This is to inform you that i had purchased vise led tv 43” on 8th june, 2019 from thane vijay sale gb road branch.
On 17th august, 2020 i made a complaint that my tv screen is not working and your mechanic came on 24th august 2020, checked the tv and told me it was having a panel issue.
On 29th august 2020 my tv was picked up by your people for repair. I called your customer care and they told me it will take 8 to 10 days to fix the problem.
Almost 23 days over from the date when i had made a complaint. This is a pathetic customer service i've seen in my life, very bad after sales service.
Today i called your customer care, they were telling me more 15 days it will take because panel is not available. It is your in house product and you don’t have the panel in stock, and to arrange it takes 30 days, such a worst service.
You don't have courtesy to reply the email. Horrible customer service.
Third time we directly went to the store on 10th sept 2020 at gb road thane store, they told we will get our tv today on 14th september 2020, we didn't received any call from your end. We are calling from our side but no one is picking up the phone.
Almost 30 days over from date when i had made complaint.

Harassing customer is not good.
