Purchased Amstrad TV from Dombivli branch in the word of Vijay sales inside sales executive (Mr.Karan).
Within 2 to 3 days we had few issues on TV so we decided to take this issues to showroom but as we all know these mediator brands are only focused on selling the product they are not concerned about the CUSTOMER issues, (Mr Amit - who doesn't know the CUSTOMER ethics (I am surprised who took his interview and how he was hired for CUSTOMER grievance) I don't know why higher officials wait at exit and ask ### questions to CUSTOMER.
Even 12th failed people will do better than they do.
So we returned home with no solutions.
