Vijay Sales — regarding my led serviced confirmation | |||
I usha engur bought a led of vise company from vijay sales in february 2017. I made a complaint my led display had a problem. After many requests my led was collected after one week on17th november. Now it's almost 20days i have not got a proper confirmation of when i will get my led serviced. Everytime when i call i am told that they will forward my request but to use. I am fed up now i want my led repaired fast or replace it. Or i will have to make a complaint in consumer court which i will if you don't give a proper reply to this. So please do the needful. Your client told me that they send a bill on my email which I was submitted in your Delhi Lajpat Nagar branch but no one pick the calls and today I have to send my geezer in Himachal but I lost my invoice so please give me a duplicate invoice for my goods as much soon possible
