I have purchased jbl flip 5 bt speaker on 10 aug 2020 through online by vijaysale.com with hdfc debit card emi option for 3 months & my order number which is confirmed to me is vs[protected]. But due to some system issues & payment failed issues there are two more orders showing in my accounts order no vs[protected] & vs[protected], so i'm requesting u to look in to this matter & cancell my other two orders immediately

    Dear team,
    This is the daughter of mr shinde, asking you for the replacement of the gas stove.
    Your guy came one month ago seen the broken gas stove which is under warranty also you guys agreed to replace it.. But it's been more than a 2 months no positive response.. All waste of money.
    I need to complaint this at twitter and your official site if i didnt get the replacement within a week time. You guys dont have rights to fool customer. Need to take this at consumer forum

      I had lodged a complaint on 13th june 2020 m2006-ew132201 which was attended after a month. The technician who attended the complaint found the gasket and fan motor defective. I had requested them to come and fit both at the same time since i did not want vendors entering my home.
      From that day onwards i have been getting a call everyday to come to fix the fan motor. I have repeatedly informed them that they both need to be fixed at the same day. Bhiwandi was under lockdown hence the gasket was unavailable. I agreed to wait till bhiwandi opened up. I have been getting messages everyday for extension days of the complaint due to non availability of the parts. A few days ago a lady called to say that someone from lg would come to check and attend the complaint. Today i have received a call from lg stating that everything will be chargeable! I have an extended warranty with vijay sales and i am aware that the gasket is chargeable which i am ok to pay for. Why should i pay for the visit and fan motor? Lg informed me about them not being associated with onsite. Thats an issue vijay sales and lg need to sort out. I need my complaint attended which somehow on the onsite has been resolved. I have lodged a fresh complaint today m2008-wb090571. The vijay sales app opens everything related to purchase but when you click on extended warranty it throws an error that your don't have internet connection! Pl resolve my issue asap

      Till date the issue is not resolved . There is a tennis match between Vijay Sales and Onsitego and in the bargain my complaint till date has not been resolved.
      Decisions on my Refrigerator have been taken without my knowledge or consent !

      13th June till date no resolutions only feedback phone-calls about the service !!!

        Hello vijay slaes & onsitego,

        I had purchase kent ro water purifier from vijay slaes & took extended warranty for 2 more yrs.

        I have logged complaint in feb 2020 for water purifier no working & engineer from onsitego visited & replaced filters which got faulty within 2 days. Again engineer visited & done something which didn't worked for more than 2 days.

        After which engineer said that part needs to be replaced & currently not available, will arrange part & come back. But i haven't received any call or update for about 15-20 days & after which engineers was unable to visit due to lockdown from 20th march.

        Now again i had logged a complaint on 13th june 2020 but still issue persist and no one called for any updates. Again when i called today to vijay sales costumer care they said that ticket has been closed on 22nd july after contacting me but i haven't received any call.

        I am completely frustrated due to this type of service from vijay slaes which was unexpected. And will make a note not to buy anything from vijay sales in future.

          Hi vijay sales team since a month back on 5the july i order a phone and 6the july i request to cancel my order since then i had follow with mail customer executive till one month now i didnt recieve my money for d order no vs[protected] handset of vivo i order online and i paid 7990 amount which is less of 10rs to 8000 so i[censored] don't find it a big amount right in this pandemic for me 8000 is important to run my house please give me my refund by today tomorrow its a very bad experience i have been facing on my portal its showing refunded but from last one week after this status i checking up with my bank ac i don't got a single penny ur sales executive is saying that its bank will do refund but please show ur response get in touch with ur server bank icici and ask them to pay back its how long i can't wait this much for a big amount to refund please revert me i want my money by saturday

            With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your notice that, I had purchase the above mention model on 05/03/2017 with 5 year warranty period. After 6 months of purchase the panel had been replace for almost 4 times till date excluding other complains like black light . etc...You can check the record with my registered mobile number.

            Apart from this service is so worst that neither Vijay sales customer care nor the Philips customer care representative address the issues.

            Recently my Phillips TV stop functional as usual. For last 20 days I am putting my efforts, requesting them for replacing the model, Since for last 3 and 1/2 year. We are fed up. Every time they take almost a month to return the TV back.

