Been complaining since the first day of receipt of the refrigerator, neither any installation done, nor any person has visited us for attending to the numerous complaints done over the phone and by email.

    I had purchased a HP make desktop from Vijay Sales, Kharghar on 08.09.2020. The desktop was not working and the complaint raised with HP on 12.09.2020 Via Ref.No.[protected].
    Mr. Vishal Gaikwad (Mob.No. [protected]) for HP had confirmed on 28.09.2020 that he has initiative process for replacement of Desktop with a new one.
    Mr. Akki Durgum ( Mob.No. [protected]) was co ordinating from Vijay sales. He has informed me that the replacement Desktop has arrived in showroom but they are waiting for HP person to seal the faulty one.

      Purchased skyworth smart tv from vijay sales and it is still in warranty period. But since last 2 months tv is completely dead and vijay sales is not taking any responsibility about it. Neither skyworth company is giving us our replacement. Pathetic services. Totally useless.

          Hi,
          I, mrs. S kala nathan have purchased a videocon uhd led from vijay sales on 16th june 2017 within a year there was a problem of display and at that point of time when we called vijay sales, they had given third party contact number stating that videocon company got shut down. So we tried contacting third party vendor & the solution what we got is that they repaired the display of tv. Even after denying that we want replacement as it is under-warranty, but we still got the repaired tv after 4 months.
          Now again after 2 years, the same issue occurred - display issue & now again when we contacted vijay sales-care they gave third party vendor number & when we called that number, the person visited after 2 weeks & taken 650 rs/- & informed that he will update us on the display but then after this person didn't answered our call. Now this time again when we visited vijay sales at thane branch (Teen hath naka) the solution given by the employee is so illogical. He is expecting us to pay more[protected] for the new tv & they called this offer as an exchange offer.
          Please find below my conversation between vijay sales team.
          Conversation1 - vs - care team (Thane teen hath naka). Employee name - nikat. As per her she provided the third party vendor details & informed that they will help us in repairing our tv.
          Conversation 2- third party vendor - prasad (Mob:- [protected])- he visited our place & informed that its a display problem & it will be replaced as it is under warranty. He asked for a service charge of 1250, however he said to give 650 first & remaining he will take after repairing. After a week, when there was no response from anyone then we called him but this person did not answer our call even a single time.
          Conversation 3 - we called vijay sales team again to check the status, as the third party vendor was not answering our call. Then vs care team (Employee - nikat) gave technician head number mr. Narayan tamhankar (Mob:-[protected]), event this person did not answered our call not even a single time.
          Conversation 4:- we visited vijay sales (Thane - teen hath naka) on sunday i. E 20th sep, and spoke to vs care team (Employee - manoj), this person didn't even understood our issue & instead he was saying why did we purchased this model. After our argument with him, he redirected us to on floor manager (Mr. Prem). We spoke to mr. Prem & informed him about our issue, he told he will write this query to head office & will call us back on monday i. E 21st sep, but we didn't get any call from his side.
          Conversation 5:- now today when we called on his number, vs care team (Employee - manoj) same employee answered our call & informed he is not reporting from the last 2 days & told to meet manish (Designation-sales executive). When we spoke to manish he was giving us an offer where we have to pay[protected] to buy a new tv. Now i am not understanding here when we already spoke to mr. Prem who was floor manager then why our case was redirected to the sales executive again. the sales executive (Manish) was not ready to understand our problem, he just wanted us to spend more money.
          I am not sure whether you guys will read my entire conversation or not, however this is really a pathetic service & illogical team hired by vijay sales. No one is interested in listening to our issue, but yes ready to sell the new product.
          Is this what after sales service provide by vijay sales.

              2. We have a 3year extended warranty from vijay sales but they are not responding.
              3. The inaction by vijay sales is giving a bad name to bosch besides causing us inconvenience and harassment.

                This is to inform you that i had purchased vise led tv 43” on 8th june, 2019 from thane vijay sale gb road branch.
                On 17th august, 2020 i made a complaint that my tv screen is not working and your mechanic came on 24th august 2020, checked the tv and told me it was having a panel issue.
                On 29th august 2020 my tv was picked up by your people for repair. I called your customer care and they told me it will take 8 to 10 days to fix the problem.

                Almost 23 days over from the date when i had made a complaint. This is a pathetic customer service i've seen in my life, very bad after sales service.
                Today i called your customer care, they were telling me more 15 days it will take because panel is not available. It is your in house product and you don’t have the panel in stock, and to arrange it takes 30 days, such a worst service.

                You don't have courtesy to reply the email. Horrible customer service.

                Third time we directly went to the store on 10th sept 2020 at gb road thane store, they told we will get our tv today on 14th september 2020, we didn't received any call from your end. We are calling from our side but no one is picking up the phone.

                Almost 30 days over from date when i had made complaint.

                Give me my cash back

                Harassing customer is not good.

