Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Complaints & Reviews

My wife who is 9 months pregnant had to visit the vijaya diagnostic centre, dilsukhnagar branch to get the haemoglobin test done as advised by the doctor.
The haemoglobin in the report was given as "19.2".
We were shocked as the reading had never crossed "12" in the past 9 months of pregnancy. When the report was shown to the doctor that we were visiting for check up, she immediately told us that the reading was wrong and it could not be "19.2" and thus advised us to get it tested once again. After testing the same in her nursing home, the haemoglobin reading was "10.9".
We were shocked that how can a reputed diagnostic centre make such a mistake and visited the vijaya diagnostic centre and spoke to incharge who then connected our call to the the concerned person and the answer that we got was "this is the reading given by our machine and our machines are up to date".

This might be a minor report, but imagine if such mistakes are done in the reports which are considered for important treatments related to heart or so. This might lead to improper treatment of the problem which is really scary.
Now i can conclude that i can never trust the tests done in vijaya diagnostic centre and hence from now on will always avoid this diagnostic centre.

Went for chest x ray on 27th June 2016 and they said technician is not available and will come after 2 hours and then they called me saying technician is on site and I went to boduppal vijaya center after reviewing the call.. But some person took my x ray and he had no clue about the machine, when asked in reception area they said that he is not the regular technician but from other center and do not know the machine and then was asked to wait and then some other person came and then they took the X-ray .. This is not acceptable especially in highly radiation areas and the reception people are not friendly .. They need to be more organized and patient friendly

I have gone for Master Health Check up yesterday, in Vijaya (Ameerpet) There the staff asks us to come early at 7 A.M. as to cover Fasting Blood Sugar and Abdominal Scan(to be done while fasting), but doctor comes at 10 A.M and then slowly starts the checks. This is really harassing for the sugar patients and elder people. When asked for reason, no one is responsible there to answer. They claim that they doesn't even know the in-charge name. They have included FPG, but PLPG is not there. I asked what can we conclude only with FPG without PLPG, they are just demanding extra money for that. All the rates are relatively very high.
