Vijay Sales — laptop - dell

I have purchased Del Laptop on 29th Dec 2018. Its in warranty, but Vijay Sales has not updated this with Dell, So now when i am facing problem with Laptop, Dell is showing that its not in warranty. I mailed them the Invoice copy, but they say that its not stamped & signed so its invalid.

Then since last 2 days i am dialing customer care, they are just saying they are forwarding this to IT dept & they will call back. Which i Never Received any call since than. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE
