I had purchased a kent maxx uv from your patel nagar branch, delhi.
First of all they mislead us when we went to purchase an ro there. And then by giving wrong information they end up by giving us this kent product. Which doesn't work in our home well and our all money spent on this item was wasted. When we went to your store after 2nd day of purchase again complaining about this item they said that now nothing could be done. Where as when we today went there the manager said that mam it's more then a month now and we can't do anything. So your staff are quite unaware about the product and handed us a wrong product which is of no use in our home. Neither they want to accept there mistake. Nor they said any possibility on the second day of purchase. Now i want my extra money paid for warranty back.
And please make sure that you are hiring right staff... Because it's our hard-earned money that one spend to purchase anything.

My led is not working properly, its have distored images and speaker voice is not coming in a distored manner. I asked the videocon customer care to help in this but they are taking visiting charges but not providing service as they mentioned they do not have parts and then said my extended warranty is expired though my warranty is valid till 30 oct 2019. Still no on helping nor vijay sales people. Warranty is not accepting my the videocon,...

This is about washing machine we purchased from vs, bandra, linking rd branch on friday.
While purchase, we r promised for an installation next day after d delivery, but when wm is delivered, we r informed to have installed in 3 working days ie in our case 5 days!!! (As we have exchanged old machine, we r left with no machine!!)
Can this be done asap now??

I had gone to vijay sales, chinchwad branch to purchase a geyser. However, they did not have the specified product at that moment, so they told me that they'll get it ordered from the company and it will be delivered to my place in 5-6 days. They told me to pay the full amount of the geyser. So i paid...in cash.. And told them to order it.
However, even after 9 days, the geyser was not delivered to me, and also i had not received any communication from vijay sales, that my order is getting delayed or anything like that.
So i called them and asked them about the statues of my order, they said that they contacted the company and it will take 2 more days. But they guaranteed that after 2 days the geyser will surely be delivered. So i waited...
Even after 4 more days of waiting, the geyser wasn't delivered. (That is total 13 days of waiting)
So i again went personally to the store and asked them to cancel my order (Irrespective of the status of my order).
Now, in this process, one more problem was that, i had paid in cash.. But when the order was cancelled, they told me that i won't get cash in return, instead, they'll give me a cheque of the same amount, but not on that same day; they said the cheque will be delivered to my place in 2 days.
This really instigated me... When i am paying the full amount for a product in advance, then i should be getting the money instantly, once i cancelled the order... Since the fault was completely theirs...!!
By getting a cheque delivered, this means that i will have to wait for 2 more days till the cheque gets delivered, and on top of that, i will have to make a trip to the bank, to get that cheque encashed! All this extra work just because the company screwed up.
I did not agree. And i asked to speak to their branch manager (Or whoever the highest authority is). Once i said that, they agreed to give me the cash!
So why did they have to do all this natak on the first place! They could have easily given me the cash once i had cancelled the order.

I have suffered lot of grievance from this. And i would never advise anyone to ever buy anything from vijay sales (Especially the chinchwad branch)

Sir, we have purchase a pansonic tv on april from registered mobile no:[protected] sir actually within few month the display of tv is not coming and sir we had paid only few installment till now and now i had compliant but they are refusing to do in guarantee sir we had purchased so many products from vijay sales thinking that its best store and now when time come for after sales service you are neglecting sir with this you will loose your customers sir request you to please repair this in guarantee sir you also purchase so many product from panasonic so you can also yell them to do this as fast as possible sir if this not done we will do complaint at higher so please do it last time we qre saying it. We had call so many to your department they are saying we will call in half and hour but no call is been responded sir i want my tv to be repaired in gurantee if you are not giving then what it mean we will instead buy from our near by store they instead give give better guarantee by putting their cost to save the customer and your this big reputed company and not support ing to small family sir you also can think that how it looks like we uad not paid our full installment also and in middle of it we can't use that product also sir its been 2-3 days we are hopeful that you will do some but you are not responding sir please do this we want to make our relation with you r company and want to buy more product like washing machine, air conditioning... And many more if you will not see this small complaint sir please please please i request you to do this repair as fast as possible we are hoping that u will do this

