This is to bring to your notice that on (07/07/2016), i bought a television set (vh32f501) from you at the cost of (19, 990). however, i am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. the problems are as follows:
Firstly, its sound quality is very poor & sound up down automatically.
As a result, now i wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement. kindly respond to my complaint within a week's.
