Vijay Sales — False delivery promise of product

I ordered a smart watch on 11th Sep 2023 as a gift for my wife. I have chosen Vijay sales over other platform because they promised to deliver it next day on 12th September. Today is 14th September and i have no idea where the product is. This is absolute cheating with customer. I am chasing them with multiple complains on calls and email but they are just saying that we have forwarded the concerned to our Logistic department. Below are order details:

I want Vijay sales to compensate on this customer harassment for delay with per day penalty of INR 1000.
