This is to inform you that I have been facing a very disheartening service from your side.
I had booked a Television from Vijay sales chembur on Monday. I was assured and promised for quick delivery and best service from your side. But once payment was done all promises were failed. I was neither given Direct contact details and also the service executive who lured us into buying a TV way over a budget.. assuring that delivery would be done in 3 days. Now after banging my head at 4 different places...I have been told that my payment had some issues. I checked with Bajaj finance ..and they told me that the process had been done on Monday itself. I have been waiting for a call back since afternoon..but had no response from yourside.
I have been purchasing products from Vijay Sales since 2007 and discontinued from 2012 since I faced a lot of similar issues. Maybe it was a mistake to trust again and waste my money with ur services. I was also assured lowest price which was Fake. Reliance digital and local sony dealer is giving better deals. Is it my mistake trusting your brand again??
I am very upset and expect a revert at the very earliest.