Recently i had purchased a faber hob from vijay sales in mumbai. Which during installation at my home town was noted to be a faulty product as the ignition was not fitted properly. I had registered a complaint regarding it saying i am entitled for a replacement of product and not repairment as its unused. They responded that a technician report is required for any further process also extra charge will be taken since its outside mumbai. So i bought the unused product back to mumbai and it's been about 15 days and no technician has been arrived to check the faulty product.
I daily connect to their customer service and now i had finally contacted the branch that i had purchased from. But still no satisfactory service is been provided to me. I had to come back to mumbai leaving work at my home town and wait for the technician to come and report to be filed and analysed. It's as to i had damaged the product.
This was my first and last time experience with vijay sales. Customer buys an expensive product from a departmental store and not online expecting a good and fast service, but guess i got that wrong.

My vise 39 inch tv was after 3 years screen problem this problem very early
Only 3 years after start tv screen problem this is not fair your product i am purchase because i am trust your vijay sale (Vise) product but only 3 year start problem for tv? how to trust your product for next time i am heartily request you please solve my tv screen problem.

We have purchase sky world smart tv, haier refrigerator & jbl 2.1 sound system from your chakala shop on 15.08.2019 & delver on 25th august 2019.

At the time of start jbl 2.1 sound system we noticed that some system error or remote problem, hence we immediately contact your branch / customer care support team to resolve this issue. But after several reminders over a phone call no any technician or representative visited our home to resolve the issue.

We got some call's from your/jbl representative to visit our home but no one visited at our home last 15-20 days.

I fill this was bad experience for me after paying such amount for jbl system & no one try to resolve the issue, no any proper response received from your customer care team. Hence i clearly instructed your customer care team / shop re-representative on 18.9.2019 arrange technician to resolve the issue before saturday (21.09.2019) otherwise if you fail to resolve issue than collect this jbl system from my house & reimburse the same amount immediately.

I am regular customer for vijay sales, but this type of service never seen in my life. Such a horrible experience after paying such amount.

Yesterday jbl representative reached at my home in absence of me. But i am not satisfied with such type of service

Please arrange your person to collect only jbl 2.1 system from my home & reimbursed payment immediately

We have purchased led tv from vijay sale as it is their own local brand along with warranty for three years. There is some speaker problem occurred. We raised complaint regard about vocal issue which is not working on. Till date my issue not repaired..
Vijay sale is not satisfied the commitment and not getting proper reply from them since they are not taking responsibility of default product.
No one is answering. When i call vijay sales customer care... Replied that the said part is available at branch office and need to check with technical team or within two days technical would call back you and let you know soon. But from that date to til date it is not rectified..
Today is 13 day completed yet speaker problem not repaired.
Engineer said that he is sick and unable to visit. Another person may be visit in place of him.
It was a bad service given by vijay sale & its team.

We have purchased tv from vijay sales. And they had given warranty for three years. We are not getting proper reply from vijay sales. If they are not taking responsibility of default product.. They have clearly mention no warranty service or unavailability of warrenty.. They are even not give us contact number of that company so it's really very difficult for us to complain.

Not working. Purchased this machine on 02/08/2019.
Not work in just 1 & 1/2 month.
Customer service is hopeless. When i call the customer service no. And my turn comes to talk to the service executive the line goes blank. I have to call the no. Again and hold the line till my turn comes to talk to the service executive.

We had raised complaint regard machine is not working on[protected]... Till date my machine not repaired..
And also my machine is in under warranty period.

No one is answering.. When i call vijay sales customer care... Replied that within a two days machine will be repaired or changed.. Due machine spare parts not available... But from that date to til date it is not repaired..

Today is 14 day completed yet machine not repaired.

Engineer said that i don't know when spare parts come...

