I am aged 70 years. Today at 8.00 pm i went to your club house br nizampet shop and purchased 4 items (Bill no. Pos 2 bill no.00000107 and went to counter no.3. The man was sitting idle keeping his chin on his palm and expressed his refusal to bill and indicated with his head o go to the next counter (2) where already billing is going on for a trolley full items of a lady and i had to wait till that big billing is completed. While i was waiting so one man came next to me with only 2 items in hand came to this man (Counter3) and he did that billing followed by another bill of two items (Of which one is chaklet and after that he did a third bill also of 2 or 3 items of another customer and i was waiting for my turn to come at counter 2. When i questioned that man for reasons of refusal for my bill he carelessly replied (Lied) as alrady one bill is pending him. He was sitting idle but lied even to believe him the customer for whom he did billing bought 2 items only (You mayvplease verify the 3 bills of his counter before 8.00pm. When asked whether to complain he readly replied that i can complain to any body and going ahead one step he called the watchman and told him "give him complaint book and let him write any complaint". (This may please be ascertained from watchman on duty) this behaviour of counter man is not at all appreciable and i wrote complaint also where i gave my contact no. Please let me know whether a counter man is expected to behave with customers. I am a retd manager of a nationalised bank. I request you to take proper action against the man as otherwise customers like me canot enter your shop to receive this type of treatment
