Vijay Sales — Purchased ipad pro when it showed stock available it's been 20 days no resolution yet..!

Vijay sales have a ### marketing strategy that they initially received all the orders for apple days sale which was from 24 dec to jan 4 which they making delay to ship the order by saying stock will be available today or tomorrow. And untill the CUSTOMER say strongly to cancel the order they drag the shipping. The worst ever pathetic experience i had with online CUSTOMER CARE is they said the order is canceled but not updated in the website(this is just because they are sCAREd) if they update there is cancelation and money will be lost in thier account…and then the same day after so many clashes with CUSTOMER CARE guy he finally shipped order after they said me the order cancelled and after two days….and it reached hyd the next day.. i refused the order as i already did purchase on other site….then they said they will refund after the product reach them…but its already been almost a week the product is still in hyd and two AWBs created from bluedart saying that pincode of the shipper is not valid…so that means vijay sales wantedly gave a wrong shipping address expecting this delay…i think bluedart and vijaysales combinely doing this fraudulent activities, wasting CUSTOMERs time and energy. Worst CUSTOMER service ever.
