Around 6 months back we had bought black coloured godrej eon microwave oven from vijay sales chinchwad, after that we couldn't use that oven even once. Since it's defective and not functioning at all. Neither the executive or employee from vijay sales even after contacting came to give us demo and now one month when personally we went at vijay sales they told us to contact godrej.. The person named mr saurabh from godrej came at our house and told us that the part is damaged and needs to be replaced.. He has taken even video for the damaged part and registered a complaint for it's replacement.. Still it's not replaced nor anybody from godrej or vijay sales is helping us on this.. In My Fredge Vegetable Get Destory /damage With in A single Day As I Store in it So Plz Make Need full Request And Change/Replace My Product As Soon As Possible as i request to vijay sales as well as haier company staff member. but they are not intrested for providing service to me. so finally I Need to go forcefully to Consumer Forum court With All My All Record Of Complain As they Are Disable To Get Service Under Warantee Product. And The Same Company Had Mentally Harsement to Me From Last 3Month And they had Waste my plentely Of Time. I Request You Plz Replace My Product With in 5 Days Of Mail You Receive Or Else I Need To Make Futher Steps On Complain In Higher Authority. I regularly buying several equipment from vijay sales. We just moved from mumbai to surat & purchased aquaguard enhance ro+uv+tds regulator. We call service man to check the machine (Service provided by excellent service - vesu surat). He force to change the attached piped and when i demanded the invoice he told me we are not giving any invoice. However, linkage keep going overnight & calling the same... He informed to change to inner part. We called the vijay sales and they discuss the matter and concerend person from the piplo show room told them to finish the matter. I am building my house and i am now started thinking is it worth to buy other products like ac and kitchen equipment from vijay sales

We purchased vise tv model vd39h601-2017 screen size 97.79 cm from raipur chhattisgarh.

Since 2-3 months hdmi ports are not working..
We are not able to contact vise customer service.

Please do the needful... We have purchased it with lotus shopping center at raipur chhattisgarh.
At the same time we purchased 2 tvs of same model, one is running fine but another one is getting above said problem, need immediate action to get it resolved...

I had purchased a geyser last month and since installing I had been facing issue, as I had complaints many times and your service engineer have not fixed the issue, most important thing is that they do not know how to talk, they are arrogant and they misbehave, I want my device replace or you should pay back my money.

I have ordered microwave oven on 29.12.2019 from vijay sales ashram road branch with instant payment (Aar-s-so-7320). I am assured for delivery by 31.12.2019 but till date no delivery completed, they moreover not make a call for delivery confirmation. Even sale manager mr. Nitin give me false commitment and delivery boy juned misleading me for last 6 hours of false promises. At last they told me we will take this issue tomorrow not now. Please resolve else it will force me to put this complaint viral over news channels and also to go in consumer court for the compensation of such harassment and misbehave with false commitments.

We had visited vijay sales vasai outlet with complaint about my phone display.. We were wrongly directed by the manager mr vikram mohite.. To samsung service center.. Inspite of having insurance.. Giving half information.. Causing us inconvenience.. The address provided was wrong as they have not updated the new center address... We have been regular customer of vijay sales.. It's has been a very bad experience n very inconvenient for us... Your staff should be well versed with the procedure regarding all situations.. N should provide solutions to customer problems rather make them run around..

I purchased bosch 507 ltr refrigerators from worth 37465 inr. Vijay sales, preet vihar branch. Its was deliverable with multiple damaged parts. When i complaints to vijay sales regarding the defective piece. They have given the only timeline to replace but the timeline, not fruitful.
Still, i am waiting for a new piece, not confirmation from vijay sales.
It's my biggest mistakes to purchase goods from vijay sales.

Just a intimation mail about the fraud happened with me or i should say the inconvinience caused to me even after paying a material amount of rs. 28000 for a well know brand sony, product sony speakers
Let me elaborate my issue

Dated... Purchase sony speaker from vijay sales faridabad crown plaza.

All the buttons werr loose and were not working properly, let me further inform u it was just 4 to 5 days old, copy of bill enclosed.

I complained about the same to the customer care no of sony portal and also on the vijay sale plat form

I was least satisfied with the response, one person even says koi baat nahi hojata hai ye to, boss i paid rs 28000 rs that my was may be im material amount for that person but for me its my 2 months salary.

And atlast response was i get the service request for repairing the device.

Now the point is who is frauding. Is the vijay sales dont raised a proper complaint or the most satiafied brand sony is discouraging the customer.

I think if i ll be educated enough if the product is not installed and there will be fault aftrr opening the product. Then ut should be refunded but still i ask for only replacement.

But i was asked to get it repaired.

Do give me in writing that its not possible to get it replaced or refunded.

I dont want to argue with anyone
I even apologize if i said anything wrong but boss its my 2 months salary i paid it with all my heart. Now i want a proper response

Till now i m only listening to the # arguement that the demo is not available or they will come that day and all, one said the buttons would be like this only

Sir get it tested and written report is needed for the cause and action.

