we request to kindly do the needful and replace it as soon as possible.
We don't want to put a panel rather than we need a replacement for it..
The above complaint was raised since 15 days from our end we haven't received any reply nor any resolution to our complaint. At the time of purchase of product the sales person of Vijay sales are very proactive to do sales and earn rewards but when it comes to the service they are not replying nor attending our queries.
We want resolution to our complaint asap and we will be raising our query to the consumer court if not taken any instant step to resolve it.
It's the worst experience with the Vijay sales as they are very happy when their product are sold but doesnt give proper service to the customer.
They have been fooling us it will be resolved but it's month now to our query raised. We would request you to solve it asap
