Vijaya Diagnostics — amount not refunded

13-oct-2017 vijaya diagnostics motinagar, swiped vijaya bank atm card 2 times and they got message as transaction failed. But each transaction time they have deducted rs. 600/-. They told your card is not working and took cash 600/-. Saying the amount will be credited back to your account. But which did not happned till today. I have gone to vijaya diagnostic 3 times they say we have send the credit statement to thier accounts department and will check. But the amount rs 1200/- is still not credited to vijaya bank.
