I am pravin from mumbai.
I want to inform all the viewers that please do not opt the extended warranty service from *vijay sales*.

I am an average and only earning person in my family, for a middle class person it is very much difficult to purchase a product that is tv, one can understand that an electronic product is purchased by a middle class only once or twice a decade that too while we have a desire for upgradation with the futuristic world.

But *vijay sales* & *onsitego* have ruined my desires which was turned into reality last year.

The false promises of extended warranty has shattered my desires and the happiness and lapsed my dream of being entertained from television this have even affected my family like ways.

The tv was absolutely fine and working and then after a year it required some maintenance, despite connecting over a month with *onsitego & vijay sales* the issues were never attented and i believe now there won't be any rectification done now because they are not even willing to do so or else it would have been sorted/ solved till now.

Even i belong from service industry and i exactly know how things can be managed to rectify any issues.