                  My carrier ac which i bought from vijay sales is not working, i have also taken then extended warranty but the resolve is taking forever it took 7 days after launching the complaint the guy to visit (Even after changing the slot time: 5 times) and now they are asking for another 5 days for pickup of ac.
                  Worst service ever.

                      I have purchase metz tv on dated 2nd jan 2020 (Metz uhd led m50g2) in your located address plot no 312 tps no 1 leela mahadev complex, panvel.

                      My metz tv showing black screen last 6 days and i have already raised complaint against in your office dated 4th september 2020 but no technician person visit my home address mentioned as per below address. I have inform you that my metz tv in warranty.

                        While connecting anything (Set top box, laptop, etc) to hdmi port, (Vise, led, hdmi, usb, etc) logo comes in every 15 seconds. Please tell me what's wrong and how to vanish this logo, it's very frustating.

                          Hi,
                          I have purchased elica cook top
                          It is 3 burner set. Right side burner was not working with automatic ignition from day one. it is taking more attempt than others 2. That time installation engineer suggest to wait for 2 days also told that it will be satteled automatically but it did not.
                          Again I raised complaint the engineer came and adjusted the electrode. It worked for 2 days again it went down.
                          On 26th I raised the complaints to elica. Engineer Raman came on 28th and no solution could provide.
                          He said that his supervisor will visit and see. His supervisor Mr. Sanjay Kumar visited the place on 1st September 2020 and did some adjustments. Also he broke the gas burner for the adjustment without letting me know.
                          After his leave I checked and found the broken part. I called him and he casualty said it is ok.
                          My question is that why this process required? Why did he do without my consent? I strongly object this.
                          I have brand new product facing issue from day one. I don't want in such a way.
                          I need replacement.

                              We have purchase lg led 43um from vijaysales thane branch.
                              However within short period the display of the tv screen becomes black and not working since we have purchase hardly we have used continuously for 2 months and it under warranty period of within one year. We have contacted both lg as well as vijay sales but yet not got solution to replace the display
                              Vijay sales has just noted and given the complaint number m2008-b291176 also vijay sales representative over telecom is just blaming us/customer for physical damage of the display this is totally irritating and not taking any kind of responsibility for the warranty. There is not any kind of damage done from our end.
                              I am very disappointed with this kind of product/service as i was having very much trust in vijay sales brand and i personally recommend my wife to only purchase from any of your branch and within this short period the tv display failed. We are many shops in raigad but as your delivery does not includes to raigad we personally pay additional 4000 rs for transportation so that we will get good product and service from vijay sales but it seems till today no proper solution given.
                              I would appreciate to resolve this problem and get the tv display replace from your end as within warranty period of one year you can negotiate with lg as well for the display price as we cannot pay entire amount and only can contribute for minimal charges.

                              If this tv display issue is not replace from your end i will make sure me and my family/relative/friends will not purchase any products in future.

                                  Purchase a smart tv with extended Warranty for 2 years. Within the 7 month of Purchase tv stop working. Request Raised on 27 June and today is 28 Aug 2020 and tv is still not repaired. Sometime it is problem with the PCB sometime it is with the Display Unit and sometime with the cable not being compatible. Support from Vijay Sales has been very pathetic. If you are planning to purchase any thing from Vijay Sales do not purchase, it has been very painful to followup for the repair.

                                    I purchased the samsung refrigerator rr20r182zut pebble blue on aug 21, 2019, and have been experiencing cooling issues since the first month.
                                    We have raised issues with samsung and vijay sales and get nothing except emails from them (Samsung).
                                    A service engineer is sent who always informs he is at a certain location and will arrive the following day or later but fails to keep his commitment. Although i do not have any issues with him visiting any hour as my parents are always available due to their old age.
                                    The one time he did actually visit he mentioned to my parents that the refrigerator is not working as intended as the light bulb is faulty and due to which the entire system stops (I want to believe this but..). He then goes on to replace the bulb and leaves for the day. The cooling does not resume; although it's not dark now when we go looking for the items stored in the fridge. Hence, would like to thank the engineer here!
                                    After months of chasing them as they now have an awesome reason (Read covid-19 here) to delay everything has led to us completing one year with this defective fridge. I'm not sure about the extended warranty or anything as nothing has been conveyed to us.
                                    @vijay sales: my parents being the old couple that they are put a lot of faith in your stores rather than making an online purchase through the various e-commerce portals available at the tip of our fingers. I never intended for them to go through so much hassle to just store their food! Given the current situation of covid and the impact that it has on older people, i expect nothing more than them being safe and use the fridge for which i've spent my hard-earned money (Rs. 13600 to be exact).
                                    @samsung: please do not just forward our emails to @vijaysales as we can do the same. We reach out to you because we have already reached out to them.
                                    My request is for having a full refund of the product or a brand new product in return as we have already witnessed the great level of expertise and knowledge of the engineer been sent to us.

                                        As already we complaint about television which we faced some line marks issue, and same issue resolved by technical team with taking 3 weeks time. After re-installing same issue occurred. Which completely not expected.

                                        Warranty period of television is 16 september 2020
