Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: i registered my complaint on[protected], then technician visited my house who was so rude and was not bothered about what we questioned him. then, next day your technician called me and said please ask for replacement as this device will not work for more than two months if repaired. after few hours, another technician called and said in hindi (Tv kab uthane aau) I asked that is it for replacement. He answered, "No for repairing". After that when asked why are you changing decisions, they said only it will be repaired.
calling several times and writing mails, one of your seniors called me and I told my concern. Further after few hours I got call regarding replacement and gift voucher (which I have attested in my mail). Then, next day again your decision changes, and I got call regarding repairing.
I requested many times about replacement they just say they will call me after 24 hours, but as usual no response. Its already been more than or about 2 weeks, but not getting satisfied with your service.
It occurred on: 12/10/2020
As a customer I want complete replacement from you, after all your technician and your call representative made fake promises regarding replacement.
Also If still only I am going to suffer then, I will be going legally or I am not at any fault for any negative publicity on social media as I have all call recordings from your side.
And please do stop this kind of mental harassment in these days.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
