Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — NIPT testing

I went to vijaya diagnostics for NIPT testing. They outsource their samples to Neuberg diagnostics and are not capable of NIPT. They after spending 14 days and me after going through mental trauma did not come back with a result and asked for a repeat draw.

This time we went all the way to vijaya Himayatnagar for quicker dispersal of samples and the manager there promised that he would deliver the results in 7 days. After multiple follow ups, they fell back on their promise and told us that they could only do it in 14 days and yet again they failed delivering the results stating that foetal fraction was low and advised to go for amniocentesis which was risky in my case.

I also happened to give the blood sample to DNA labs India and it turned out that the results of DNA labs and amniocentesis were a match which makes it clear that they were not capable of handling complex procedures like NIPT and can only give lame excuses.

My gynec made is clear that they are not authorised to perform NIPT and DR Shankari the pathalogist was arguing with a well known hospital chain. Dr Shanakri's knowledge is rusted and is probably fit only for diagnosing blood sugar

People there are cheaper and much more efficient labs. and above all no lab charges so high for NIPT, Apollo is 15000, lifecell is 12000 while vijaya is 18000 because they haven't got the equipment and need to outsource it to Neuberg.
