[Resolved]  Vijaya Hospital — Pot hole near reception Vijaya health centre

Today we went to Vijaya health centre. While going to make an enquiry in reception my mother aged about 70 fell in front of the reception by hitting her legs due to ul leveling surface. I have reported this issue with the security & staff in the reception. I have took few pictures to share the evidence for the un even platform. I don't want this to be happen for anyone in future. Hence I advice the management to fix this issue as early as possible. This is a very minor work to fill in some cement in that area & make it smooth to avoid any safety related issues in future.
