Hi,
I had purchased videocon led tv from vijay sales mira road branch with 3 years warranty + garranty
Worth of 35000+ and within a year the product became faulty. I am really unhappy about the unprofessional and irresponsible attitude! They are extremely uncooperative! They suggested me vediocon led to buy and now when the product is faulty and vediocon company is not producing led, i am stuck and harassed by the staff so much that i am planning to go to consumer court against them. I had registered my complaint several times still i have not received any response from your team and no representative attend the fault. And when someone finally came, he took rupees 2100 for transportation of the product which never took place.
Kindly do the needful action immediately...

    I have ordered panasonic tv and bajaj geaser led on 6th nov 2018 and i was told that the delivery of the same would be done on 9th november 2018.

    My complaint is if there is delay in the delivery you should drop message to the customer and give proper information.

    Kindly take this feedback as it is very disappointing and in future i am sure that i will never deal with vijay sales. And not recommend this organization to my friends and relatives.

    I have purchased a new ifb washing machine from VIJAY sales chandan Nagar branch on 9th Nov 2018 but it was defective as informed by ifb demo EXECUTIVE same thing I communicate on customer care no but till that no response received.

      On dated 20/12/2014 i have purchased a tv (Vise led tv 39 vn39f401) from lotus, indore (Mp) and presently i am leaving at bharuch (Gj).
      After booting, image not showing clearly and vertical lines observed on display screen, while voice is clear.
      I want to check the said tv at any service centre of vise in gujarat.
      I communicated to vijay sales vadodara and ahmedabad, but they refused to take matter and no satisfactory reply given.
      Kindly suggest and give me solution at the earliest.

        We have purchsed lg washing machine on 4th nov with booking order ref same mobile number for delivery on 5th nov. Till today, product not delivered and each and every body we called/ calls from call center are making promises proves falls. Is there anybody, a proper system in vijay sales to ensure delivery as per scheduled date promised to buyer. Its disgusting and annoying us. Very sad affairs. Need immediate help. Anybody responsible please look into and compensate us.

          So currently i am facing an issue in my phone and i need an duplicate bill to get my phone repaired.

            I imtiaz ([protected]) receive my samsung single door refrigerator on 30th october 2018. At 9:00 pm which seems to be damage i called customer care and inform the same as delivery man refuse to take the same. But from that date till 7th november 2018 no one help me for my concern. I kept calling to the vijay sales chembur store customer care but it was only words.in vijaysales chembur branch i spoke to pinky and she inform me that she will take care of the same but when i called again on 6th november after 2 days of the call made she said she forgot and she will delivery it on dated 7th november 2018. But again on dated 7th november she again called me and said it will be delivery on 8th november 2018 as the delivery boy forget to pick the refrigerator. As i live alone it was worst for me to wait as i have to go on job after 3:30 pm and they are not ready to delivery my refrigerator before 3 pm i have already taken 2 leaves from my office and which have mage my lost i have also mail them but no revert no the mail nor proper help made. Hence want all my lost to be taken by the company.
            My leaves loss 2 days
            My food / cold drink got nassy
            My time for more then 8 days wasted calling and speaking with them.

              Worst service encountered today from Vijay sale Ulhasnagar branch. Very lazy staff with less knowledge. First they will promise you some price quotes then when you will proceed for a particular product then prices will get start increasing slowly slowly.
              Even for payment mode, they will tell you hundreds of ways but when you will proceed for the payment, either their server is down or they will ask a documents which we normally dont carry.

              Today morning i visited to above mentioned branch for purchasing an refrigerator for round 30K-35k. A sale executive Mr. Praful (Sales Guy) started guiding me regarding the refrigerator. For every piece in which i showed my interest, everytime he use to go back to the counter to check the current price for it. then at last i finalised one Samsung Convertable 324 Ltr refrigerator. After processing the half payment system he came & informed that this model is not available in stock & will take 5-6 days in delivery. Then i selected other model as i was looking for next day delivery.
              Then i opted for EMI option, some guys came & started processing my EMI. In every 2-3 min they were calling someone & asking for what to do & how to process now, how to fill this now. They were almost "0" in EMI processing knowledge but still Vijay Sales authority allowed them to process this. I guess Vijay Sale Authorities are not aware how serious payment module is. Small error can make customer suffer very badly.

