This is really a pathetic situation. I took appointment before 3weeks and date also front end staff decided and told to come on 26th july asusual they are not giving date as per our requirement. Then on 26th july morning 8am i came and submitted my file. They told our token number as 10. But we have been waiting from morning and the doctor came at arund 10am. They started sending some people but we are not able to understand the criteria of sending patients. They are sending some people according to their wish without any criteria. Then at 12 when we ask they are saying only token 5 finish and saying to wait. This is really very bad and worst behaviour of the front end staff. Please take some proper action in this regard. Really if we want we can attend here according to our wish. What ever date they say we have to take a leave and attend. Really any medical officer or higher authority from government should inspect this hospital just like a normal person. So that they can understand common man problem and make modifications accordingly. Was this information helpful? | |||
