I have purchased Del Laptop on 29th Dec 2018. Its in warranty, but Vijay Sales has not updated this with Dell, So now when i am facing problem with Laptop, Dell is showing that its not in warranty. I mailed them the Invoice copy, but they say that its not stamped & signed so its invalid.

I had purchased a "Godrej Eon Allure" Top Load Automatic Washing Machine from Vijay Sales on 24/10/2019. They told me Machine has Inbuilt Water Heater in it and the cost of Machine is Rs. 17400. Machine also shows Temperature option on panel, but during use I found no rise in water temperature. When I filed a complaint in Godrej Customer Care with complaint no. F[protected], Service boy attended the complaint and told me this machine do not have water heater, then I called Vijay Sales and told problem to them and request them for Replacement of Machine with "Water Heater Machine" but they denied for replacement.

After 10 days they give me i ball convexo 2 which have very cheap quality and not same as i ball 229. Why they give me another product for the replacement of iball 229 and it seems to be that this i ball convexo 2 is not good as i ball 229 the not resolve my problem even in 10 days..         no installation or demo even after 10 days of product delivery

        Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. Multiple service requests have been raised and the call is still open as per my last discussion over the phone with the bosch service center in surat.

        I had booked mi43smart tv on 9 oct get delivered 0n 11th technician came at 15th and can't complete installation as he can't able to connect my home wifi so on complaint other technical person came and under his observation he told me motherboard is defective it will be changed in 5-7days max now today is 30oct no one has contacted or exchanged my faulty tv though i had took 2yrs extended warranty vijaysales doesn't care for any customer they are only interested in payment i will wait till this sunday then i will dump the tv to there goregaon showroom and ask my money back as from 2nd my emi is also getting started

          Your delivery service is very poor.
          Your store phone call me about delivery but i wait full day but freeze is not delivery on my address.
          Store said me at 7pm freeze delivery before 9 pm but not delivery.
          I wait full day in my home but freeze is not delivery.
          Next time i do not purchase from vijay sales and don't suggest any my friend or persion purchase from vijay sales

            I have purchased vise led tv on jun-2017 and after that it has stopped working 3 times and every time same issue of display.
            Even on 17-oct-2019, your support person replaced its motherborad, but next morning same issue.

            Customers have put their hard earned money in your faulty product.. Either you should replace it permanently or refund our money...

            Because it gives me problem 3rd time in last 2 years. How can i believe on this product and your engineers... And what happens after warranty period... As i am sure that it will give this problem in every 6 month.

            Please get it replace with new led tv. This is faulty product believe me... I afraid it will not work more than 6 month if you get it repaired...

              Dear team

              I am so disheartened due to the bad experience faced at your gurgaon sector 29 store. I belong to a middle class family and was willing to buy a laptop for my father from my savings. Considering long relationship i have with vijay sales and my family has bought so many products from your stores, vs was and has been a one stop solution for me.

              I went to your sector 29 gurgaon yesterday and finalized one hp laptop (14-ck0154tu) mrp 24, 990 because of its great features in the price offered with the benefits as explained to me by mr abhijeet (Sales executive) and mr. Prashant (Bajaj finserve). I was told that using hdfc credit card i can avail instant discount of inr 1500. Also, if i club financing of bajaj finserve i can further avail benefits of inr 5000 (Which included netflix 1500, big bazaar 2500 and wallet balance 1000) on paying a processing fees of around inr 500. I was really happy about the deal. I tried calling my father and brother regarding the deal and purchase the laptop but they were busy so didn't respond. So i had to give my contact details to your sales executive and leave the store.

              On next day i. E. Today, i called the store to confirm the availability of the model and confirmed to them that i am coming to purchase the laptop so please dont sell to any other person.
              When i reached and confirmed to them for the purchase, my dreams were shattered by your team (Both sales and bajaj finserve). Benefits promised were actually a false commitment stunt thrown by your sales team with help of bajaj finserve team.

              There was no instant discount using hdfc card. It will be added to the account after 90 days and amount got reduced to inr 1250. False commitment!!!

              Benefits using finance from bajaj finserve also reduced from inr 5000 to inr 3500 and reasoning given was that by product lies in 15k to less than 25k bucket. Again false commitment!!!

