Vijay Sales — window ac

I purchased 1.5 tonn window ac from vijay sales on 1may 2019. I was promised a delivery yesterday. I have not received any calls from them whatsoever about the reason for this delay. If there is a delay when can i expect a delivery. No timeline has been given. I keep calling on their store number as well as their city customer center numbers, all numbers are constantly busy. I just want my ac, tell me when i will get the delivery, its been 3 days.
