Purchased Amstrad TV from Dombivli branch in the word of Vijay sales inside sales executive (Mr.Karan).

Within 2 to 3 days we had few issues on TV so we decided to take this issues to showroom but as we all know these mediator brands are only focused on selling the product they are not concerned about the CUSTOMER issues, (Mr Amit - who doesn't know the CUSTOMER ethics (I am surprised who took his interview and how he was hired for CUSTOMER grievance) I don't know why higher officials wait at exit and ask ### questions to CUSTOMER.

Even 12th failed people will do better than they do.

So we returned home with no solutions.

It's better to go directly to the respective brand showroom and buy the product

I have been chasing with Vijay Sales Customer care team for technician visit since 7th Nov'23, I hv been assured by tema that technician will be visiting but none of them turned up till the time. I hv been told on calls that they hv stuck in the traffic, will b visiting by evening since last 5 days but all fake commitment did not fulfil yet. Vikas said same will be done by 10th Niv at 10 am but no one has yet come to resolve the issue.
This is very pathetic irresponsible and ignorant attitude from.Vijay Sales. Shame Shame and big Shame.

Issue is not yet addressed, forget about resolution.

I want that issue should be addressed and resolved on urgent basis.

I have ordered an iPhone 15 plus on 8th Nov 2023, and it was supposed to delivered on 10th Nov but because of these guys I didn't receive my item on time. I have to gift this to some one on Diwali but because of them I am embraced. I had called many times their customer care they didn't provide sufficient information. If I call them they told that we can't help on Online orders.

Very very pathetic service from these cheaters.

I had ordered first time on Vijay sales after seening there positive reviews but I request you please don't order from these guys.

I will recomend all of you and my friends please don't buy any thing.

Service Engineer not available till date for Liebherr Refrigerator installation. Delivery received on 25 October. Kindly take action for above mentioned problem as refrigerator still required to fit door opening handle as it will be done by service Engineer coming for demo as informed by Vijay sales miraroad branch manager. Please do it ASAP.

This complain is regarding delivery of refrigerator not on time and wrong commitments

We had visited vijay sales kalyan branch on 24 Oct (Dussehra ) for buying refrigerator, however we met your executive Aman who explained and at that period of time gave the best sale pitch for selling the product.

As per the discussion we wanted to buy Samsung new offer refrigerator model where there were offer of free washing machine but due to space issue at home we were not sure that could fit at our place so we had kept a second option of Haier refrigerator which was confirmed incase Samsung didn’t fit at home.

After all discussion and confirmation with the sale executive as discussed with him he told to pay 500 advance amount and book it and confirm the final refrigerator after reaching home we agreed to him and made advance pay

Once reached home we informed him about Haier refrigerator confirmation as Samsung didn’t fit the most important part was we asked multiple time about confirmation on same offer which will be available next day and also most critical was we required the delivery on 26 Oct as it was my birthday gift

Next day as per our commitment my husband reached to kalyan vijay sales and Now the turn over and wrong commitment started just to complete the sales target

The first day which he turned was the same offer is not available now (cash back ) why ?
What was executive doing ? Was he sleeping when we were asking that will the offer continue next day he was clear and sharp to say YES now what happened?

There was a female senior also in that discussion when husband went to make the payment who denied completely and in front shouting why such executive are part of vijay sales when they don’t know how to deal with customer
Is this type of service expected from such BRAND

2) After all discussion my husband made the payment and finally agreed to that foolish discussion
Later in evening we get call from executive now the issue is we don’t have stock available in warehouse and which was supposed to get delivered is defective
Now the delivery will not happen before 30 Oct

R we fools sitting here what type of commitments are this ?
Firstly wrong commitments on offers
Next delay in delivery

I m sorry to say but in such huge completion in retail if this is what vijay sales is committing no one will come to your showroom next time

Now moral of the story we don’t want the refrigerator any more as the day and birthday both have lost so request you to kindly refund the entire Amt with same source and also pay the penalty of spoiling our big day and a written apology acknowledgment from vijay sales

Kindly do the needful as soon possible without wasting a single day and kindly arrange a call so can share you all the order details and bill copy

If this is not resolved I have to put this on twitter or ceo Mr. Laxmikant Gupta and consumer complains

I have ordered my product 2 days before but i have not received the product yet.My product is seemed to be invoiced but not shipped yet. I m not satisfied with your delivery service.This was my first order from your website .I felt very dissatisfied. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent order for an iPhone 15 Plus, which has not been dispatched, despite multiple emails and communications with your call center. This ongoing delay in fulfilling my order and the lack of response from your end have left me extremely dissatisfied as a customer.

