Writing this to inform you that the services received from your lab(vijaya diagnostics)was pathetic and it was completely unsatisfactory
Yesterday my husband waited for more than half n hour to make bill payment in advance, today we went for ultrascound scan, today also we were waiting outside almost for an hour, they asked me if i get urine then they asked me to come inside..
Then my bladder was full and i went inside, the moment i stepped inside, then the person who was inside behaved very rudely with me saying that I was telling lies that my bladder is full, and he also told that he wont do the scan for the second time if my bladder was not full, he insisted me to go outside and wait and he again said im lying, and his behaviour and his tone was totally unfair
How the person who is in the room knows that im lying and my bladder is not full without doing scan and whats the reason to shout at me that he wont do scan for second time without seeing that my bladder is full..
Even we are also employees we r giving our best services to customers.. But not same like you guys were doing and he doesn't know how to behave with ladies
And the person(short guy) sitting in the billing counter doesnt have common sense
Fedup with the services given in motinagar branch..we cancelled our bill
Kindly take a strict action against the person who was doing ultra scans in the lab, I hope no body should face the same and because of one person whole vijayadiagnostic should not go defame

    I visited to Dilsukhnagar branch for Rtpcr test for my father.. I booked the slot for 8.00am and when I visited the branch and done with the formalities after that they made me to wait for 1hour saying technical person went for breakfast.. Is there only one person in whole branch to take the test.. And the same situation repeated with me every time.. I went in different time once I went at 9.00am and today 2nd June 2021 I came at 9.30am to this branch for Rtpcr test for my wife.. Same situation technical person went for breakfast.. Vijaya Diagnostic has only one person to take the test???.. Im just taking this to the notice of the management..

      I requested for a home service to collect the sample of my parents, on 31 st of June this people gave me a time slot from 12 to 6 but on that day they didn't end up coming, I called them at 7 :30 and they reseduled for the next day and told us that it's on the priority list the technician will arrive between morning 7 to between 12, even after waiting for the whole day these ppl didn't come to receive the sample, I made a call three to four time but they told every time that technician are on the way they will come before 6 it's been since two days my parents are waiting for corona test, they are above 70 years so for them travelling during pandemic is not easy, and I live in a different State travelling all of a sudden is not possible, so I asked for there home service, but they are so irresponsible and Have worst service I have heard of .

        Dear sir,
        i am herewith sending two reports o[censored]rine culture one is done at vijaya diagnostics balapur hyderabad on[protected] & the other one is at rainbow hospitals lb nagar,
        in balapur vijaya it is showing positive & in rainbow it is showing negative.
        I request you to kindly take action against vijaya balapur or where ever the reports generated.
        It has created panic among us and even doctor also disagree with vijaya reports and asked us to go for a re-test again.

        The technician from Vijaya diagnostic centre came for home collection and took Rs 6750 on 21.12.2021. The bills were given only for an amount of Rs 5441/-. Two tests which we asked, Uric acid and LFT were not done, though amount was collected by the technican. I have called the Vijaya diagnostic centre yousufguda from where the bills was generated several times, but they always say in 10 min they will call back and never call. There is no response from the technician who collected the amount. My mother is 80 year old and all this mess caused lot of problem in consulting a doctor. She is a kidney donor and had to go for check up. The call centre people who pick up the phone are making the whole event a mockery and just keep music and ask us to be in line for several minutes. Someone who is responsible in Vijaya diagnostic centre should take action and return my money back.

            Dear Management,
            L.B.Nagar front end staff is very rude arrogant, generally they never pickup call and if we enquiry about anything, their behaviour is not appropriate, if possible please trend them. For any enquiry May not need to visit office but they did not left nay option with us, you May also call on same number then you will realise.
            Not sure why scanning facility not working in LB nagar branch. We are facing lot of challenge to travel in dilsukhnagar branch. If possible, please reopen it.

                17 May 2021 and I have been calling since 3:30 pm. Appointment was not booked due to technical issue and no one has called back . I am calling for an OLD LADY in this COVID TIME .

                    Reports are not received on time.very irresponsible and careless behavior towards patient health. In case of emergency whenever we call for any information nobody answers the call.. they never answer any call. In such a case how will any issue be resolved. They are very rude to the patient and do not get the work done on time. Very highly careless behavior

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      We have booked home visit Covid-19 (RTPCR) Test, through Vijaya diagnostic customer care. For my uncle.

                      Test sample was collected on dt : 24/04/2021, and they said it will take 3-4 days to get the report. But till date we have not received the report.

                      We have tried many times to view the report on web log, by using the Userid : 11214976 and Password : QSBC1970, which was mention on the bill, but we could not get the report.

