Vijay Sales — delivery issues

I booked a product and wanted a different varient so i cancelling my first order and reordering the product i wanted. And was promised that the product will be delivered at my house in 3-4 days yet even after 5 days the delivery is not been done. After personal visiting the shop i am informed that my first order is not been cancal yet and the second order in still far away from been processed. Even after full payments have been done in advance yet no response is made. And no one is taking responsibility for there mistake and lazy behaviour. Such lazy staff and poor service is not seen anywhere. No contact number to call or to contact even after been such a big shop. No customer satisfaction. Personally i would never give anyone advice to purchase from here.
