    I called Vijaya sales executive Delhi branch where I request to file a complaint regarding O general AC which I purchased from one of your branch in Delhi it's been 4 days your executive had not visited to resolve this issue and is this your 24-48hours policy what's the point to get insured our product from your end if this disappointed behaviour I will get in return I already told while filling a complaint that it's an emergency situation my mom just got discharged from hospital she feels suffocating please put my request on priority basis still your ignorance behaviour...I am literally dissatisfied with this behaviour it's better not to insured from your end I will not suggest anyone to purchase anything from your end because customer service of yours is literally third class..

      I've bought a refrigerator from Vijay Sales on 20/02/2021 and a extended warranty for 2 years.

      After an year, water started to flowing out all inside the fridge and I requested warranty claim.

      The technician came and said it is due to weather - monsoon and this issue will be automatically fixed in other season like winter and summer. I said ok.

      Waited till winter but still issue was there. Again...

      I would like to inform your kindself that a Refrigerator is been gifted to my parents. They were not aware of the fact that it's a Freezer half side, which is ultimately of no use to them.
      At the time of demo they got to know this feature and since then highly dissatisfied that such a huge fridge and hal[censored]seless cannot meet their purpose.
      It is a heartiest request that please look for exchange and being senior citizens (above 70) wish to choose themselves from your store itself.
      However, they are prepared if any charges would be deducted or charged from them but they should feel satisfied and proud of their right decision whenever they will look upto the product.
      I m hoping that you will definitely consider my request and help us. (Bill attached as photo)

        Well have recently purchased samsung washing machine a top load one for which have complained almost 7 -8 times where in engineer senior technician have visited but without any solution, they say wash 4 clothes at a time then only clothes will come clean well practically then wats the point of buying a 10 kg machine, have complained at vijay sales godbunder also many times for which they have stopped responding now, simply I am saying find me a solution or repla e the product for which vijay sales is not ready nor samsung is doing the same, also while delivering the product the person for vijay sales took away the box saying it's company policy to take away the box, vijay sales service is petitic have been following up wid them since a while now, I may have to file an complaint legally it seems they have sold an old product to us as they have taken away the box also at the time of delivery

          My tv display has gone black. we have filed the complaint and technician come and checked the tv and told that it is display error and need to send tv to the workshop after that it's been one week they are not coming for pickup till now our last insurance date is for 11 July and we raised complaint on 5 July it's been 5 days.they are still giving excuses instead of our regular calling.

            Ac stopped working and request for service placed on 30may 2023.
            The technician was sent after many calls and said coil has to be changed.
            Left and after many more calls came back with another coil which was defective too.
            Left with both the coils and now we are at vijay sales customer service mercy.
            Been nearly a month...in this heat.
            We are still paying instalments of the said ac without the product functioning.
            Vijay sales should atleast send a temporary replacement for some relief.
            Shame vijay sales shame.very disappointed.

            The complaint was placed on 14th may 2023...last spoken to cust caare they said 30th june i would be notified of progress.
            But still...nothing...its 2nd july now...
            Hopeless and shameless customer service...i would recommend reliance products over this.

              30-May 2023 - No response on mail

              Issue: VISE TV restarts.
              Last issue raise date: 12th May 2023
              Resolution provided by technician: Format the TV
              Resolution provided by Head of technician Team (Amit Singh - Dombivali East - 421201): Sir, you have to Format TV whenever you face similar issues.

              I have raised 5 similar kinds of issues since I purchased the TV. Every technician comes with the same solution, they just format the TV system. and mark the incident/ticket as resolved. There is no single technician who can convince me why the issue itself is rising in the first place. Technicians are not able to identify the root cause of the problem.

              This time I visited the store and escalated the issue, so the technician team mentioned this is related to "disk storage", and whenever you face similar issues, format the TV.
              This type of pathetic resolution I am receiving from the Head of technicians; Even I didn't receive the receipt till date which I paid for the technician for the visit.

              Since[protected] they have been scheduling calls with seniors (Kiran), But till today I didn't receive a call from the person and every time I have to visit the store and have to follow up.

              3-June 2023 - No response on mail

              Kiran Elis, has sent a technician who visited and performed system reset again. Still I am not convinced why I would need to perform the reset TV every 8/10 months.

              No one is taking guarantee that this will not happen again in future. Looking forward to hear from you.

                Purchased a chimney from Vijay sales retail store.

                Defective Product Faber Kitchen Chimney (Serial No. OH0302- FABER HOOD 3N1 AEROSTATION STAR PRO 3D AB TC60, Invoice No. GTK-D-SIRT439 sold by Vijay Sales.

