I'm tijin dayi, karipal house kumaranallor p. O kottayam, kerala. I have applied for mutation of property (Pv 108/2019) at village office perumbaikadu kottayam. I have gone for five-six times to village office perumbaikadu right know. Today (23/03/2019) also i have gone there, they are always saying some flimsy reason for getting cash from us for sanction.
