Vijay Sales — Delivery and sales person complaint

Need a call back on [protected] number to explain in detail the issue of your late delivery as well as very very poor customer service. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to buy any products not even a hair dryer from your pathetic vijay sales company. Very dissatisfied customer. Late delivery (on website and your staff promised product delivery before 4pm today but now delivery person called and said it will be delivered after 5pm) and the female staff behaviour is very rude. I would like to share call recording also regarding the same for you to take further action. Is this the way you should handle your customers asking to solve issue by misguiding them to arrange for a call back which you will never receive !! Pathetic!!! I shall post this issue on social media also for other people to be aware of your fraud promises !
