Vijay Sales — escalation on mr. alok | |||
Hi, I want to post an escalation w. R. T. A product issue. I bought a morphy richard food processor 1000 watt, the machine is generating high noise and i reported the problem to vijay sales seasons mall where i bought the machine from. They had a engg visit and ticket was closed stating no issues observed. I told mr. Alok to compare the sound level with new machine but it dint happen and finally i visited store to discuss the issue, they kept me waiting for 45 mins stating they will be sending someone and then said to drop the machine. I was flying to us that evening and hence couldn't drop and has no one at home to coordinate. Now when i came back and took the machine to store they observed the noise level was high and mention its marginal high. I told please get it replaced and the response was very disappointing, mr. Alok says because we used it for 3 months noise level is high. I couldn't accept the response and requested for a escalation, luckily i got mr. Pradeep and he is a interesting personality. He asked mr. Alok that noise level should increase or reduce and mr. Alok was confused, i could make it he has no knowledge on product. Mr. Pradeep assured that he is going to help. I want to escalate on mr. Alok as he is misguiding consumer and i am so frustrated with his responses, i will never ever visit vijay sales seasons mall if they have mr. Alok as point of contacts. I strongly urge vijay sales to investigate and take appropriate actions on mr. Alok failing which i will reach out to consumer forum on the subject. I cannot accept someone misguiding me.
