[Resolved] Vijay Sales — no installation or demo even after 10 days of product delivery

Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. Multiple service requests have been raised and the call is still open as per my last discussion over the phone with the bosch service center in surat. It has been more than 10 days of the product being delivered but not a single call from the customer care no. Of vijay sales or bosch has been received. The installation/demo was scheduled for 23rd, then every alternate day and now no one is ready to respond to my queries/repeated requests. I may be compelled to return the product. Nov 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Company co-ordinated with Vijay Sales and installation as well as demo was provided today.. Vijay Sales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We bought a Home processor of Bajaj FX 7 food factory from Vijay sales Baner branch on 22/8/2020. After the purchase we had been told that our engineer will come and give you the demo of the product at your mailing address
As committed by the sales person their demo engineer called us on the given number to my Husband but due to our busy schedule (office)we request him to come on working days after 6 PM or on Sunday
And we get couple of calls from your customer care department if we get the demo of the product or not but due to the engineer's comments we told them that he is coming on the committed date as he committed us 2 times and fails to come by saying I can't come after 6 PM as his working hours gets over after 6 PM every day and Sunday he said I am having holiday
I am having all the call recording of everyone with me who committed us for providing us the after sales demo service
So my request please look into the matter and give us proper service after sales