It was a bad service given by dealer...

I book refrigerator on 09/09/2019 and rs 14500 deduct from acount and delivery shedule on 10/09/2019. But on dated 10/09/2019 they called me and told that refrigerator stock is not availbale and concern person not taking as good as we all want. Also then thier manager ask me to wait for two days and arrange it from mumbai. But today i received call from vijay sales and they refuse to availabilty of fridge. 1 st day since i told them do my refund activity. But uptil now i didnt received my money. So i want to refund my money as early as p[ossible.

Sales person and manager or accountant never talking with properly and i am too upset such huge store behave like that.

In future i am going to never come in your store.

And i am also suggest all the customer kindly verified whether delivery of product 100% or not... Then make payment for your betterness

Right after 3 years warranty is completed, the vise tv 32 inches - display stopped working suddenly, looks like there is an inbuilt timer put inside these tv's. Its been 4 days since i have put a request for an engineer visit and i have been calling every day since then, but no one has visited.

Request all never to take any electronics products from vijay sales, its not worth the pain. After sales service sucks, not sure about their quality checks as well.

On 2nd september 2019, sunday i placed order for lg fully automatic washing machine in vijay sales dilshad garden branch then i received delivery on wednesday and there was a dent on machine which they replaced by friday and then installation is done on saturday means almost a week passed from date of purchase but problem not ends here when i started using the product i found it defective and also that sales person of vijay sales given me the wrong information about the product at the time of sale like:
1.) sales person said you can wash 27 clothes in 9 kg washing machine but lg technician told me at the time of installation that only 18 clothes can be washed at a time.

2.) sales person of vijay sales said that blanket can be easily washed in 9kg washing machine while lg technician is saying that you cannot wash the blanket in machine otherwise machine will not work properly.

3.) when i asked the sales person that samsung is giving scrubbing tub in samsung automatic machine then they told me that you won't need to scrub clothes in lg washing machine because it is fully automatic and if you need to scrub clothes then what is the benefit of automatic machine while lg personal and user manual says that you have to scrub clothes before washing.

4.) sometimes jet spray doesn't work and some time soak feature don't activates.

5.) machine is not drying clothes.

And i am continuously calling lg and vijay sales dilshad garden branch but no positive reply and solution of the problem is received.

This is the worst service i have ever encountered so far when we have booked lg washing machine with vijay sales. After continuous followup with the customer service and not getting proper feedback, i had to personally visit the borivali store and got to know that the doa was not created in-spite of completing all the formalities. Post that the product was delivered on the same day in the evening and the store manager has to apologoize for their mistake. But things did not stopped here. Again i have to followup for the installation purpose and still the same situation. Then after multiple complaints with them over a call, then the installation happened.

Poor coordination between the departments and the entire team.

I wont recommend vijay sales to anyone

I purchased a samsung fridge on 15th august 2018 from vijay sales ashram road, ahmedabad.
At the time of purchasing they told me if i would pay using hdfc credit card then i'll get 5% cash back after 3 months.
After 3 months i didn't received cash back, i called them then they replied me it'll take another 3 months.
Then again after 6 months i called them at that time they didn't replied me in proper way.
I went to showroom and told them many things then they replied me that "that offer was belongs to emi customers only"

Now my point is they should inform me this exception while purchasing.
They have no moral values.
They are doing wrong commitments, my friend also faced same issue with vijay sales only.

Now after one year i'm fighting for moral values only.

Hello vijay sales,

I bought faber chimney from vijay sales baner outlet (Address:pride purple accord, near rmz icon, baner road, pune-411045.).
After checking the product the product was found defective and we asked the concerned people from vijay sales to replace the product and provide a defect free product but after 15 days their has been no positive response and product has not yet been replaced.

It seems vijay sales have stoped being serious abt their customers and taking them for granted. I have been buying products from vijay sales for many years but i am seriously reconsidering my thought of suggesting vijay sales to my friends or any known person.
