selling used product

Vijay sales sells demo products as new products to the customer. The products which are kept for demo purpose are sold to the customer by repacking them. They insist it as new product when in fact the product has been used in the store for couple of months. Anybody knows how the demo products are handled at the show room. Vijay sales salesman conveniently forgets to inform the customer that the product packed in the box is a demo product....

I am writing to formally escalate the persistent
unresolved issues with my Sansui AC (Model No.: JSP183SI24A1), purchased from Vijay Sales on 10th May 2024 (Invoice Attached). Despite raising eight service requests under warranty (details below), no permanent resolution has been provided, and the product remains defective.

### Summary of Issues:
1. Improper Installation: Overcharging and unprofessional conduct by technicians during installation.
2. Performance Defects: Repeated cooling inefficiency despite multiple repair attempts.
3. Documentation Gaps: Incomplete paperwork provided during delivery.

    I purchased a VISE Semi-Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (Model: WM V55A11PWG, 11 kg, White) from Vijay Sales on [[protected]] (Invoice No: [MBK-E-SIRT1479]). The machine is under Warranty manufacturer’s warranty, which remains valid as of today, May 7, 2025.

    lodged a complaint with Vijay Sales on [01-May-2025] in office Mumbra Branch.
    Despite my repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited to inspect the machine. The only response I received was over the phone, where a representative claimed that the warranty applies only to “technical issues” and that my case does not qualify, without conducting any inspection or providing a written explanation. This response is unacceptable, as a drive tub failure is clearly a technical issue covered under the warranty.

      I bought one 228771-Volta Air Cooler Tejas 85 from A-6, Veera Tower, Alpha Commercial Belt, Phase-1, Gatam Buddah Nagar, Greater Noida Pin 201310 on 08 Apr 2025. The Delivery Code is DE1412.

      I was told that the item will we delivered next day i.e 0n 09 Apr 2025 after 1400hrs. We kept waithing but neither the item arrived nor I got any call fr possible delay.

      On calling the help line after a long time I could talk to one executive and enquired about the delivery. To my surprise my phone number was not available in yur system, She did the needful and forwarded my querry to cencerned section about 1730hrs.

      Again on 10th April 2025 i.e today I kept waiting till 1200hs then called help line. I was told that the would be delivered today and you will be called by them an hour before arriving.

      My complaint is that I wasted my entire day on 9th April and again today in waiting. Again whwn will it arrive, no one knows. I cant keep wasting my time for this.

      SO PLEASE NOTE IF I DO NOT GET THE ITEM DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE BY 1400 HRS TODAY MY ORDER BE TREATED AS CANCILLED AND MY MONEY BE RETURNED ACCORDINGLY.

          I bought laptop of Asus tuf F15 from vijay sales offline showroom with it they game me some gifts which are now seeming like they were just emptying their showroom from useless items as the neckband they gave me is still under warranty of 1 year and still they are not replacing it and are saying that gifts are not worthy after all that neckband was also not used roughly or it was not even damaged it automatically stopped turning on and that's it when i reached there to claim my warranty they said that it is not mentioned in the bill though they did it intentionally so they can empty up theri stock of worthless items ... and staff was even very rude ... game us wrong info about laptop... and due to that got a laptop which is not suitable for my studies ... worst experince ever... i prefer not to buy anyting freom here

            I want to highlight my complaint because wrong/incomplete information is given to the customers when they come to the store and ask for some information while finalizing the product.

            I visited the Santacruz store on 18th August to finalize a Window AC. I was informed that the dimension for the window AC would be 15"22. But when the installation was done there was a size mismatch. Technician couldn't install it. So we had to work on the area again and my Father in law helped in it to get the size so that installation could be done of it.

            Later, when the installation was done the technician asked for 590 Rs. But when I had finalized the window AC at the store I was clearly informed that the technician will take 250 Rs for installation.

            But now, it seems that there is price differentiation in Vijay sales technician and the company of AC technician and hence the prices differ. I wasn't informed at the store that Vijay Sales technician price would be 250 Rs.

            The information was improper for both the above 2 cases and hence the customer has to bear with it. Not a good experience. Such wrong information from such a high brand is not at all expected.

