Vijay Sales — Refrigerator extended warranty claim issue | Refrigerator is not repaired even after 3 attempts

I've bought a refrigerator from Vijay Sales on 20/02/2021 and a extended warranty for 2 years.

After an year, water started to flowing out all inside the fridge and I requested warranty claim.

The technician came and said it is due to weather - monsoon and this issue will be automatically fixed in other season like winter and summer. I said ok.

Waited till winter but still issue was there. Again requested warranty claim. Technician came and did nothing and said this kind of fridge may have this issue.

I visited Vijay Sales again for more than 4 times and asked about this issue but all they do is register a complain, nothing else.

The issue is still there and fridge is not usable as too much water is coming out from it and I feel like I got cheated by Vijay Sales team as when I went there to buy a fridge, they explained me very well about that fridge like this is the only superior fridge in my budget. So I bought it.

Now when I try to call Vijay Sales Surat - Varachha branch (phone :[protected], they don't receive call in most case and even if they receive, they put my call on hold.

In few months, my warranty will be expired and I will left with no choice. I will not be able to request warranty claim even after I paid for a faulty product + extended warranty.

2 technicians visited, they said this fridge can't be repaired and this is what it is. So I want this product to be replaced with another Model that has no fault.
