Wrong LFT report- Home collection

Address: 205 rekha apts street 03 Habsiguda Hyderabad 500007

Hi Team,

This is w.r.t the patient R.B Kshirsagar ([protected]).
We booked Home sample collection on 16-March 2021 :17214205
The LFT report was alarming.
We got the retest done(LFT) at Habsiguda branch on 17-March 2021 :[protected] and the report was very normal. I have attached both the reports in PNG format for your reference.

Why this negligence from a trusted organization?...

I K NAGARANI regular visitor of Vanastalipuram for Covid test I have visited mansoorabad centre these staff are very rude including security guard and directed for adhar Xerox to go out..if Covid positive patient is there it will spread to Xerox centre and other public ...why they are not providing atleast a copy of Xerox with charge ...they are very much delaying in registration process more than two hours for Covid test..the staff are more neglegent and rude including security person

And alsi I given sample for FBS, PLBS @ HbA1c yeasterday morning till time I did not received any msg or mail again I can't visit for repirts
Please look into the matter and resolve my issue

    Called Home sample collection number 3 times today for patients of 73 and 83 years old. Both have Echs facilities. Shared card copy.on what's app number [protected] twice as suggested by the executive at the call center. Dictated her the text required verbally on the phone. The executive started demanding that the tests required be sent on what's app and then be called again for confirmation of home sample collection. Nonsense it is. If the executive is not in a mood to give service she will simply harass you by asking you to call again or hang up abruptly after some time. We pay you money for the services provided by you and it is your duty.to talk politely and help the patients. But worst service. Worst experience. Would be sharing it on all platforms.

      I have requested for Dihydrotestosterone test for my daughter and they carried out something else and no one is responding even after continuous follow up. Even the Marketing Vikaram also started not responding to my concern.
      This is very serious and needs immediate action and resolution of my issue

          Sir,
          I Rakesh Kumar reported Vijaya diagnostic centre Shamshabad at 17:00hours on dated 28/01/2021, for serum prolactin test. After paying fee when I reached to room number 2 for blood sample collection, the staff present there was immature and untraind, he penetrated the needle at wrong position in my hand muscles which creates pain and red spot at my hand.
          Such staff should be avoided.

          I request and complain against Vijaya diagnostic centre Shamshabad to give better training to such staffs.

            I scheduled for home service sample collection tests such FBS and PLBS. They have taken only fasting samples and they did not take post lunch sample. I called many a times but no one has come. I wasted money . Please take appropriate action

              Hi,
              This is in regards to your diagnostic centre at Vijay Nagar colony Hyderabad.
              The person at reception was not at all responsible and serious about his job.
              Moreover he is playing with the life of patients.
              Also by his behaviour he doesn't regret at all.
              Is there anyone who can take note of his act.

              I hope anyone take note of this and hoping that I will get at least some satisfactory response to my complaints.

                I, Madhu Vanam resident of Deverakonda (Nalgonda dist) currently in USA, with all due respect to the Consumer Complaints Forum would like to raise a complaint on Vijaya Diagnostics Center (Tolichowki branch) for the psychological trauma they’ve caused with their sheer negligence and distrust to its customers.

                I made a trip to India on personal work was supposed to leave on 13th Jan at 2:45 am.
                I took a Covid test (RT-PCR) on 11th Jan, went with their name and fame here in the city claiming their services are available 24*7.
                They provided URL for the test Result. I went ahead with it and here starts the unusual turn.
                When I was at the Qatar airways check-in counter, the URL stopped working and I was left stunned for the whole time as flight agent didn’t let me check-in/board the flight without the Covid result. I made numerous calls to the Vijaya Diagnostic Center and even made my cousin visit the center late at night but with no luck.
                I was shown exit gate, missed the flight, charged with no-show fee, had to re-book another flight with double the charges, and extend my leaves further losing on my Pay and trust my manager/organisation had on me.

