I have ordered an Apple watch from the Vijay Sales Online Website on April 19-2022, I expected it to be received in 1-3 business days as specified in the website. But even after 4 days I haven't received any communication from Vijay sales team, So I called the help line number of Hyderabad - then they replied that my order is not even placed and they processed on my call.

Now i expected it to arrive at least in next 3 days...

On April 23, 2022 I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 (i5/8GB/256GB) 8PQ00029 and Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Keyboard + Pen Combo Black 8X600093 from Vijay Sale's store at Bandra, Linking Road. The product was delivered to my by an employee of Vijay Sales, i.e., Karan Chavan at my home address at around 5:30PM. For ease of reference, the purchase is reflected in Invoice bearing Invoice No. LRD-C-SI1270 and TW.V. No. LRD-C-SO 833.

On April 24, 2022 at around 1:00PM, I brought to the attention of Mr. Karan Chavan that the laptop was not turning on and after extensive troubleshooting, the screen had started flickering intermittently. Due to the flickering of the screen lasting for about 1-2 seconds at a time, I was unable to record a video of the flickering. Among the other instances of screen flickering, on April 24, 2022 at 11:42PM the screen started flickering again, by the time I started the video recording, the screen had turned black entirely and was not responding to any actions/inputs for about 15 seconds. The same can be seen in the video. Thereafter, I spoke with Mr. Karan Chavan who asked me to return the device to the Vijay Sales store at Linking Road, Bandra. On April 25, 2022, I sent the device to your store at Linking Road, Bandra, and requested for a refund.

Thereafter, yesterday i.e, April 26, 2022, your employees refused to initiate a refund to me. It is my humble request that owing to the circumstances, being (i) the device showing signs of defect within 24 hours of delivery, (ii) the timely return of the device to your store, my request for refund may be approved.

I purchased Hitachi company AC from cijay sales in summer but first issue delivery came late second issue installation was done 1 week after delivery third and the most annoying issue the outdoor had gas leakage issue the most pathetic service and now the company and vijay sale executives are making reasons and excuses for not exchanging the product and telling us to repair and use the same.we have paid full amount then why should we use defective product.

i have purchased a AC hitachi 1.5ton on dated 28/03/2022 from vijay sales Delhi (Kalkaji)BR and paid full payment in one go, at that time the sales executive promised that the system will be deliver on next day - 29.03.2022. But sorry to say that today is 31.03.2022 & we have not received the same.it means that once product saled, there after no body take care for the same. its nor a fair deal and we can’t recommend any body for vijay sales.

We bought 2 high end products and we asked for some water but we were didn't provided with water at all they were pretty much ignoring...They all need is Money and Sale worst Customer Hospitality

(Invoice number UGN-B-SI9562) LG dishwasher got delivered to me yesterday but now I am being told by the person who is supposed to come and give demo that cleaning kit is not available. I am very disappointed with this irresponsible behavior of Vijay Sales staff they are not extending any support. I have made full investment still unable to use dish washer.

I purchased the Oppo phone for my mom on January 3rd 2022. On January 28th it stopped working. She doesn't use phone much. When my parents visited the Vijay Sales Chakala branch the sales representative was rude and refused to give any service. He asked them to ho to the Oppo service centre in ghatkopar. They asked him to send as we had bought it from there and they are senior citizens. Finally he agreed and we get the phone done and are told that the phone charging point had moisture. Within two weeks the phone shows it's updating and goes on recovery mode by itself. Even YouTube and quite a few apps were not working after the first repair..
Again my parents had to visit the branch and submit. This time we don't even get a call from Vijay Sales after the phone has been repaired. After a week long wait i visited the branch and the phone was with them. For a week they didn't even inform. Didn't expect this kind of service from Vijay Sales.
Today 26th of February again the phone has gone into recovery mode after showing updating message.
I'm sure this time too we won't be provided with any alternative. Within 2months this is the third time.
Oppo should replace the faulty product. Didn't expect this kind of service from Oppo.

I had called customer care and checked the price of the product was 1199 and on store it was 1399...customer service said they will match the price and provide to me for 1199 however the store in Kukatpally denied to provide me on 1199 so i had to purchase online

The item is expected to deliver within 1 to 3 days as per Vijay Sales portal before placing the order. After placing the order..No response to emails, no response to phone calls, no update in the portal.. it is still in Ordered status from Jan 25th. The portal is still showing 1 to 3 days delivery for my pincode. This is so unfair.. worst experience with my first order. Fake promises.. no customer support ..

A salesman of Vijay sales explain that they had 3000 cashback on our purchaser. cashback after 3 regular EMI cut. but i was purchase my washing marching 5 month almost completed. but no cashback given by Vijay sales. Now those people say that there is no such offer at that time. so that salesman given us so wrong information.

I have taken wireless power bank from virar west branch of vijay sales. But they have not explain the proper features of that wireless power bank, that the wireless power bank is only supported for iphone and one plus and not supported for Android . We have told that we have Android phone but then also they have sold that power bank. Very unsatisfied with this product.

I am yet to get delivery update of the order placed on 1st January 2022. I have called 5 times and they said that they are organizing call back in 1-2 hours. Still no revert. Posting scree shot of order placed