                Even after replacing the product, Vijay Sales again provided the same defective piece again.

                Day in and out giving mentally harassing the customer.

                  I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase and return of a laptop from your Chinchwad branch. I am deeply unsatisfied with the handling of my case and the lack of a clear resolution regarding the replacement laptop.

                  On April 28, I purchased a laptop from your esteemed Chinchwad store. Unfortunately, shortly after the purchase, I encountered a touchpad issue that significantly affected the laptop's functionality. Consequently, I returned the laptop to your Chinchwad branch in the hope of a prompt resolution.

                  To my dismay, the staff at the Chinchwad branch have been unable to provide me with a definitive timeframe for when I can expect a replacement laptop, specifically the HP Omen that I initially purchased. Instead, they have suggested that I consider purchasing a laptop from a different brand, which is not what I desire.

                  As a loyal customer of VijaySales, I expected a more efficient and customer-centric approach to resolving this issue. It is both disheartening and inconvenient to be left without a laptop, especially since I require one for my professional and personal needs.

                  I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the availability of the HP Omen laptop. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process of obtaining a replacement or, alternatively, offer a suitable solution that aligns with my preferences.

                  Moreover, I strongly believe that it is crucial for VijaySales to improve its communication with customers. Providing clear and accurate information regarding product availability and replacement procedures would greatly enhance the customer experience.

                    Amstrad Products: Inverter Split Type Wall Mounted Air Conditioners. Mob no. [protected].

                    One of my Amstraad AC’s is again leaking gas and is not cooling. I have complained to Amstraad on 10th May 2023 and till the time of this e-mail nobody has turned up! I have also reported to Vijay Sales and they are also not doing a good job!

                    Synopsis:

                    I had bought two AC’s as above, in July last. I was not using them till Feb 2023 as it was not necessary. I have started using them in March and to my amazement, I find that both the AC’s are not cooling!

                    I complained to Vijay Sales as well as Amstrad on 16th March. Their mechanic who turned up was very rude, uncourteous, bad mouthed and ill mannered! He, in a commanding tone, told me on phone to keep the invoices ready! When he came home I gave him both sets of papers and he started mixing them. I told him not to mix the papers as the details in the warranty portion of the User Manuals were different. He would not listen to me and instead he started teaching me that the contents of the user manuals were identical! At this point, I put my foot down and told him not to mix. Meanwhile he started receiving phone calls (I don’t know if it was his wife) and I told him not to entertain phone calls if they were not o[censored]rgent in nature. To this he started talking to me loudly saying whether he was not allowed to talk on phone. I said no as he was wasting my time. He said it was a customer when I pointed out to him that I too was his customer. Bad tempered as he was he aksed me whether I wanted to do the job or not! I was amazed and told him point blank that it was he who had to do the work/repair the AC. He said he was not going to do the job and walked out of my house.

                    Later on I had to move heaven and earth to get them restored. The gases were leaking and they had to repair the leaks and fill in gas!

                    I think Amstraad are outsourcing to cheap and unprofessional agencies for installation, maintenance etc.

                    I wonder how Amstrad can afford to have such ill mannered staff. May be that they have not trained them properly! Or Amstrad may have not heard of a thing like training!

                    I also wonder about the type of computer system they have! Why the Technician should ask the customer for Inv. Copy etc. as he should have all the info of the customer in his system! May be they have got the computer programme done from non professional developers as well for throw away prices!

                    One of my AC’s is again leaking gas and is not cooling. I have complained to Amstrad on 10th May 2023 and till the time of this e-mail nobody has turned up! I have also reported to Vijay Sales and they are also not doing a good job!

                    Even reputed company like Vijay Sales should not deal in the products of such illl reputed companies. Their Sales Agent strongly recommended this company as otherwise we were to go for Blue Star only.

                    We have two more units but they are of Blue Star.

