I had booked siemens washer plus dryer in an offer that if I buy washer then I will get dryer for 50% off, but the issue was my flat was in renovation so I wanted to take delivery when renovation work is finished, so the sales person suggested me to book the products by paying some money, so I did that and when I came for paying rest money and for taking delivery, I am getting to know that the offer is over and we have sold that particular stock, so I asked for a display piece if they have it, the floor manager(amit rai) checked and showed me they have three display piece at different stores, I said no problem I am also ok with the display piece, so I moved towards the payment desk to pay for that, then the sales person is coming and saying me that the product is defective so please don't pay, so I said you had three pieces at different stores please arrange from there, they were like ok will let you know by tomorrow, then next day I am getting a call from mrs mamta from customer services, now the real messup begains, she told me they dont have any piece so we will refund you in a very rude way like she was giving it for free to me, I thing the HR team which recruits are no that educated to keep such under knowledgeable person to hire for customer relations, she picks up my phone and she says I am mamta and she then say we have two mamta and transfer call to some guys and that guy also hangsup the call while we speak and then they dont pick up the phone very rude, in the end I got at a call from chirag and had a word with him that please refund me my money, he was like certainly please send me cancel cheque photo to xyz email id so as I have a digital bank a/c I dont have any cheque book so I requested them by sending my bank account details, now they are like we have a rule we dont refund money without an cancel chq photo, I said ok I dont want money you keep but you please give me in written that you will not refund my money because I cannot give you cancel cheque copy, this time they cannot give any reply and so on no other communications from they and no authorised person is coming on line, this is a very false practice from such a reputed company, I request the head officials to please take stick action on such under educated peoples from the company.
