Vijaya Hospital — Regarding the negligence of receptionist

Purpose i have called :
i need appointment of Dr. Deepak Arjundas sir, by tomorrow, so i have made a call to the above mentioned numbers the persons in the reception told to wait for a minute and kept the phone aside and they are talking to each other, i have waited for more than 30 mins still they are not responding and i have tried again by dialing to same number the same has repeated.
if they are behaving like that how people fare away from Chennai can get appointment of doctors.
Still i have not got appointment
So i am requesting the management to take proper action for not repeating the same issue again