            The matter is not about giving 590 or 250 Rs. Matter is about not giving proper information to the customers. I would like to highlight this point and get a refund of my installation from Vijay Sales Brand.

              Placed an order on 22 May 2024, for Apple iPad 10th Generation Wi-Fi (10.9 Inch, 64GB, Silver, 2022 model) MPQ03HN/A through Vijay Sales website. The order was supposed to be delivered on 25 May 2024. I checked their website for dispatch related information but it seems like nothing has been updated there yet and it's still showing that my order is in process. The payment was done through ICICI Credit Card on a 6 Month EMI Plan. The amount deducted is reflecting on my credit card statement. This is my first time ordering from them and I have had a terrible experience. Tried calling the customer care multiple times but nobody there ever answer the call. I need a final date when my product will be delivered or else I will take legal action and file a case against Vijay Sales for fraud.

                Recently, I had an AC installation of VISE AC.
                Model : VS18INV3SOS

                I would like to file an official complaint about your AC installation service.
                I would like this to be escalated to the CEO of Vijay sales. If this is not taken seriously, I would like to take this further with photographic evidence to the Consumer court.

                The technician who has installed it has done a terrible job.
                1. He had a condescending tone while speaking to us.
                2. He started drilling holes in the walls without my authorization.
                3. The holed drilled in the walls were not straight, they were drilled crooked.
                4, The screws were hammered into the wall and not screwed with a screwdriver, which has impacted the integrity of the wall.
                5. Random measurement was taken while installing the frame of the indoor unit. It is not perfectly horizontal.
                6. The frame was installed lopsided.
                7. The copper pipes had an insulation foam that is torn and damaged by the technician and his accomplice.
                8. Extra wire was forcefully attached to the pre-existing wire that was given in the box. There was a slack remaining outside the wall which was not used and he charged us extra for the wire by manipulating the original wire.
                9. Copper pipes were pinched and bent into an elbow purposely, even after confirming that it will not be bent into an elbow. Both the pipes were bent into elbow.
                10. He has charged us for white insulation tape and was not used for the entire length of the pipe. The pipes are left open without insulation tape.
                11. Holes were not sealed with cement. They are still left unattended.
                12. The outdoor unit was damaged by the technician.
                13. The indoor unit was damaged by the technician and his accomplice.

                14. The technician and his accomplice had stolen screws from the indoor unit and kept in his bag. I had to request him to please return them again and again. Finally, he agreed to return them. He did not return nor install the white tape, even after being charged for it.
                After leaving, he stole the indoor unit excess wire and left.
                I had to chase him on bike to retrieve the stolen wire.

                This has been a nightmare experience.

                I am hoping to receive compensation for the damage, loss, theft and appalling service.

                  I have purchased TV from vijay sales hasthinapuram branch, they have committed delivery at the time purchase wide through invoice according to my busy schedule. I have made lot calls to the during the delivery day, initially they said product id delivered by committed delivery day night but its done until end of the day. I have made lot of calls to the branch every time they will phone answered by different persons and they will not give proper answered, lastly they were not even lifting the phone. While purchasing i have clealy said i not going to available for other days due to my committed work schedules and they agreed committed delivery but failed not even with despicability. I am an NRI came India with busy work schedule and they made my calls as joke and the staff behavior is not suitable for care of the general public.

                    I am reaching out to you regarding a
                    concerning incident that has recently transpired with the installation
                    of a Voltas Window AC purchased from Vijay Sales. I am seeking
                    clarification and resolution to ensure that I am fully informed about
                    the situation.

                    On April 1st, I received a call from Abdul, who purported to be from
                    your company, inquiring whether I had purchased a Window AC from Vijay
                    Sales and required installation services. As I had indeed made such a
                    purchase, I confirmed and scheduled an installation appointment with
                    Abdul for the following Saturday. Abdul, whose contact number is
                    [protected], arrived as scheduled and completed the installation
                    process satisfactorily. He also provided a demonstration of the AC
                    unit and recorded a video of the installation.

                    The payment for the installation was made online as per the agreed
                    terms. However, today, I received a call from someone named Pawan at
                    the number [protected], who claimed that he is not an authorized
                    engineer for Voltas AC installations. Furthermore, he asserted that
                    any issues arising from the installation would not be covered under
                    warranty.

