I had lodged a complaint on 13th june 2020 m2006-ew132201 which was attended after a month. The technician who attended the complaint found the gasket and fan motor defective. I had requested them to come and fit both at the same time since i did not want vendors entering my home. From that day onwards i have been getting a call everyday to come to fix the fan motor. I have repeatedly informed them that they both need to be fixed at the same day. Bhiwandi was under lockdown hence the gasket was unavailable. I agreed to wait till bhiwandi opened up. I have been getting messages everyday for extension days of the complaint due to non availability of the parts. A few days ago a lady called to say that someone from lg would come to check and attend the complaint. Today i have received a call from lg stating that everything will be chargeable! I have an extended warranty with vijay sales and i am aware that the gasket is chargeable which i am ok to pay for. Why should i pay for the visit and fan motor? Lg informed me about them not being associated with onsite. Thats an issue vijay sales and lg need to sort out. I need my complaint attended which somehow on the onsite has been resolved. I have lodged a fresh complaint today m2008-wb090571. The vijay sales app opens everything related to purchase but when you click on extended warranty it throws an error that your don't have internet connection!
