Vijay Sales — Delivery pending of whirlpool refrigerator!!!

I have purchased a refrigerator company whirlpool 265l (Double door) on 20th june-17. During the purchase it was committed by the sales executive that the delivery will be given on 21st june-17 which is still not done. Then i have called the senior sales person for deliver, he said the model is not available in go-down and have to wait till 26th for delivery since the unit in under manufacturing.

Now, being a regular customer of vijay sales i was so disappointed for the delay happened. Why should i wait? Who is responsible for the delay?
