I have purchased extended warranty from Vijay sales on refrigerator and washing, and i have called Vijay sales customer care too many times. but nobody ready to give correct information when will technician visit to our place to resolve problem .Every person their says the same that the technician will visit within 48 hrs. we called them on 9 th may n i think this is already more than 24-48 working hours. my complaint time already exceeded from the time given by Vijay sales executives no body came from Vijay sales. we are facing prb that why we are following n they are not ready to give solution. expect the same repeated sentence.
i request you to take strict actions against Vijay sale n also please help customers

I have ordered an adapter on 6th and it's been 6days no one called me nor they respond to my calls my emails and ### don't even try to deliver my product nor making any refund.

The issue that I have experienced was: My new AC is not working, purchased from Vijay Sales Nalasopara store,
I registered my complaint through My VS App on 2nd May 2022 late night.
I again called on CUSTOMER care no. on 3rd May 2022 for register complaint through call also but CUSTOMER executive said, YOUR COMPLAINt is already registered and no need for complaint again, our service person will come by today.
no one is come so i called same day by 4.00 pm to reconfirmation about timing but another executive said he didn't find any call history regarding my complaint, so i ask for complaint no. and he gave me compliant no. i.e M2205B035539, he also said, now YOUR COMPLAINt has been registered and our guy will come by tomorrow.
on 4th may also no one come for resolve the issue, on 5th may afternoon i got the msg from haier company regarding my service request no. TH[protected], so i called in haier CUSTOMER care and they said YOUR COMPLAINt is registered with us today only by vijay sales so we can arrange service person today or by tomorrow. 6th may is also gone and today is 7th may, complete 5 days over but no one is coming from vijay sales or haier company.

this AC is my 13th product purchased from Vijay Sales as per VS App history, but i purchased even more with my other family friends also, no any single call complaint registered on my name or mobile number. but this time i'm completely cheated by vijay sales by purchasing faulty product. i dont want repair, I want full refund or completely new product from vijay sales. I dont want repair. because the product is faulty and it will be having issues again & again and i might be go through this ### complaint process again & again. i dont have this much time, so please take your product back and refund my full amount or deliver me completely new product as earliest as possible.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

I purchase HITECHY AC from vijay sales indirapuram, ghaziabad. After delivery when installation person come and open the box. There is dent on window AC body.

I purchased Kenstar Cooler from Vijay Sales on 24/4/2022 through its App.
The price quoted was Rs. 4, 890.
I paid Rs.4, 890 and booked the cooler.
Vijay Sales delivered a different model of Kenstar Cooler to me. The price of that model is Rs. 4, 500.
I received a call from Vijay Sales +[protected] on 28/4/2022. The caller agreed that Vijay Sales has delivered a different product to me. The caller stated that...

I visited to your store on Festival day 3rd may 2022 i came for to buy a new AC i set my mind for the Daikin non inverter AC anyhow your Voltas promoter didn't know the festival offer on the voltas 5 star after discuss with your sales manager mr Vijay told me tht we have an offer in voltas 5 star he convinced me iam agreed and i make full payment of RS. 36, 500 after the delivery i came to know people provide me 2021 model i call your sales manage Vijay wht is the issue after discussed with you promise me tht you will provide me 2022 latest mode then why I got the old model he said he will change but again what happened he send me indoor 3star and outdoor 5star is this the service you people provide to customer first impression is the last impression I'm very very fed-up with you guys solve my issue or take it back your product...given the pictures as you can check.

No installation done .. want to return product due to poor customer support and waited for hours to talk to customer support number however only recorded message played for hours "you are important to us our customer support executive will contact you .. in hindi in english ..

Today(01.05.2022) delivery done but this refregerator chases bottom is fully unbalanced damage that's way i returns the refregerator. Also delivery boy agree this fault.

I have purchased a product (IFB Washing Machine). When i call for the installation/demo of the washing machine for the first time, the person who came here for the demo had charged the fees of it i.e. Rs 590 and he even can't give me a receipt of this. I have ordered an Apple watch from the Vijay Sales Online Website on April 19-2022, I expected it to be received in 1-3 business days as specified in the website. But even after 4 days I haven't received any communication from Vijay sales team, So I called the help line number of Hyderabad - then they replied that my order is not even placed and they processed on my call.

Now i expected it to arrive at least in next 3 days...

On April 23, 2022 I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 (i5/8GB/256GB) 8PQ00029 and Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Keyboard + Pen Combo Black 8X600093 from Vijay Sale's store at Bandra, Linking Road. The product was delivered to my by an employee of Vijay Sales, i.e., Karan Chavan at my home address at around 5:30PM. For ease of reference, the purchase is reflected in Invoice bearing Invoice No. LRD-C-SI1270 and TW.V. No. LRD-C-SO 833.

On April 24, 2022 at around 1:00PM, I brought to the attention of Mr. Karan Chavan that the laptop was not turning on and after extensive troubleshooting, the screen had started flickering intermittently. Due to the flickering of the screen lasting for about 1-2 seconds at a time, I was unable to record a video of the flickering. Among the other instances of screen flickering, on April 24, 2022 at 11:42PM the screen started flickering again, by the time I started the video recording, the screen had turned black entirely and was not responding to any actions/inputs for about 15 seconds. The same can be seen in the video. Thereafter, I spoke with Mr. Karan Chavan who asked me to return the device to the Vijay Sales store at Linking Road, Bandra. On April 25, 2022, I sent the device to your store at Linking Road, Bandra, and requested for a refund.

Thereafter, yesterday i.e, April 26, 2022, your employees refused to initiate a refund to me. It is my humble request that owing to the circumstances, being (i) the device showing signs of defect within 24 hours of delivery, (ii) the timely return of the device to your store, my request for refund may be approved.

I purchased Hitachi company AC from cijay sales in summer but first issue delivery came late second issue installation was done 1 week after delivery third and the most annoying issue the outdoor had gas leakage issue the most pathetic service and now the company and vijay sale executives are making reasons and excuses for not exchanging the product and telling us to repair and use the same.we have paid full amount then why should we use defective product.

i have purchased a AC hitachi 1.5ton on dated 28/03/2022 from vijay sales Delhi (Kalkaji)BR and paid full payment in one go, at that time the sales executive promised that the system will be deliver on next day - 29.03.2022. But sorry to say that today is 31.03.2022 & we have not received the same.it means that once product saled, there after no body take care for the same. its nor a fair deal and we can’t recommend any body for vijay sales.
