[Resolved] Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — extra amount deduction and refund

Sir,

I am p. Srinivasa rao.
Recently i made a test (Semen analysis - dt: 18/09/19) in our diagnostic center located in himayath nagar, hyderabad. While paying the fee amount (Due to may be technical error) from my credit card (Ending no.: 6543) there was two times of amount deduction as follows:
1. 1700 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
2. 600 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
But the test cost is (Semen analysis) 600 rs/-
Just now the mistake was found in my credit card statement.
Hence i am requesting you to kindly go through the details and refund my amount deducted extra (1700 /-) at the earliest.

Updated by srinvasa340 I am requesting you to kindly provide the refund amount (Deducted extra from me).

I communicated the information to one of the call center in-charge of Vijaya diagnestic center also.
But there is no proper response.

Hence i am requesting you to do my needful at the earliest.

Here i am attaching the related documents (Test report, Amount deducted message from mobile, Amount deduction conformation by Bank) for your concern.