                      Hi sir my name is reshma and my father had booked a fridge from vijay sales on 7th july but the fridge which my father had booked did not reach my home, I asked no response came, that fridge was defective, the door of that fridge was broken and all the air used to come out of it.Then I made a complaint and the executive came and fixed the door, but even then it was not fixed, air was coming out of it again and again, then he came again to fix it.After that he said that your fridge is defective, it will be changed soon…but tell me one thing, my father gave you all the money, then why should I keep a defective fridge? All the air in the fridge has gone out, now you tell me what to do plz help me

                        I was willing to order a apple cable c to lightning from vijay sales but by mistake i ordered C to C
                        I accept my mistake but when i asked them that i want to return my product or replace it with type c to lightning cable they told me that apple has the policy that once seal is broken product will not be taken back
                        I ordered many apple items from other sites also and they take it back even after the seal is broken
                        Vijay sales didn’t mentioned any where except return section of there policies
                        Even other companies products are not returnable

                        Very bad experience from vijay sales

                          Hello, I purchased a chimney from elica as suggested by the sales person in vijay sales and it was delivered to me next to next day then for installation the technician should have came the other day as informed by them no after customer service no follow ups i was the one who has been calling them continuously no one is listening to me they are telling lies and it has been 10 days and chimney has not installed yet. Now i want to return my product now can’t tolerate this anymore.

                            Dear Concerned,
                            My name is Parth Chopra and I placed an order from Vijay Sales online store on 1st of May. My registered mobile number is [protected].
                            As you can see in the attached screenshot, I was promised a delivery within 3 days maximum, and as you can also see in Screenshot number 2, that my order has not even been invoiced yet. I have to present this watch as a gift for my mother on her 50th Birthday, that is tomorrow, 5th May. If the watch comes after that, it is absolutely useless for me. I have been calling the so called “Customer Care” numbers day in day out, and most of the time they are not answered. Whenever they are, the clear response is that this is not our department, the online sales team handles this issue, and they will call you. Not a single call since then. I e-mailed the moment I ordered on [protected]@vijaysales as well, stating clearly that if the order is difficult to be delivered within this time duration, please let me know where it is available, and I shall go pick it up myself. Again, no response.
                            I repeat the urgency of the situation, if the watch comes after tomorrow, it is redundant for me. I will ask for a refund, and take this to the forum for “Misleading the Customers”. If 3 days is unrealistic, then you should not write it there, especially after asking my pincode.
                            This issue needs resolution TODAY. I state again, tell me where I can pick it from, and I will gladly do that.

                              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication regarding my Royalty points claim. Today 15th April 2023 submitted a claim of Royalty points, but I was informed that an OTP would be generated to the mobile number that was provided against the Royalty points. Unfortunately this number is not in use and the store manager has declined the claim stating that without OTP the Royalty points cannot be used.

                              As a loyal customer of Vijay Sales, Kondapur, Hyderabad, I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication surrounding this issue. I have been a regular customer for a while now and I have always trusted and appreciated the service provided by your company. However, this experience has left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.

                              I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my Royalty points claim. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the steps being taken to ensure that this type of issue does not occur in the future.

                                मैंने आपके नॉएडा सेक्टर 18 के स्टोर से एक वाशिंग मशीन[protected] को लिया था आपके सेल्समेन ने बोला था की कैश लेने पे कोई डिस्काउंट नहीं है, लेकिन अगर आप sbi क्रेडिट कार्ड से लेंगे तो आपको 3000 का कैश बैक आजायेगा इसी कारण मैंने क्रेडिट कार्ड से लिया, लेकिन अभी तक कोई कैश बैक नहीं आया, आपके यहाँ इस तरह के मिगाइड किया जाता है? कृपया मेरे इस समस्या का समाधाम करें, और इस तरीके से किसी कॉस्टमर को मिगाइड ना करें

                                  My name is Anil Kumar and I purchased an Ac from your Gurgaon branch and at the time of buying I mentioned that I have an urgent requirement because of my new born baby and I paid 1000 rs extra for the delivery also and your sales guy said that will get it installed in 1 day only and this is 6th day there is no positive response, I have been to your branch also and still it’s been the same, looks like nobody is interested in doing there job and honestly I am very disappointed and I assure you that this is my last deal with you guys and even my relatives and frds also, I could have shared this on my social platform also ( I have reach of 100k pulse followers ) but this is not me,
                                  I expect a good response from your side or just cancel this deal I will but it from somewhere else, hope this mail reach to the right person who can actually take action and I really don’t like the tone and feedback also from your team, not a good way to communicate with the client, anyway
                                  Let me know by tomorrow or else I am returning your AC back to to your shop .

                                      I am very disappointed with the recent purchase I made from Vijay sales store in Indirapuram. I had purchased an LG Microwave on[protected]. i paid extra for an extended warranty also. It was delivered to me the next day as it had to be procured from the godown. But the product delivered was a defective product that was brought to the notice of the store immediately.
                                      its been two days and i have not heard anything from the store or LG.
                                      they are only bothered about the sales. they are not bothered about customer satisfaction or after sales service.
                                      totally disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour.