            A gentle reminder to you all, Phillips technician had reported the complaint 2 weeks ago from the date, yet problem not resolved till today by both Vijay and Philips vendors.

            Kindly reply at the earliest.

                  I have been following up with Vijay Sales customer care for 2 weeks, since 12th Jul 2020.

                  Only today I was given the invoice and the i have received the msg below.

                  Your order for PANASONIC REF NRFBG31VSS3 SHINING SILVER (305) with invoice number BWG-A-SI 7194 is out for delivery by vehicle number MH04HY0230.

                  But no further new about the delivery. This is very frustrating.

                    Sir,
                    I had purchased Sony 49" LED tv from VS in March 2018 with 3 yr extended warranty. The TV had problem of multiple(double) image for which I put a complaint on 2nd July 2020. The technician was arranged by ONSITE, who visited and told us that the panel needs to be changed. The TV was picked up on 21st July. I was told telephonically that the spare part is available hence it would be repaired in urgent basis. On 23rd July, I received a call stating that the request has been forwarded for the necessary spare part and that the repair would be done by 30th, but not committed. Today, on 24th July, I received a sms stating that the ONSITE people are working on a diagnosis and will update me.

                    I mean, are they working retrospective, that spare part is once available, later they request for the spare part, and latest, they work in diagnosis.

                    Is it happening only because the TV is under warranty? Had it not been under warranty, the technical team would have been after me for the money involved.

                    How would kids manage without TV during lockdown for a month?
                    Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                      I have placed an order on the site caratworld the admin of which is also the admin of vijay sells, I have not received my order yet so firstly I have tried to connect with them through mail which is ([protected]@gmail.com)(caratworld site) but no reply so I have connected with courier services (shipdelight) that is assigned for the service of delivery and only then I got to know that they had not been handed the shipment over and then they have given me the mailID of concerned person who is responsible for handing the shipment according to them ([protected]@gmail.com) so I have tried calling both mentioned numbers in two sites are switched off so i have tried to connect with them on instagram and i have found (vijaysells007) page with same above mentioned email ID and I have found a person with the name nikujahir, the above mentioned admin of carat world site both in followers and following( only 22 people in list to be noted) but the person claims he doesn't know anything about the site please do the needful.

                        Dear team,

                        We purchased new voltas ac on 28.0620 from vijay sales against same we got delivery ac on 01.07.20 against invoice no th-a-sif165 dated 30.06.20 and voltas team visited for installation on 15.07 20 (After 17days) and they opend package and found inside of the unit some damages due to damage they not fitted ac but they collected rs850 for whirlpool make outdoor stand + rs 150 for tube insulation tape +100 for 3pin plug purpose.

                        After that serval time we are called to vijay sales help line no but no one are responding due to that we are not satisfactory with them service and customer response.

                        However now we need full unit replacement immediately.

                          I bought a new tv on 12 july and today is 18th july but the services are still not up and running. I called the store as there's a fault with the new tv but they are saying that now a complaint needs to be registered with them. What kind of a service is this with a new product. This is simply not professional. If a new item is not working, it should be replaced immediately or refunded. I have spend dozens of hours on calls following up with people to get this resolved.                                 We had lodged a complaint about our Videocon 43 inch 4K TV in FEBRUARY.
                                A mechanic named Sandeep Patil visited and took 650/- as visiting charges. He inspected our TV and said that there is a problem with the backlight.
                                Our TV is still under warranty.
                                The executives do not answer our calls. It's been 6 months that we have been chasing the Videocon as well as vijay Sales executives.
                                The part is available but they're demanding money for it even though the TV is in warranty.

                                If the replacement of the part is not possible...we want our TV to be replaced entirely asap
                                The purchase was made under the name of GUNJAN GIRISH EKBOTE.

                                I also sent a mail to Vijay sales customer care. The executive was supposed to call within 4-5 days...but it's been more than a month

                                  Had raised many complaints regarding vijay sales inhouse brand tv vise.. But it has all fell on deaf ears.

                                  I am fed up with this tv as it's not working past 45 day and need immediate replacement or let me buy a better brand by paying the difference amount

                                  Also i would like to know why all my previously raised complaints were closed without my consent or without giving any resolution.

                                  I understand the situation out there, but there has to be some courtesy to speak with the customer.

                                  I did tried to call back on the said number of bina madhu vijay sales on[protected], those were never reverted back.