              Further, processing fees for getting the finance by bajaj finserve got increased from inr 500 to inr 2100. And reasoning given for same was that this product is not mapped to bajaj finserve to finance for same will be considered as "vanilla". Again false commitment!!!
              I mean seriously. Whom should i consider as "truthful" in vijay sales. Just explain to me. I took the matter with your customer support department. Ms. Aparna was calm enough to hear my complain thoroughly and ensured that bajaj finserve personnel mr. Prashant explain the deal again. Nothing got changed except the fact that additional amount of inr 10 will be deducted to get me inr 5000 benefits and it was decided finally that yesterday commitments were completely false and this is what it is. I called my father and explained him the scenario and asked for advice. Not to mention how bad he felt considering he was the one to tell me to buy the laptop from vijay sales only. I convinced myself that it's okay considering diwali is on weekend, i was desperate to buy something o[censored]tility to my father. So i told ms. Aparna that kindly ask someone to process the transaction. Mr. Abhijeet took me to mr. Prashant to get the payment done. I was asked to wait for atleast 15-20 minutes as prashant was busy with other customers. And then he asked for my credit cards, id proof, pan card and current ncr address proof. I showed him all the documents and then he started scribbling on a blank paper regarding the amount to paid through various channels like credit card, account, etc. Then he explained me that i can not get inr 5000 benefits as the amount of the product is not 25k or above. If i want to avail this benefit i will be charge around 500 additional processing fees. Again false commitment, within a span of 30 minutes your team changes the statement. Why!!! I called ms. Aparna and she had only one answer to this nonsence: "this is what it is, i cant help it. If you wanna buy go ahead otherwise you can leave it."
              Feeling betrayed and irritated i had no option but to leave. After spending good 2 hours at your store, i felt it empty-handed on biggest festival of the year diwali.

              Extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed to leave empty handed. Never expected this service from vijay sales. I will never recommend vs to anyone.

                    I had purchased a kent maxx uv from your patel nagar branch, delhi.
                    First of all they mislead us when we went to purchase an ro there. And then by giving wrong information they end up by giving us this kent product. Which doesn't work in our home well and our all money spent on this item was wasted. When we went to your store after 2nd day of purchase again complaining about this item they said that now nothing could be done. Where as when we today went there the manager said that mam it's more then a month now and we can't do anything. So your staff are quite unaware about the product and handed us a wrong product which is of no use in our home. Neither they want to accept there mistake. Nor they said any possibility on the second day of purchase. Now i want my extra money paid for warranty back.
                    And please make sure that you are hiring right staff... Because it's our hard-earned money that one spend to purchase anything.

                          I had gone to vijay sales, chinchwad branch to purchase a geyser. However, they did not have the specified product at that moment, so they told me that they'll get it ordered from the company and it will be delivered to my place in 5-6 days. They told me to pay the full amount of the geyser. So i paid...in cash.. And told them to order it.
                          However, even after 9 days, the geyser was not delivered to me, and also i had not received any communication from vijay sales, that my order is getting delayed or anything like that.
                          So i called them and asked them about the statues of my order, they said that they contacted the company and it will take 2 more days. But they guaranteed that after 2 days the geyser will surely be delivered. So i waited...
                          Even after 4 more days of waiting, the geyser wasn't delivered. (That is total 13 days of waiting)
                          So i again went personally to the store and asked them to cancel my order (Irrespective of the status of my order).
                          Now, in this process, one more problem was that, i had paid in cash.. But when the order was cancelled, they told me that i won't get cash in return, instead, they'll give me a cheque of the same amount, but not on that same day; they said the cheque will be delivered to my place in 2 days.
                          This really instigated me... When i am paying the full amount for a product in advance, then i should be getting the money instantly, once i cancelled the order... Since the fault was completely theirs...!!
                          By getting a cheque delivered, this means that i will have to wait for 2 more days till the cheque gets delivered, and on top of that, i will have to make a trip to the bank, to get that cheque encashed! All this extra work just because the company screwed up.
                          I did not agree. And i asked to speak to their branch manager (Or whoever the highest authority is). Once i said that, they agreed to give me the cash!
                          So why did they have to do all this natak on the first place! They could have easily given me the cash once i had cancelled the order.

                          I have suffered lot of grievance from this. And i would never advise anyone to ever buy anything from vijay sales (Especially the chinchwad branch)

                            Sir, we have purchase a pansonic tv on april from registered mobile no:[protected] sir actually within few month the display of tv is not coming and sir we had paid only few installment till now and now i had compliant but they are refusing to do in guarantee sir we had purchased so many products from vijay sales thinking that its best store and now when time come for after sales service you are neglecting sir with this you will loose your customers sir request you to please repair this in guarantee sir you also purchase so many product from panasonic so you can also yell them to do this as fast as possible sir if this not done we will do complaint at higher so please do it last time we qre saying it.                               Recently i had purchased a faber hob from vijay sales in mumbai. Which during installation at my home town was noted to be a faulty product as the ignition was not fitted properly. I had registered a complaint regarding it saying i am entitled for a replacement of product and not repairment as its unused. They responded that a technician report is required for any further process also extra charge will be taken since its outside mumbai. So i bought the unused product back to mumbai and it's been about 15 days and no technician has been arrived to check the faulty product.
                              I daily connect to their customer service and now i had finally contacted the branch that i had purchased from. But still no satisfactory service is been provided to me. I had to come back to mumbai leaving work at my home town and wait for the technician to come and report to be filed and analysed. It's as to i had damaged the product.
                              This was my first and last time experience with vijay sales. Customer buys an expensive product from a departmental store and not online expecting a good and fast service, but guess i got that wrong.
