Need a call back on [protected] number to explain in detail the issue of your late delivery as well as very very poor customer service. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to buy any products not even a hair dryer from your pathetic vijay sales company. Very dissatisfied customer. Late delivery (on website and your staff promised product delivery before 4pm today but now delivery person called and said it will be delivered after 5pm)...

I am unhappy with the services of technical team appointed by Eureka Forbes . I bought a Aquaguard Royale ( water purifier) at Vijay Sales Andheri west.Opp Shopper Stop on 04 November 2020, which got installed on 07 November 2020 at my place.

All was fine till the 1st maintenance service. Which was done somewhere in the 3rd week of May 2021. The problem started on 29th May 2021 when the machine stopped functioning completely. On 30th May post our complain ([protected]) one of EFL technician came to service the machine as it was still under warranty( along with 2 year paid extended warranty). Unfortunately the guy was not able to fix the issue & on top of that he damaged the body of the machine( chassis). Post that we touched base with their regular technician Mr Munna who has been servicing us for Eureka Forbes products since last 7- 8 years .

Munna verifies the machine & concludes the mother board has been damaged, hence the same has to be replaced. We again wait for the solution for almost a week .2nd complain ([protected])raised 11th June & post regular follow up with Munna he sends another technician Mr.Ajay Singh who post his examination of the product concludes that the motherboard is fine, but the cod wire supplying electricity to the system is faulty.He cuts the wire makes it direct & ensures for new cod wire within 1 week. Which till day hasn't been replaced.

Again the system works for few days& the same issue arises. 3rd complain- 14th June. & again we spoke to Mr.Munna who makes me speak to his senior Mr.Anand post my physical visit to Vijay sales and logging a complain with them as well.

Mr Anand in concall with Vijay sales team & some back end team of theirs, convinces me that the issue would sorted & I need to give his team one last chance . AGAIN Mr Munna & his senior ( name forgotten) they conclude that one of the candle has chocked & post discussion with Mr Anand they replace that candle & in all this excercise that further damage the back body ( chassis) completely that it is not in position to be mounted. Mr Anad again commits to reslove the parts issue within 2-3 days & royally takes us for ride. Which till date hasn't been resolved.

In between I have escalated all my issues at personal level to EFL esteemed team leaders like Mr Alok Ja., Mr Ranjit Nair & Mr Avijit Nag. Post that too I am receiving a call from Mr Anand, with offer that please accept White Chassis as we are out of stock with Black ⚫ one. Which i had asked in writing as proof to prove my point that rheir technical team does a goo[censored]p and they make the customer ran post to pillar for 2 months & than come up with a solution representing the same as if its an favour in return to my request.

I Have recordings of EFL technicians visit to my place which I can't share on the mail. I have shown it to Vijay Sales representative as well.
My Expectation from Vijay Sales is, that they are a well known retail chain & we have been associated with them for almost more than 15 years. Need to protect their customers interest.

Even after involving VS representatives there has been a no resolution to the issue.
I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.or else I will not be left with any choice other than lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs .against both the entities

From past 15 days, My Ogeneral AC is having issue with some error issue . After the AC starts, it gets some error . I raised a complain on Ogeneral Customer Support, they told me that there is a Gas Leakage and handed me a bill of good amount.
After few hours, same error came, i called Vijay Sales as the product was in Extended Warranty from Vijay Sales . They sent some technician from OnsiteGo Repair team. OnsiteGo technician sent...

Very poor service provided by Vijay Sales even after taking the extended warranty from them,
Sargam electronics is far better then Vijay sales.

Sorry to choose vijay sales as an option.

after Using Device over A year It Starts giving Hassle ... We did contacted For Same in March Technician Came from MI Service centre & They Fixed That Issue ... for Same
But Yet Again This Month On 20th July
2021 Again It stop working...
with the same Motherboard Issue ...
Just in 5 months it stop working after putting new mother board ... so We Complaint To Redmi Customer support as they came on 22nd of this month & They Said Will replace with new motherboard which takes Atleast a week ... but now they telling That Their Is No Extended warranty from us ... You supposed to check with Vijay sales ... As They Sold They Extended warranty... At the time of purchase ...

No Tech Support No Customer support...
I mean what is this ?

Why do you guys sale Extended warranties... If You Can’t Provide Service... Maybe that device Itself has some issue ... you should show some sincerity & Replace That TV set ... then Almost 10 days now !

Dear Vijay sales team,

would like to address one of the 3rd class service provided by one of your HO guy(don't want to take the name) As I was suppose to purchase Samsung tv today for my house. After having conversation i ask him the delivery and installation will be on the same day he said not possible as i will take 2 days for delivery and 3rd day for the installation which is not fair at all...you people should learn how customer service works and i am an NRI I no how its works especially in India please you need to upgrade yourself if we want to compete in todays world u cant say no to the client and also dint take customer for granted. I would like to also give genuine advise to all other clients if this is the service level they have do not buy anything from Vijay sales give your hard work money to those people who are really positive and willing to work in genuine way. I hope this is the eye opener for everyone.

My libehrr refrigerator is not cooling no lights seen besides we have purchased this fridge in oct 2020.no engineer has visited for demo of the fridge which have been requesting frequently.Kindly send some technician for repair urgently.

Since the day i have bought this tv, its not working properly, sometimes it has crash issues with YouTube and google, couldn't sign in play store, youtube will crash anytime, now it has picture issues, its started showing lines im screen from last year, now half of the screen is gone dark.

Request immediate solution om this.

Later i came to know vijaya sales sold me tv whose business was shut in india and stock was sold. Not good. I a not hapy since i have bought this tv from vijaya sales pune.

Purchased Mobile wide invoice number MR-ASI14568 dated 19.12.2020and understand from offer for that day anything purchase above 15K will get refund of INR 3K after 90 days from Mira road outlet.
But on 21st Apirl'21 came to know that only INR 750/- was credited against INR 3000 which is surprising such branded outlets like Vijay sales as well there in no revert on this after send all relevant documents as requested by them.

The order got placed for failed payment after a week. I cancelled the order and received the mail of refund initiated on 26th June. They said refund will be credited in 5-7 working days. It is more then 20days the refund is not yet credited. I am following up with customer care executives and they reply that 'we will revert by EOD and they never respond'. The women customer executives play women's card when males talk to them. Order number is VS[protected]. I don't even have refund Id yet. Pathetic experience

We have purchase Air Cooler and made payment of Rs 4, 806/- and the payment showing is made successfully on Dt. 10/07/2021.
But they not accepted it and said that we have not received it. Our UPI Provider said to me the payment credited same day and same time in his ICICI Business Account.

We have visited your Kalkaji branch in Delhi on Dated 10/07/2021 to purchase a new Symphony Air cooler Vide Sales Order / Invoice No. DKK-B-SOA1731 Dt. 10/07/2021 and down payment made of Rs 4806/-as per order through UPI ( Re. No.[protected]. We are attaching the order Invoice and payment proof for your reference but they do not accept receiving the payment.
And suffering from this matter and they not delivering products and not searching /tracking these payments.

I have placed an order for a 2021 Asus Zephyrus G14 more than a week ago. Received 0 emails from Vijay Sales since then. Their phone support is useless- they simply say they have escalated the issue everyday until yesterday when one of them told me they don't think the product has even been assigned to me!!!

Totally helpless, devoid of all updates. Would strongly recommend against ordering any expensive electronic from here. They have no idea of what they have in stock or not. They will take your money and just dissappear.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. Do you even have it in stock????

So I bought the laptop yesterday of the brand Dell and now I am facing issue regarding battery and sound system. And even the customer team is not helping so I would like to launch the complaint.

It's been a week I ordered the phone, and it still showing processing. On the site, it shows that it will be delivered in 1-4 days.
When im going to get my phone.
I want my phone sooner than later.

I had purchased a desktop of Lenovo make from Vijay Sales on 25th December 2020. The system showed problem in booting in May 2021. On contacting the company, they directed me to the Lenovo Support service who took control of my computer and formatted it for reinstalling windows. In the course all my microsoft apps for which I had paid a sum equivalent to INR6000 to Vijay Sales were wiped out. The reinstallment of apps (office365 version of microsoft) required email and phone number. Vijay Sales staff without my knowledge had used some unknown gmail account and phone number to operationalize my microsoft account and never informed me. On my repeated requests to the concerned staff and the CEO Mr. Laxmikant Gupta, they refused to cooperate with me to provide the email id and phone number. Their behavior is utterly callous towards a consumer whom they had charged full sum of INR34990/- including the amount mentioned above while selling the product.

I have purchased the Microwave on date 15/June/2021 from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar WEST it was delivered on 16/June/2021. I opened an installation request installation Engineer has still not visited.

I have mailed and called multiple time to Vijay sales team but no one is ready to take responsibility and either they are ready to listen the issue.

ONLY ANSWER THAT I GOT WAS TODAY THE TECHINICAIN WILL VISIT BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT VISITED.
