Vijay Sales — Vijay sales chembur fake description of products while selling

I purchased a toshiba tv 32l400ze from vijay sales chemburon 21/3/15. While purchasing i was told that there's a warranty of three years on the tv as compared to other brands. The same was also displayed on tv. Now the tv is not starting. After complaining to customer care it is been told that there's warranty of only 1 year. Kindly attend the issue at the earliest and stick to the customer promise given while selling products.