              After trying his best after around 45 min, guy told me that sir server is not working. But i was 100% sure that server was Ok, only that guy was not able to do it, so just gave the excuse, because i was continuously listening to his telephonic conversation & from that i can figure it out that the person to whom this payment guy was talking on call, asked him to say server is not working, & this guy will be back in office in 2 hrs, so he will process the payment. So, i came back to my home.

              After 3 hours i got call from Mr. Praful, sir our server is fine now, you can come & make the payment. I again went back for the payment, then again after an hour they asked me for a cheque for processing EMI. No one informed me about this nor in morning visit neither when Mr. Praful called me in evening. When i raised this query payment guys & Sale guy available there started looking each other faces & started exiting from there one by one.

              I went to Manager, reported everything to him, but shockingly he went to them & was talking to them very casually like he is asking wether they has lunch or not or how are their health. Then came back to me & said sir i feel sorry for this. Now what we can do, we need cheque so we cant help you in this issue. But my main issue is why dint they informed me all this thing in morning or when they called me back for processing the payment. They knew that i m planning for EMI option, still dint informed me this & in front of manager they were saying this is customer fault as we had informed him, but when i asked them to say this in front of me, no one dared to come in front of me. We are not sitting in home & go for shopping everyday. Who will bear all my travelling expenses which i had bear just because of their lazyness & low knowledge possessing.

              I was an regular customer of Vijay sales. I had purchased 2 laptop (Sony Vaio & Macbook Air), 5-6 mobile phones in 3-4 years, 2 washing machines in last 3 years, 1 LED tv. When ever i need any electronic product i always go to Vijay sales.

              But now after this incident, i am sorry, but i will have to think 10000 times now. As a customer i am feeling very rudely treated. I think Vijay sales has achieved his monthly target for this month thats why now they are not valuing their customer.

              Now i will never go to Vijay Sales again after this experience.

                I have ordered samsung washing machine and samsung led on 6th nov 2018 and i was told that the delivery of the same would be done on 8th november 2018,
                I received the washing machine on time... My complaint is if there is delay in the delivery you should drop message to the customer and give proper information.
                Also if there is more than one product purchased by the customer.. Try delivery everything together to save time.
                Kindly take this feedback as it is very disappointing...
                You can also ask the convenient time of the customer to delivery of product as there is high possibility of people being out... Especially during the festive days...

                    My carrier ac purchased in may 2017 from vijay sales which is under warranty period and is being leaking internally every month inspite of repair done every month it seems the product sold to me is a defective product. And every month i get a solution from the company is to only repair a defective product. Currently i want the company to take back the product and provide me new product which works properly.

                      We bought a refrigerator from vijay sales, vikas marg, delhi on 29th october 2018.

                      We got a bit wrong in choosing the fridge size, due to which the delivery of the fridge also got delayed.

                      Since the helpers could not take the fridge by stairs due to lack of space and also we stay on the 4th floor. They had to contact executive from samsung to dismantle the refrigerator doors and then they were able to get the fridge on the 4th floor by lift.

                      Now we realise that there is lack of space in our house and the fridge is over sized.

                      I have now been reaching out to the manager in vijay sales to request for exchanging this fridge for a size smaller. However i don’t seem to get a good response.

                      I am not happy with the after sale service at all. Although we have bought most of our appliances from the same store but this time i have had a very bitter experience.

                      Not sure who to contact. I have requested the representatives several times that we direly need to exchange this. This fridge has been standing like a demo without being touched since october 31st. I am sure there is a way to get a size smaller for the fridge.

                        my name is Santosh Dhondu Zore,
                        i have bought TV from vijay sales,
                        its being a year i am using the TV now all of a sudden there was some issue and my TV is not working,
                        i had called customer care and called for service as i have a free service warranty for 5 years,
                        the Executive named A.K.GUPTA from your center came at my residence address and just checked the TV issue and he later told it that its a DISPLAY ISSUE and took RS 1300 as a visiting charge and told that the next day the executive will come to my residence and collect the TV and you will have to pay extra 650 for transportation.
                        if i am charged for transportation extra when why shall i pay for visiting charges.
                        its just the LOOT of money which is being wasted.
                        Since a month my TV isn't working, i am calling the customer care since a month but no proper response is being given your end about the issue.

                        SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE COLLECT MY TV AND SOLVE THE ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN VERY LOW BUDGET AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID AN HANDSOME AMOUNT OF MONEY TO YOU.
                        I HAVE THE RECEIPTS FOR THE SAME.

