I have purchased a LG refrigerator from vijay sales sector -29, Gurgaon branch on 2nd April 2021. This is to inform you that said product hasn’t been delivered yet. Please arrange to deliver the same on priority basis.

I have two concerns here:

1. How can your system show the product as delivered when it’s not delivered yet ( came to know by calling your customer care).

2. I would like to complaint against salesperson Yogesh from sector 29, gurgaon branch. My whole purchase experience dealing with him was so pathetic that now I am thinking of choosing any other option for purchasing such items. He is least bothered about after-sales service. I wanted to contact him and I called up branch couple of times and he never came on phone. I, even, tried to contact him through other sales person and he told him that he will call me back in two minutes and it’s been 5 days and I am still waiting for his call. He has done the same earlier twice. This is the third time.

Despite giving so much importance to Vijay Sales over your competitor, I am getting this kind of treatment which is completely not acceptable.

Still showing the status of processing, when checked with customer care, the executive is unaware about my delivery, want to know whether I will receive my order or not. If not let me know how can I get my refund, as this smartphone is required on urgent basis

my name is rameez ahmed im having very bad expreriance with vijay sales. I call to vijay sales branch at attapur (hyd) they said boat smart watch storm is not available in attapur branch. They said it available in chintalkunta branch (hyd) price rs 2099/-. They again i call to chintalkunta branch (hyd) chintalkunta branch person said stock available but price is rs 2599/- i make conference call to two branch they both discussed and they are said price varrent in here but in system showing difference i really fedup with both branch person. Im raising this complaint please give both branch experience person for sales.

I have bought a lot of products in past from Vijay sales and this time I have purchased a whirpool set which includes a Hob chimney Microwave and oven.
Sir I have having a renovation at my place this had just installed Hob and sir in the second day of installation 2 buttons were not working and even the ignition was shaking I complained and the person came to repair I told him it’s a new gas now come there is this problem he said sir Hota hai I said ok immediately on the second day other buttion stopped working.
Sir I was using Prestige built in Hob and I just stopped using it in a year coz of this issue and this being a new gas this is the proble

My husband had purchased videocon fridge in July 2017 name Santosh chavan - which is still under warranty. However it has stopped working.
The sales executive who has recommended to buy this fridge is denying to help by repairing this fridge.
I need an urgent solutions on this issue, on calls they say company is shut down we can't help. But vijay sales has provided that guarantee to customer stating if fridge is not under working condition or can be repaired or replaced. Vijay sales will replace it.
Because of this facility we had taken extra warranty for the same. Please address this issue at the earliest.

Dear Team Vijay Sales
I have purchased Murphy Richard Iron Super Glide from Uttam Nagar Delhi Branch against Bill no. 4598 D/t 11/7/2019 of Rs 1700/-
it was not working since last 5 month and 5 times we have complaint for not working this product but Company staff who used to come asking private service at his charges. Sir this Iron is not working at all and we want to replace it on immediate basis. But neither Vijay sales staff nor Murphy richard staff ready to listen our point.

Please resolve the issue before we reach to consumer court.

Kindly note that I purchased my ac online and rec'd a deffective piece.it was almost 6 days since I purchased it online and noone came to install it.the reason why I got an ac online is as I needed it urgently .
I imagine receiving a deffective piece.reqiest to exchange or return it at the earliest.
Vijay sales is a trusted store so didn't expect something like this to happen

I have bought refrigerator from Vijay sales. That day offer of Rs2020 cashback is running. But after completing kotak credit card emi of 3 months i have not getting any cashback. Kotak credit card person saying please talk to Vijay sales person. And Vijay sales person not helping me.

I have booked the Air Conditioner on 29th of march 2021 and did full payment on the same day . Sales manger said the delivery will be done by 31st of March 2021 . I waited on that day also called the person, he didnt respond, then called the customer cared number they said will get back to you. Called on 1st nobody responded. Then called on 2nd customer care person registered the complain and said, will arrange the call from the branch itself you will receive the call, nobody called .From 2nd today is 6th of April everyday i call customer service they listen to entire complain of mine and say will get back to you your query will be resolve or you will get the product delivery today itself . Nothing has turned up to be true. Today its more then 8days were payment is completely done, didnt got the product nor the proper response of why there is a delay in delivery .

I want the compensation of this behavior and the product ASAP. Cause there is a height of being patience.

I have purchased a few products(Washing Machine, TV & Fridge from Vijay Sales (Uttam Nagar) on 08-Dec-2020 at that time there were offer if i purchase with HDFC credit card i will get the 5% cashback within 90 days but till now i have not received anything.
they told me that i don't need to come and do follow to Vijay sales store or HDFC bank i will get cashback after 90 days without any hassle. but no one had called me after purchasing.

It's been almost 4 months but till now i have not received the discount amount
