I bought an led in may 2016 and bought an extended 3 year warranty. There was a recent issue in the led for which i raised a request with the customer care.
However when asked about payment details.. I was told that the details will be provided by the visiting engineer. Agreed.
So my question is - why doesn't the customer care executives know about the charges? Wouldn't these be standard all over.
Other charges are secondary.
Today i got a call from the engineer and was informed visiting charges are 590rs
Honestly, this is like fooling customers. I have never heard 590rs just for a visit?
This is vijay sales, a reputed fraud.
Why aren't we receiving charges and details when we 1st talk about our concerns.
All that i was asked for by the engineer was my purchase details and address. Wouldn't this data be already stored in your database.

From last 4 days my refrigerator is not working, I have called Ur people more than 5 times but no body is responding.
Please do the need full.