I have patiently waited for my iPhone 15 Plus to be dispatched, and I have made every effort to seek assistance through various channels, including emails and calls to your call center. However, I have received no satisfactory resolution to date, neither has my product been dispatched, nor have I received a refund for my purchase.

Hello, I have purchased an Air conditioner from Vijay Sales Kothapet. The delivery happened the very next day but they has sent a wrong outlet product. For which, I raised a complaint and they have exchanges the product. That is the human error. Second thing, There was an installation scheduled for the next day, The technician told that the box is open and it is an used product. He has also shared the video of it. When I questioned the same, they again told that its an human error, out of ignorance, they must have sent the demo piece used piece or whatever they call it. Beaware people around, Vijay sales is just repacking the old, used and refurbished products and selling them as new. If they are caught, thy simply call it as a human error and confirm to provide the replacement. Don't trust them. Do not buy anything from Vijay sales.

I purchased MI smart TV from VS Rahatani branch on 15 Jan 2020.
While purchasing sales person told me about VS extended warranty, which is for next 2 years after company warranty ends, this includes all TV parts including TV panel. When I am facing issues with TV panel now I raised complaint with VS, but in return I came to know that your warranty ended on Jan 2023. According to MI support warranty for TV panels are for 1+1 year means for 2 years which got ended on Jan 2022 as per purchase date. Considering information I got while purchase my extended warranty starts after Jan 2022 specifically on TV panel which should cover TV panel by Jan 2024. But VS Rahatani support team denied this and mentioned that it is applicable only for standard warranty and not on TV panel warranty, this is disgusting and annoying response I got from VS.

I ordered a smart watch on 11th Sep 2023 as a gift for my wife. I have chosen Vijay sales over other platform because they promised to deliver it next day on 12th September. Today is 14th September and i have no idea where the product is. This is absolute cheating with customer. I am chasing them with multiple complains on calls and email but they are just saying that we have forwarded the concerned to our Logistic department. Below are order details:

I buy new washing machine (wise)at Vijay sales Chandkheda branch but new washing machine when delivered same day dryer is not working lot of time Conplain but not getting proper Rivert it was by company mistake why I suffer for few days till 4 Th day u am not getting any revert.my home lady was disturbed for this

I called Vijaya sales executive Delhi branch where I request to file a complaint regarding O general AC which I purchased from one of your branch in Delhi it's been 4 days your executive had not visited to resolve this issue and is this your 24-48hours policy what's the point to get insured our product from your end if this disappointed behaviour I will get in return I already told while filling a complaint that it's an emergency situation my mom just got discharged from hospital she feels suffocating please put my request on priority basis still your ignorance behaviour...I am literally dissatisfied with this behaviour it's better not to insured from your end I will not suggest anyone to purchase anything from your end because customer service of yours is literally third class..

I would like to inform your kindself that a Refrigerator is been gifted to my parents. They were not aware of the fact that it's a Freezer half side, which is ultimately of no use to them.
At the time of demo they got to know this feature and since then highly dissatisfied that such a huge fridge and hal[censored]seless cannot meet their purpose.
It is a heartiest request that please look for exchange and being senior citizens (above 70) wish to choose themselves from your store itself.
However, they are prepared if any charges would be deducted or charged from them but they should feel satisfied and proud of their right decision whenever they will look upto the product.
I m hoping that you will definitely consider my request and help us. (Bill attached as photo)

Well have recently purchased samsung washing machine a top load one for which have complained almost 7 -8 times where in engineer senior technician have visited but without any solution, they say wash 4 clothes at a time then only clothes will come clean well practically then wats the point of buying a 10 kg machine, have complained at vijay sales godbunder also many times for which they have stopped responding now, simply I am saying find me a solution or repla e the product for which vijay sales is not ready nor samsung is doing the same, also while delivering the product the person for vijay sales took away the box saying it's company policy to take away the box, vijay sales service is petitic have been following up wid them since a while now, I may have to file an complaint legally it seems they have sold an old product to us as they have taken away the box also at the time of delivery

My tv display has gone black. we have filed the complaint and technician come and checked the tv and told that it is display error and need to send tv to the workshop after that it's been one week they are not coming for pickup till now our last insurance date is for 11 July and we raised complaint on 5 July it's been 5 days.they are still giving excuses instead of our regular calling.

Ac stopped working and request for service placed on 30may 2023.
The technician was sent after many calls and said coil has to be changed.
Left and after many more calls came back with another coil which was defective too.
Left with both the coils and now we are at vijay sales customer service mercy.
Been nearly a month...in this heat.
We are still paying instalments of the said ac without the product functioning.
Vijay sales should atleast send a temporary replacement for some relief.
Shame vijay sales shame.very disappointed.
