My father in admitted in this hosiptal 3 weeks ago for heart attack problem. Hospital took ecg, angeo and decided to put stent to clear the blocks that were causing the chest pain.

In the discharge summary, they put tmt positive (Thread mill test). This test was not done at all. Only ecg and angeo tests were taken.

We noticed in the summary after a week contacted hosiptal. Person in the op said they would've not written anything in the summary unless it is from doctor.

We contacted doctor and he said 'they would've wriitent tmt +ve by mistake'.

Who is they? Tmt test is not a big deal and it would cost around 2000 rupees only but how can a hospital put a test positive in the report which was never taken?

How can we believe that other tests were taken properly?
How can we believe that treatment was genuine?

They did not even care to say sorry or some words 'we would check with the person who put it incorrectly and proper action will be taken' some response like this???

How can we trust them?'

    This is really a pathetic situation. I took appointment before 3weeks and date also front end staff decided and told to come on 26th july asusual they are not giving date as per our requirement. Then on 26th july morning 8am i came and submitted my file. They told our token number as 10. But we have been waiting from morning and the doctor came at arund 10am. They started sending some people but we are not able to understand the criteria of sending patients. They are sending some people according to their wish without any criteria. Then at 12 when we ask they are saying only token 5 finish and saying to wait. This is really very bad and worst behaviour of the front end staff. Please take some proper action in this regard. Really if we want we can attend here according to our wish. What ever date they say we have to take a leave and attend. Really any medical officer or higher authority from government should inspect this hospital just like a normal person. So that they can understand common man problem and make modifications accordingly.

      Worst hospital. I never seen like this. One sonographer is there her name Anuradha not a human she treats the patient like slaves.. very lazy staff always chat with nurses never concentrate on work. Compare to this vj hospital govt hospital is 1000 times best. I think Anuradha didn't study MBBS she bought certificates outside cheating the patients like doctor. Normally a baby will born 280 days in my scan report she entered lmp 20aug 2017 but Edd 25 June 2018 it took nearly 340 days. She signed tat report and verifed.. I don't have bad words to blame that irresponsible ### lady.. she is not fit for doctor job even she is not eligible for a compounder job also.. god will give punishment to that lady Anuradha head weight lady not a doctor devil.. she don't know how to speak and approach patients.. who will teach lesson to that lady I don't know

        Regarding dr. Deepak arjundas
        For appointment they will talk very rude and they will say when to come. Even if we ask for any particular date they will not possible and they will say that that only date is possible if you want or not. The staff attitude is worst n behavioural aspects are really bad. Patient will feel that why we are coming here. Definitely they should do some changes and they should teach their staff how to behave with patients. This is my sincere suggestion. Kindly treat the patient's like humans. And one more issue they are having a swiping machine but they will not accept cards swipe just they will say only cash accepted. This is a worst situation creating in this hospital. Being such a reputed hospital they should not do these type of things. Please take this issues as serious and correct it at the earliest.

          Recently my father had a mitral valve replacement (Heart) operation in vijaya hospital chennai, he have a problem with leakage in valve, hospital dont answer properly, we are going to other consultant, he made a tests, he said again have to operation to solve the problem, kindly take action against the hospital,

          My father was a farmer, we cant get any help from others. Please do the needful mobile no.[protected]

            Receptionist of blood bank (2 womens) being disgusting and such a poor service provided by them. I donated blood for first time without knowing the blood group. They informed me while donating that they will update me with my group. So called the blood bank & on call they ask to wait for a minute and make it hold for more than 10 min and disconnecting it without informing. When called back the other lady picks up who isnt aware of the prevoius act. She gives to the earlier person and then laughs at me for calling them back inspite of disconnection of last call. This is not the way you provide services on call, either speak up clearly or dont provide such worst service where the time is wasted for people like us.

              One of the most money minded hosptial ive ever seen. I took my mother for allergy and fever they portrayed it to be a huge problem and asjed us to admit. Once we did they moved her to the emergency ward where there were patients with dengue. Later as we requested they shifted her to a pvt room. They started taking all possible tests and swindled 18, 000 concluded that the allergy was due to body heat. None referred a dermantologist aftr we discharged her and came back home we found her having the problem persisting. As a side effect of the useless medications they gave my mom coludnt move her hands. They just want money no quality treatment, no qualified doctors, cleanliness is zero unfit to be a hospital at all.

                I had waited for over 45 minutes for one doctor, but due to the delay in his arrival I requested to consult an other doctor, who was also very kind enough to do so, despite his schedule having ended for the day. I was asked to pay registration fee for both the doctors and upon requesting refund we were treated with harsh behaviour from the staff with a list of rules simply stated, just to save their backs from the doctor we initially had to see. The next day (Saturday), I received a call from the hospital saying I could get the refund if the signature from the doctor were obtained and was asked to come immediately. But due to unavoidable reasons I could only make it on Monday, which they said was perfectly alright. Upon visiting the hospital on monday, I was asked to go obtain a signature from the doctor. The doctor, supoosedly a senior one, was extremely harsh and to quote said 'It is not my headache' and didnt give me a chance to even talk or explain. Is this the sort of behaviour that one expects from visiting a hospital for the first time? I did not demand free treatment but merely a refund of cash I paid for a doctor i did NOT consult. Procedural delays would have been acceptable or even a polite rejection would have been considered. But such an attitude from staff and doctors from an institution that claims to uphold its values so much is absolutely unacceptable!

                  My friend has admitted to Vijaya Hospital, Vadapalani Tamilnadu on 02.02.2014, 13:35 PM and discharge on 04.02.2014, 18:00 PM. But they have sent the bill to my insurance company stating the date of admission from 01.02.2014. They have charged extra amount from my insurance company . They have prepred the final bill of Rs.16433 during my friend's discharge time. My insurance company has approved Rs.15901 and asked us to pay remaining 532 amount as cash. i agree with this payment of Rs.532. But Hospital billing manager is asking us to pay 4850 rs extra and for that he will not give us any bill. He will give us bill of Rs.16433 only.

                    This complaint is about the Vijay hospital located @ Pai layout Bangalore. First of all the ambience is not good. The people @ reception dont understand any language (Kannada, Hindi, English, Tamil). They just know to collect the money and direct you to the available doctor.
                    I went to this hospital for thyroid problem, the doctor suggested to take few tests. So i gave the sample and then noticed that the charges are double than what charged @ other test centers.
                    It is becoz they dont have the lab to test. The test will be conducted @ some other center and the report will be sent back to hospital after few days.
                    So you normally end up paying more and need to wait for one or two extra days to collect the report.

                    Most interesting part is even if you pay the doctor's consulting fees for the first visit, if you visit the same doctor for consulting after report collection. They will ask you to pay again.
                    I started shouting @ the receptionist. Asked the reason why should i pay repeatedly. She was not able to explain. she just told OK. Asked her to tell the reason why she asked first and why she dont want now. But she is not able to speak. Other than OK nothing came out of her mouth.

                    Friends !! PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL !! THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RECOVER SOON.
