Village Office Perumbaikadu Kottayam — delaying our mutation of property

I'm tijin dayi, karipal house kumaranallor p. O kottayam, kerala. I have applied for mutation of property (Pv 108/2019) at village office perumbaikadu kottayam. I have gone for five-six times to village office perumbaikadu right know. Today (23/03/2019) also i have gone there, they are always saying some flimsy reason for getting cash from us for sanction. There is a person his name is gopakumar. Gopakumar is the assistant village officer perumbaikadu. He is the most corrupted officer in that village office. Please take necessary action against perumbaikadu village office and the person named