                When I approached Vijaya Diagnostic Center, they were reckless enough to rub this on me saying all the servers were up and running and it was my mistake.
                Attaching the screenshots that I have from different mode (phone, laptop, cellular data, WiFi), different times (1:22 AM, 1:37 AM, 1:44 AM, 2:32AM), Vijaya diagnostic WhatsApp chat.

                Requesting the forum help me process my complaint against Vijaya Diagnostic center as this was not expected of their services and wouldn’t want someone else face the same issue.
                I further confirm that above stated facts are true and providing all the required information to suffice.

                  I have requested for a refund of the amount paid for a service that is not utilised.
                  While billing, the billing guy insisted on taking 2 bills as that would help them increase the bill counts.

                  The refund request was placed on 21st November for both the bills.

                  While we were told that we would get the refund of entire amount, we got a refund of one bill post a deduction and there...

                  5 members Blood sample taken and only 4 members report given, Everyday I make a call to customer care but they did not respond properly, I didn't see one of the worst diagnostic center in recent days. No responsible person in that centers. worst fellows.

                    I went to your branch at Attapur for cervical spine lath test the receptionist told that it is not possible today at 2 pm 24/11/2020 you can come tomorrow morning and the charges will be 1500/- then I went to your branch at Santosh Nagar they agreed for the test and told that the charges will be 350/- i underwent the test my question is why so much difference between the two branches for amount

                      I havedone ct scan costing [protected]@ asrao nagar on 7/11 & requested to send the reports to alwal branch.i reminded on 9/11in morning & was assured that reports can be collected @8 pm .I got doctors appointment on 10/11 morning.i called alwal & they have not received the reports & again I called asrao nagar & they told reports are sent to alwal via himayatnagar .                           11 year old child home collection was done on 27 Oct for covid test as she had fever. Result had to be told by next day 7 AM. They did not tell till 29 Oct night. This is one hour test as I myself got it tested at Govt centre. The result was told after contacting and following up the centre continuously for two days. It is great pain for a parent to quarantine child. They charged Rs.3100 for test.

                            I visited this morning along with my father for some tests. he is 83 years. he is a regular customer and i expect, your system should have his details in the system. when asked for the discount to our surprise we were asked to produce the AADHAR card. we did sub, itted earlier and i expect you should already have the details. the discount amount is held now. Not a good system.
                            We paid for the urine test too and later my father decided not to go for the test, when asked for teh refund, we were given a form to be filled which requires Bank account number, IFSC code and many more. Do you think one will remember all these datails. why should one provide the bank details, when the bill was paid through credit card. it should be directly debited to the card. Seems like your staff dont know the system or this is a way to Frustrte a customer.
                            Please train your staff to be more cooperative

                              I booked a home collection for me before 4 days and added my wife's name also a day earlier. They confirmed the samples will be collected on 4th Sep, 2020 between 9am to 6pm. I waited till 3pm and called up call centre, they confirmed technician will reach before 6pm. Called again at around 5pm. The person told he has spoken to the manager and the technician and instructed him to visit my place first thing in the area. No one called till 6pm. I called again at 6:15pm, this time call got transferred to another person and he tells technician has not been assigned since I called only on 4th morning. I told him he was wrong and updated my whole conversation. He kept on saying no the system shows like this. I realized these guys messed it up. I called up again and this time a female Bhargavi picked up and she turned the story completely in a different direction saying 4th Sep date is to call up the patient and give a slot for testing. I asked if that was the case why someone confirmed multiple times that technician is coming. She says its due to overload and someone will call me to fix up timing. Day passed and nothing. Isn't it their responsibility to inform patients that they messed it up and no one is coming? In Covid situation every hour matters and these guys are cheating people in need.
                              Another one, while the govt is promoting contactless payments especially during covid, these guys are collecting only cash and everyone knows what is the reason.
                              Pl correct them so that more people don't get cheated by them. Absolutely irresponsible people.
