The purchase date for the microwave i purchased is 9th may 2018. The delivery was suppose to be done 48 hours later. Delivery was done after 4 days. Today is 15th may 2018, the product is just lying here at my house. No update from the installation team. This is the worst buying experience ever. Such good brand but service is pathetic. Slow and no service performance. I want to return the product now. I would rather consider buying from a store that appreciates my business.

No installation yet. Called manager who was so rude, told me that Samsung is responsible for the late instance??? I mean does he think wr consumers are illiterate, ???? Poor and worst service vijay sales. I regret the purchase from you people.
