Vijay Sales — hindustan water purifier

I have received a damaged piece of water purifier. It's a hindustan lever product of 14ltrs water purifier. It was delivered on the 25th of may and the product wasn't opened until 30th since we were settling in as we have moved to a new home. I called vijaysales on the 30th itself and spoke to shruti and was informed that the vijaysales the andheri west branch will contact me however i didn't receive a call. I called vijaysales today again n spoke to priyanka and was informed i will receive a call in 30mins but no call as yet. I called again later in the day and some to siddharth and he promised i will get a call from the store in maximum 1 hour and no call as yet. Just because a product has been delivered it means that ur job has been done. This is completely unacceptable service.. I always thought of vijaysales 1st if needed to buy any appliances but will definitely have to look for alternative options now. Goping will get an immediate update on this and have the issue resolved asap.