                    This conflicting information has left me deeply concerned and
                    confused. I would like to understand what went wrong in this situation
                    and why Pawan is threatening me with potential warranty issues. I have
                    a recording of my interactions with Abdul and can provide it as
                    evidence if necessary.

                    Could you please investigate this matter urgently and provide me with
                    a clear explanation? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how
                    to proceed to ensure that my warranty rights are upheld and any
                    potential issues with the installation are addressed promptly. Why
                    there is no direct contact number where customers can call and explain
                    this to you?

                        My wife bought Samsung Galaxy A34 Mobile handset from Vijay Sales, Mahim Branch on[protected]Invoice No: MH-D-SI12692)
                        Since Day 1, Mobile handset is malfunctioning. Device / handset shuts down automatically. This occurs multiple times a day.
                        I reported the problem twice by personally visiting the Mahim Branch but no help. I found Mahim Branch Manager unprofessional and rude.
                        Instead of being apologetic of selling me a faulty handset and resolving the complaint, he is making me run from pillar to post. Now he is asking me to report to Samsung Gallary, which is unacceptable.
                        Desirable Solution: Either replace the product or refund the money.

                          I ordered phone online on 7th Jan and dropped an email on 13th Jan because the customer rep gave false information that I will receive phone on 11th instead of 9th. Later they were not able to give any TAT and because the product was still with them I requested to cancel the order from their end and initiate refund but to my surprise they didn't inform bluedart about cancellation of my order and dispatched the product. I got angry when bluedart tried to deliver on 15th Jan. I called up Vijay sales they apologized and asked me to refuse the order and once they receive they will initiate the refund but Vijay sales never bothered to drop an email to bluedart team regarding returning the order and instead I was informed by bluedart team that they have not received any email regarding cancellation and also there is no revert on their email by Vijay sales to return the order. The bluedart team will return to the seller only after receiving confirmation from Vijay sales else will have to keep it with them for 7 days before sending to vijay sales. I followed up on email and calls but the team replied to blue dart on 18th. From 13th Jan till 18th they didn't any action from their end and also from 9th Jan the representative was giving false information on product delivery status. Imagine me waiting for phone from 9th Jan and then because of them I had to drop email on 13th to which no actions where taken even after multiple phone calls and emails. The product was returned to vijay sales on 23 Jan and I dropped an email asking to initiate refund and a reply to my email but there is no response from their end. I am highly disappointed with Vijay sales. They will now take their own sweet time to refund and I will not accept this behaviour. I need strict action to be taken against Vijay sales for providing fake promises to the customers, not replying to email, disconnecting call on the face when seeking for help and not intimating bluedart on cancellation of the order and after receiving the order not replying to email and not initiating the refund. The order number is VS[protected].

                            we have already filled complaint in Nov-23 to Vijay sales for LED Display Panel issue (Picture is not showing) then he will changed or repair my penal and after one month again Same issue arise and we file a complaint in Vijay sales again but as on today 15 days completed but still, we have not received any update so i requested to please take immediate action against Vijay sales.

                              I ordered (Order No: VS[protected] Sun, 07 January, 2024) this on 7th jan it supposed to get delivered by 10th jan but the order status is still processing and before yesterday it was invoiced .My order invoice is canceled this really pathetic

                              I have sent numerous mails and reminder [protected]@vijaysales.com but no response. Nobody picks up even after calling [protected] numerous times.

                                  One of the worst experience with Vijay sales customer care as i have placed an order for an iphone 15plus on 6th Jan and it was showing 3 days for the delivery of the product, its 12th of Jan and still the order has not been delivered i contacted then every for for the status of the delivery but the customer care executives have no idea about the product everytime i have been getting the same revert that they will be asking the concern team to revert back on the mail or they will be arranging a call back. I called them today as well for the same but the same answer was given by the executive name Urmi and a strange thing happened which was very unprofessional when i asked her to transfer the call to her Manager as she was not giving me a proper answer she put my call on hold and the disconnected the call after keeping me on hold for 2-3 minutes. I called again and then some other person called Sakshi picked up the call took the details and she informed as there was stock issue the delivery was delayed and it will take more 4-5 days to get the update on the product. Still no confirmation on the product delivery
