My wife bought Samsung Galaxy A34 Mobile handset from Vijay Sales, Mahim Branch on[protected]Invoice No: MH-D-SI12692)
Since Day 1, Mobile handset is malfunctioning. Device / handset shuts down automatically. This occurs multiple times a day.
I reported the problem twice by personally visiting the Mahim Branch but no help. I found Mahim Branch Manager unprofessional and rude.
Instead of being apologetic of selling me a faulty handset and resolving the complaint, he is making me run from pillar to post. Now he is asking me to report to Samsung Gallary, which is unacceptable.
Desirable Solution: Either replace the product or refund the money.