This store sold us a eureka forbes water filtration unit after assuring us that it does not require any additional accessories. We told him that we stayed on the 7th floor but he said that this was fine, a pump was not needed. A few days later, they sent a eureka forbes person, anikit harsora, who falsely claimed that the water filtration can only be installed with a pump. His faulty meter showed '0' water pressure although my own meter showed plenty of pressure. He insisted on selling us a pump, merely because we lived on the 7th floor. After arguing with us, he returned without installing the product. Now the store refuses to take back the product. Due to unethical advertising by vijay sales and poor eureka forbes service, we are left with a non-functioning water filter.

I have purchased samsung led 55 inch from vijay sales from iscon cross road at ahmedabad gujarat through 6 month emi option from hdfc bank credit card

But for every monthly statement i charged for intrest amount though i was told that it is zero percent emi and it is approximately 900 rs
Why your sales person cheat client by speaking false and targeting only for selling items

So ultimately vijay sales name is going to spoil which is established with long time

We have purchase videocon uhd led tv from your bhandup shop against your bill no. 119-q-sft495 dt. 08.02.19 with 3 years complete warranty.

We always purchase all electronics product from your ghatkopar west branch from last 10-12 years. And we are very satisfied with your staff and product services (Especially with you ghatkopar west branch).

But first time we purchase videocon tv from your bhandup shop due to that time ghatkopar branch shift to r-city branch and no display more product in that shop.

So from last 3-4 months our videocon led tv not working properly (One horizontal stick mark on our tv and both part in different colour) and before 20 days our tv total black only voice playing) many time we call to your shop for register complaint for the same, but your assistance says above product not in warranty period she says we give only one year warranty of the above product. Also she's saying videocon company closed so we are not responsible for that.

I personally going to you bhandup shop on dt. _ and register complaint for the above (Complaint no. _) and your representative says sending our technician within 4-5 days to resolve above problem but till 12-nov no any technician will come from your side, so again i going to your shop and asking for the same.

Your representative say's your product not in warranty, he says your product gives you only one year warranty and our person will inform you before purchasing this product also he say's videocon company shutting down so we are not responsible.

1st of all nobody informed me as only 1 year warranty of the above product also not receive any 1 year warranty papers from your side. I don't give any objection for that because we are trust your service and already purchased many electronics product from your shop.

2nd point your sales person force to me that time for purchasing the above product due to they give 3 years complete warranty and clearly mention on tv sticker.

We again and again request to you please register our complaint and solve the above problem immediately because we have purchase videocon tv from you not direct from company, so you are liable for this issue.

Otherwise give reply in writing, "we are not responsible if company shutting down, also stick warranty sticker mention on product only for attract customer no meaning of sticker"

I had purchased a "Godrej Eon Allure" Top Load Automatic Washing Machine from Vijay Sales on 24/10/2019. They told me Machine has Inbuilt Water Heater in it and the cost of Machine is Rs. 17400. Machine also shows Temperature option on panel, but during use I found no rise in water temperature. When I filed a complaint in Godrej Customer Care with complaint no. F[protected], Service boy attended the complaint and told me this machine do not have water heater, then I called Vijay Sales and told problem to them and request them for Replacement of Machine with "Water Heater Machine" but they denied for replacement.

I purchased iball 229 earphone... Now it's not working therefore i gave it for the replacement. After 10 days they give me i ball convexo 2 which have very cheap quality and not same as i ball 229. Why they give me another product for the replacement of iball 229 and it seems to be that this i ball convexo 2 is not good as i ball 229 the not resolve my problem even in 10 days.. Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. I had booked mi43smart tv on 9 oct get delivered 0n 11th technician came at 15th and can't complete installation as he can't able to connect my home wifi so on complaint other technical person came and under his observation he told me motherboard is defective it will be changed in 5-7days max now today is 30oct no one has contacted or exchanged my faulty tv though i had took 2yrs extended warranty vijaysales doesn't care for any customer they are only interested in payment i will wait till this sunday then i will dump the tv to there goregaon showroom and ask my money back as from 2nd my emi is also getting started

Your delivery service is very poor.
Your store phone call me about delivery but i wait full day but freeze is not delivery on my address.
Store said me at 7pm freeze delivery before 9 pm but not delivery.
I wait full day in my home but freeze is not delivery.
Next time i do not purchase from vijay sales and don't suggest any my friend or persion purchase from vijay sales

I have purchased vise led tv on jun-2017 and after that it has stopped working 3 times and every time same issue of display.
Even on 17-oct-2019, your support person replaced its motherborad, but next morning same issue.

Customers have put their hard earned money in your faulty product.. Either you should replace it permanently or refund our money...

Because it gives me problem 3rd time in last 2 years. How can i believe on this product and your engineers... And what happens after warranty period... As i am sure that it will give this problem in every 6 month.

Please get it replace with new led tv. This is faulty product believe me... I afraid it will not work more than 6 month if you get it repaired...