Bolkar chala gaya jabse aaj tak mujhe koi response nahi mil raha hai har din customer service ko phone karta hu bus yahi bola jata hai ho jayega 1 do din mai aur aaj lagbhag 1 mahina hone ja raha hai mera tv dead pada hai.                             Humming sound coming from my vise tv, i purchased from chinchwad vijay sales pune. Technician visited my places 3-4 times they tried changing mother board but it went worst my tv went down so they placed my original mother board but issue of humming sound is still there.

                            Whenever i call them they says they will call me but no one calls. I talked almost more than 20 times with them explaining my issue. They always says change your aux cable its the issue with aux cable but it happens even if i insert headphone in same port. I even have word with one of person from there head office mumbai but nothing fruitful.

                            Worst service i have ever seen.

                              I never recommend any one because i complain for repair 1st oct and then 16 days let they repair. When i call they say we don't have staff and some time say we will come tody or we will come tomorrow. And after that 16 days they come to my home and repair but with in 11 hours air conditioners again same problem and after that when i call staff behaved very rude. So my request to all customer please check other company air conditioners...

                                We have purchased new hp laptop from your malad store on 03rd sep'18. Since that time i'm struggling to start the laptop and it is not working since that time.
                                I have tried to connect with you/your team but no positive response and unprofessional attitude.
                                Also, communicated us to connect hp team as this is a software issue and we just take-care of sale and not for the resolution.
                                I'm seriously surprised, being a big partner how you excuse from supporting the customer.
                                This is highlighly unprofessional and not customer supportive.

                                  Vijay sales is having worst service center. I brought my washing machine 2years ago. Last month it stopped working. I called vijay sales customer care and booked my complaint but in vain. Now more then one month has gone still my issue is not resolved. Though they promise you to visit in 48hours but in my case they are visiting in 5-6 days according to their convenience plus they people exactly dont know wat has happened to the machine. First guy who came to repair asked us to change the compressor and he didn't turn out for days. I had to go for another complaint. This time another guy came and asked us to change the rubber. Actually they don't know what was exactly needed. I called them again and this time they came after 5 days after booking my complaint and told us to change the gear box and they checked the machine and will come whenever they will like to. My complaint is cancelled and now i ll have to book another complaint and it will go on as my last complaint. I am really fed up with this. It is the the worst service in the world. They are doing all these things just because my machine has its three years of warranty and they will have to change it. It was my biggest fault that i kept trust in vise. Pathetic service n disgusting customer care service. These people don't know how to talk to a customer. They cancelled the complaint without letting me know and they were very rude when i spoke to the manager mr. Ganesh pathak. They people don't care about anything. They are least bothered about their work. I ll never suggest any one to go for vijay sales brand.

                                  A pathetic after sale service.. Without asking to the customer vijay sales canceled the service.. And now again telling to register and wait for more 4 days. Till service centre will do call back. Very bad quality of a vijay sales product.. ( VISE LED) has stopped working. The product has been purchased from MIRA ROAD vijay sales store.. Customer service people also don’t answer the call..

                                    This is to bring to your notice about the aquaguard from vijay sales, ashram road, ahmedabad on 5th oct, 2018.
                                    The aquaguard is not working properly. The panel was changed from the executive when communicated to vijay sales but again the indicator light on the display is not working properly.
                                    This is on the priority basis and will be awaiting reply at the earliest. Hope for some positive response.

                                      On 9th october 2018 i purchased amazon echo dot 3rd generation after looking there offer on their website https://www.vijaysales.com/

                                      I saw there offer for the above product in 1499/-. I also checked if any other payment are in hidden as it was pre order but didnot found it.

                                      Even when i paid amount by credit card the invoice was very clear as i seen in my order and confirmation mail received from them.

                                      Today there person called my for saying your product has been ready and you need to pay additional 1500/- as selling price is current 2999/-

                                      When i denied he said to cancel and he did it.

                                      I raised concern to the official mail and received mail stating that that was pre order and mrp was different and send one attachment where it was mentioned its an advance payment.

                                      But they didnt send me earlier that copy as it is used for there internal prcessing might be.

                                      I had received a confirmation mail on 9th october 2018 as specified below. The same i am attaching here:

                                      I bought jbl flip 4 from Vijay sales dadar prabhadevi in month july.
                                      But it seems little faulty product (there is some gap between the speaker), i dint check that while buying and its in 1 year warranty period.
