I have bought a lot of products in past from Vijay sales and this time I have purchased a whirpool set which includes a Hob chimney Microwave and oven.
Sir I have having a renovation at my place this had just installed Hob and sir in the second day of installation 2 buttons were not working and even the ignition was shaking I complained and the person came to repair I told him it’s a new gas now come there is this problem he said sir Hota hai I said ok immediately on the second day other buttion stopped working.
Sir I was using Prestige built in Hob and I just stopped using it in a year coz of this issue and this being a new gas this is the proble
I am facing I have asked them to replace it as it is just 2 days but no one is helping me Vijay sales is directing me to whirpool and whirpool is directing me to Vijay sales I am attaching a video of the repair and I do not wish any repair as it is a brand new product... pls help me and get this resolved.. My wife is pregnant and she faces a lot of issue while cooking...

    My husband had purchased videocon fridge in July 2017 name Santosh chavan - which is still under warranty. However it has stopped working.
    The sales executive who has recommended to buy this fridge is denying to help by repairing this fridge.
    I need an urgent solutions on this issue, on calls they say company is shut down we can't help. But vijay sales has provided that guarantee to customer stating if fridge is not under working condition or can be repaired or replaced. Vijay sales will replace it.
    Because of this facility we had taken extra warranty for the same. Please address this issue at the earliest.

        Dear Team Vijay Sales
        I have purchased Murphy Richard Iron Super Glide from Uttam Nagar Delhi Branch against Bill no. 4598 D/t 11/7/2019 of Rs 1700/-
        it was not working since last 5 month and 5 times we have complaint for not working this product but Company staff who used to come asking private service at his charges. Sir this Iron is not working at all and we want to replace it on immediate basis. But neither Vijay sales staff nor Murphy richard staff ready to listen our point.

        Please resolve the issue before we reach to consumer court.

          Kindly note that I purchased my ac online and rec'd a deffective piece.it was almost 6 days since I purchased it online and noone came to install it.the reason why I got an ac online is as I needed it urgently .
          I imagine receiving a deffective piece.reqiest to exchange or return it at the earliest.
          Vijay sales is a trusted store so didn't expect something like this to happen

                I have booked the Air Conditioner on 29th of march 2021 and did full payment on the same day . Sales manger said the delivery will be done by 31st of March 2021 . I waited on that day also called the person, he didnt respond, then called the customer cared number they said will get back to you. Called on 1st nobody responded. Then called on 2nd customer care person registered the complain and said, will arrange the call from the branch itself you will receive the call, nobody called .From 2nd today is 6th of April everyday i call customer service they listen to entire complain of mine and say will get back to you your query will be resolve or you will get the product delivery today itself . Nothing has turned up to be true. Today its more then 8days were payment is completely done, didnt got the product nor the proper response of why there is a delay in delivery .

                I want the compensation of this behavior and the product ASAP. Cause there is a height of being patience.

                  I have purchased a few products(Washing Machine, TV & Fridge from Vijay Sales (Uttam Nagar) on 08-Dec-2020 at that time there were offer if i purchase with HDFC credit card i will get the 5% cashback within 90 days but till now i have not received anything.
                  they told me that i don't need to come and do follow to Vijay sales store or HDFC bank i will get cashback after 90 days without any hassle. but no one had called me after purchasing.

                  It's been almost 4 months but till now i have not received the discount amount

                      I purchased a Voltas 1 ton window AC serial no 4011236A19DC05507 from Vijay Sales on 18 Mar 2021 . This has been registered in your system vide ref no [protected]
                      VIJAY sales sent a carpenter to fix the AC on 20 mar who obviously had no knowledge of the tech functionality of the AC
                      On fixing I pointed out to this carpenter that the Air swing function was not working to which he said the air swing is to be done manually and left
                      Not satisfied I lodged a request with your call center who sent your mechanic yesterday who informed that a lock which holds the airspace MF with the motor was missing and air swing was non fuctional due to that reason
                      He promised to come next day withe lock to fix it
                      Regrettably this has not been done
                      Very disappointing. Pl take note and send your technician to fix it with the lock

                        I bought three air conditioners from Vijay Sales - One of them had a crack, and two of them gas leakages. Did not operate even once.

                        No service was provided for 2 MONTHS for Aquaguard, yet waiting for someone to come and install.

                        The cooktop was installed with a shorter pipe and different people were sent for service.

                        AWEFUL EXPERIENCE, SUGGEST NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM VIJAY SALES. SERVICING IS PATHETIC, PRODUCTS DONT FUNCTION AND RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAINT.

                              This is with reference to one of my transactions done on 7th November 2020 with VIJAY SALES MUMBAI for an amount of Rs 15, 500/-. As per Diwali offer I was supposed to get a Cashback after 3 months, as explained by Vijay Sales & HDFC personals But it's already been 3 months but still I didn't receive the Cashback. I have performed the Transaction using my HDFC Moneyback Credit Card. So please let me know why there is Delay in receiving the Cashback ASAP

                                We purchased a Daikin AC from Vijay Sales on 23.01.21. The AC was received and after few days Daikin people came and installed it. Immediately after installation, on checking, Daikin people noticed problems in the compressor. So they called their engineers and they also noticed the same problems which they mentioned in the installation report. Now Vijay Sales is not arranging replacement, instead they are forcing us to allow Daikin engines to do some more inspection. Daikin is already claiming that, part of the problems is only a design issue. We feel that Daikin is trying to find excuses and so they want to visit us again. The installation report is sent to Vijay sales and also sent emails explaining the facts. Because if the corona also we don’t want people continue to visit us. As of now there is no positive response from Vijay Sales. Requesting Vijay sales to help us positively.
