From 7 days i have given my washing machine complaint.
The service Engineer said your machine will be replace due to several time getting problem and its in warranty.
But still no update and even there is no single call from Vijay Sales customer care for my complaint status.

Now today from morning i am calling to customer care getting following resoponse.

[protected] – Sometime Busy or Sometime only ringing. More than 30-40 times call tried.
[protected] – Sometime Busy or Sometime only ringing. More than 30-40 times call tried.
[protected] – Number Switchoff

Please help we always take electronic product from Vijay Sales only

What a false commitment from Vijay Sales Customer care.
They said today technician will come to take the Washing machine for repair but still no-one have come.
Really fedup.

Vijay sales pathetic service...

22nd June'17 we have logged the complaint and on 3rd July'17 they took the machine for repair (after 12 days).

And from 3rd July'17 still they have not return back the washing machine (From 5 days)

Instead of consumer complaints still no support. Who can help us...now..

Again facing issue.
Complaint given on 1st Dec 2017. But still till date no technician visited.