                      To enquire about the report, we have visited our nearest Vijaya diagnostic branch at alwal.
                      They said, home visit sample collection reports are provided by Kushaiguda & Himayathnagar branch.

                      So, we called kushiaguda contact person (Ph no: [protected]) they said, there is no Sample in the kit. So they could not produce the report.

                      Then we have called the sample collection boy (Ph no: [protected]), and conveyed the message about no sample in the collection kit. Then he replied, he was perfectly collected sample from this end. So this how the discussion went on..!
                      But we couldn’t get any solution nor the report till today.

                        i have visited to Vijaya Diagnostic center, HImayat nagar on 19th March -2021 for MRI Brain scan for my chaild ..and Paid full amount of 7000/- .. But MRI not done due to my chaild is not suppoted .. so i have filed application for Refund the amount .. But still i have not recived refund amont.

                          Hi Team,

                          Yesterday I booked a Home sample collection service from Vijaya Diagnostic center. The collection was for Fasting Blood Sugar, Complete Urine, RFT. These were allocated in the morning slot at 7:00 AM IST on 8th May. and Post lunch Sugar was allocated at 12:00 PM IST the same day.
                          I have received a confirmation on my booking and the Agent's name is V.Hemanth Mobile number : [protected].

                          He was supposed to come and pick up the sample at 7 in the morning however the agent didn't turn up nor did he call to ask for the sample collections and we had to call him to check the status.

                          The Agent was rude and was speaking and he was saying that he has not received any order for Fasting Blood Sugar, However he told he has an order for RFT, Urine and Post Lunch.
                          When probed and asked him saying if he has orders for RFT and Urine collection why does not he have for Fasting Sugar.

                          He tells me to call the Service desk and ask them.
                          I have been calling the Service desk for about one hour and finally I got a chance to talk to a person Named Lakshman, when asked for last name he didn't give it.

                          Lakshman has checked the order and confirmed that we had Fasting Blood sugar also included in the morning slot and the agent has not come to take the sample. he told he has raised a complaint to his TL and will take action on Hemanth,

                          I requested Lakshman to put my call through his TL he asked to stay on line and I was on the call for the next 21 minutes and my call was disconnected.

                          I am really very sad to say the services here is very bad and the agents needs to be very much responsible has they are dealing with the patients and not a healthy person, They should be coached that when a sugar patient collect is given they should act Immediately has they cannot be waiting for them without eating or taking their Insulin.

                          Hemanth.V the sample collection agent's number was switched off and later after 45 mins I called and the number was ringing and he was reluctant to answer my calls.

                          I would like to file a complaint on the way the services are provided and would like an action to be taken on the person for not doing his job and getting paid.

                          I would need an answer to my complaint and a call to know what action has been taken.

                              I got my blood test done for maleria, typhoid and dengue on 17th of April. Paid rs.3970 for the test, but didn't receive the report since 10 days.tried calling ur diagnostic centre many times.either u don't pick up the phone or i[censored] pick up then you say that you will get the report in 2 hours but this 2 hours has not come since 10 days.if I don't get my money back then I'm filling police complain against your diagnostic centre

                                  Inordinate delay in getting reports.
                                  My. REGN. No.[protected] fvg. Mrs. P R Padmavathi. l have given samples for test on 26/04/21 for 6 tests at Your Karkhana branch. Out of 6, 5 reports received same day. One report is still pending. For want of one report my consultant with Doctor is getting delayed., and the Patient is suffering. I approached the Centre Manager's, Level I and Level II, they listen to my Greviance but the reason for the delay is not informing. They are not lifting the mobile calls also leave alone the reply. This is the customer service you are giving.
                                  I want the report immediately failing which I may approach higher authorities.

No one turned up till now and the irony is getting through their call center number is like visiting Kailash with life. Horrible service. When you cannot handle first thing disable online slots. We understand the situation, but fooling customers is a sin. Please refrain from doing so

                                        This complaints regards to Home sample Collection.

                                        I have booked a slot for Home sample collection on 17/04/21 between 11.30am to 12.30 pm. None of any executive called me for taking sample...
                                        So, I have rescheduled the slot on 22/04/21 @ 11.30 to 12.30pm. Today also no response from home sample Collection executive...

                                        I have escalated the same issue to Customer care executives..Eaither they do not have any proper idea or they are not giving the ample collection executive Name and contact no.

                                        *** Connecting to customer care no will take minimum 30 min time...

                                        When they are booking the slots, the sample Collection executive has to visit..otherwise what is the fun to Booking the slots...

                                        Today When I had discussion with a customer care team, again they are reshuding tomorrow 23/04/21..eventhough they are not in position to confirm about the person visit..

                                        Request to concern team who is taking care of complaints to accelate the same to your higher authorities ..
